I had came here to get my truck repaired, There was something wrong with the sensor. I got my sensor replaced, When I was driving back, the sensor was faulty and came back on again. I visited this place again and this time they replace my sensor, but also told me there was something wrong with a filter. Although I was never hesitant to pay anything to get my truck fixed. When I received my truck again, my handbrake was messed up. When I mentioned this to them. They said that that s how my truck was received to them. I gave them a perfectly good truck with minor fixes. And now it s even more messed up than it was before. It s a one hour commute to them on my end back-and-forth. Not only has my business suffered the past 2-3 days . But their lack of customer satisfaction and aid to customers is horrible.

I wanted to give a shout out to one of the salesman at this location. I ve talked to several dealerships in my search and Mr. Gary S. was very helpful, exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. I didn t purchase from this dealership but Mr. Gary did everything he could to help me out. I wanted a layover 2023 to take advantage of the incentives. They cranked out some good deals and sold them all. Look forward to reaching back out in the future.

Dealt over the phone for 98% since I was over 3 hours away. When we arrived it was raining, Derek Brown the Sales manager met my wife exiting our truck with an umbrella and mentioned her by name. Brought us inside to our salesperson Kaylee who was actually bringing our new truck all cleaned and detailed into the shop for us to view and take our test ride. We accepted the terms sat with Vinny the financial guy in an hour we were driving home. Ultimately the best vehicle buying experience in our life.. I highly recommend these people and dealership.. Thanks again. Love our new truck!

I was looking to trade my car in. (First time doing a trade in) Rob helped me and I could tell he wanted me to feel confident in my decision. He explained everything I didn t know and made me feel at ease. He was very thorough! He gave me options and helped come up with a plan! If you are looking for a vehicle , I HIGHLY recommend talking to Carlos at Keene Dodge !!It is very hard to car shop in this economy .Carlos is very down to earth. He really cared about your thoughts and opinions. He also was VERY professional,he knew the answers to my questions he did NOT try and force you to purchase a vehicle. The thing I liked about Carlos the most was when we went for a test drive. He allowed me to just enjoy the experience and let me get a feel for the vehicle. This is very important for me as I will be driving it daily. In doing this, it allowed me to focus on the road and traffic and listen to the vehicle for any issues that I consider very important.Carlos, keep up the great work. The body work performed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee was impeccable. When picked my vehicle up it looked better than the day I picked it up new. Brought 2010 Challenger in for numerous issues most covered by warranty. They replaced water pump, electrical module then found we had no heat. They said it was the heater core and replaced it saying it wasn t covered. After replacing the core they determined that wasn t the problem. They told us we wouldn t be charged for the heater core because that wasn t the problem. They then determined it was the oil cooler. When we went to pick up the car after 3 weeks they charged us for the heater core and denied they ever told us we wouldn t be charged. We drove off the lot frustrated by their lack of service and integrity only to find the dash vent was falling out. They had broke the locking tabs but pushed it in enough to make it look like nothing was wrong. Quality of service is far from acceptable. Then they talk to you like you don t know anything about cars. As an aircraft mechanic, I am familiar with how maintenance is done. They couldn t even produce the old part so there was no way to know if we even had a bad part or if it was just their bad decision to change the part. They said the heater core was clogged but changing it didn t fix the problem. That tells me the heater core shouldn t have been replaced at all.

Absolutely the best!!! From never bought a vehicle on my own. Derrick & Robert made sure I was well taken care of. Bait and switch dealer.I made an appointment to view a used vehicle with the internet manager. I showed up to the appointment, and the salesperson told me they just got a deposit on that vehicle, and it is no longer available. He then said I have another truck similar but priced higher. I asked to see the original vehicle in case the deal fell through, and he said it's not here.

I had a great experience with the purchase of my brand new Dodge Ram 2500! Dave Hooper helped me on the sale. I m located on the Eastern Shore so we handled the transaction online. Signed docs with docusign. Rob was also a big help. They actually delivered the truck to me. We ate crabs and they gave me the full orientation on the vehicle. I purchased a 2020 GMC DENALI! I contacted Ben through Facebook and he answered every question I had. We agreed on a price over the phone and the next day I made the 4.5 hour drive to the Dealership. The weather was far from perfect but Ben and the rest of the staff at Keenes was. In less than a hour I inspected the truck took it for a test drive in the snowy condition and did all the paperwork. This is by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thank you to Keene and the entire sales team for the exalent experience.

So I just pulled into my driveway with my newest purchase from Keene Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and I can honestly say, it was one of the most outstanding sales experiences I have ever had. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle go to Keene and ask for Kaylee Vogtman, she was amazing! On day one after my wife stopped in to check out the vehicle she was handed the keys and Kaylee said to take it home for a day! I have never experienced that kind of confidence in a car dealers vehicle in my life. While test driving the car the tire pressure light came on and I noticed the breaks could use a little love. So when I brought it back the next day Kaylee spoke with the general manager Derek Brown and he decided to replace all 4 tire pressure sensors and break pads just to be sure I wouldn t have any issue with the vehicle anytime soon after purchase. The dealer does have a policy that they won t hold a car more that 24 hours, and because I wouldn t be back for 5 days, I had to purchase the vehicle, but everything looked great after I picked it up. Derek even did a walk around and put painters tape on all the areas of the vehicle that he wanted the detailers to touch up. Rob Miller the finance manager made financing quick and easy and sent me home with all the forms my wife needed to sign and digital forms that could be signed from a computer so she wouldn t have to come back into the dealer. I love this car and with buying it used ..I was really concerned .. but the Keene dealer made sure I was satisfied and confident in my purchase and I can t thank them enough. I highly recommend them any time you are buying a car. I know I ll be back.

I purchased a new 2021 Pacifica Hybrid Plug-In 34K miles ago. I have had it in for service as scheduled and a few times for random issues. Easy drop off, loaner if you call ahead, no problems. When the vehicle was in a major accident, the Keene Body shop did an exceptional job restoring it to like-new condition. This place takes care of their customers.

Purchase a use 2019 ram promaster city van at nightThe left rear tail light was out left the vehicle to be repaired the next day pickup vehicle got half way home light still out .also at that time I noticed the glove box latch handle was missing call my sales man which was a good guy said bring it back they would take care of everything. Great.go back a day later to pickup vehicle rear tail light is fixed no charge ask about glove box they told me I needed to speake to Manger and it woul be $ 354.00 ,to repair glove box Note it was broken when I bought it they said they don't warrant interior ok told them a few choice words call bbb reported it. And I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT BUSINESS AGAIN PISS POOR MANGER
