Awesome company! I order a lot of parts for my Iron and Oak log splitters through them. Website is very user friendly and easy to navigate for parts purchases. Always have the parts in stock and for a great price. Foard s has got me out of a lot of jams when I needed something. Shipping prices are reasonable and very fast to my location in New York. Highly recommend!

Decided to get a Cub Cadet Electric tractor purchased from Foards couldn t be happier. Was good customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, even delivered it same day of purchase. Definitely recommend this shop! Very happy with my tractor work s amazingly well!

I opted to order a JRCO fertilizer spreader from Foard's to save several hundred dollars over a more local source. My situation has been a nightmare!! Two parts that I ordered for the setup didn't come with the original shipment. I will acknowledge they likely used a drop ship from the manufacturer, but I've emailed Foard's multiple times and called even more times. It's been nearly 3 weeks now from original order and I still don't have what I needed. Getting a response via email is impossible and Rob in shipping is polite but the problem is still unresolved. If you're looking to buy something from them online go with someone else!

Ordered a tongue assembly for a wood splitter in November on 2021 , here we are March 31st of 2022 and still haven t received part or money back! They selling parts they don t actually have and can t even tell you when they will have it. So don t expect promo delivery of any kind!!

I bought a 20 ton Brave wood splitter they delivered the splitter I assembled it and ran it but it wasn't splitting the bigger logs I contact Robert at Foards he asked me to send him a couple of videos I sent the videos to him & he contacted me and said he would send me a new hydraulic pump.I received the pump with in 3 day I installed the pump and my splitter cuts like butter now I am very pleased with there product and had and excellent experience with there customer service I would recommend this company to all my friends and of course there product.Thank YouKen Lane

I have used Foard's for auto parts for over a decade and never had a problem or given the wrong parts. They are a bit out of the way for me, but i do not mind when I get proper customer service. This place may not look like much unlike a huge shiny new Autozone or Pep Boys etc...but their service is a few levels above the large chain stores who could care less about you. I always try to support local businesses over large retail when I can and this business is a good example.If you purchase something here, you will be happy with no regrets.

I brought in a Troy-bill mower to them as they are an authorized repair center. After much back and forth with Troy-bilt, I was able to get my repair covered in full. I let Bill know, and instead of Foards welding the mower, they let it sit for months. Several times I reached out to find out the status of my repair, and I was either told, "well, call you back" or "we are waiting for parts." I recently finally got an answer - they got my mower confused with another TB warranty repair, and that's why it sat so long. So long in fact that TB will no longer cover my repair, so I'm out a $900 mower because Foard's can't be bothered to respond and/or keep track of their long list of warranty repair items. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Wonderful local business. We needed a new mower to keep up with the average we mow. They matched us with a commercial mower to keep up with the property while not over-selling more than what we needed. We will definitely continue to purchase parts and equipment from Foard s.

Having been a little careless handling my Boss Industrial I needed to replace the activation lever. As well as having a user friendly website with exploded drawings for easy part identification, Rob at Foard s was very helpful sorting out my order. Thanks!

Placed an order with Foards on the Peco Z3000 trimmer, after reading Foards description and watching videos on their website showing the product in action, I called Foards were I spoke with a representative who further represented the product as excellent. I placed the order after being told they had a couple in stock.A week passed and I called Foards again to see if the item had been shipped. I was told that the item would be drop shipped from California, and that they would send me a tracking number when they got one (so they did not stock the item)Received the item, it was not as photographed on add (color only) I installed the items and learned that the motor on the item is substandard, low torque and slow RPM. Motor according to paperwork requires 10-30 amp 12 volt, after making sure the unit was receiving proper power the unit still not performing as should, a small Kobalt battery powered weed eater trims circles around this thing.I called Foards, who has no return policy listed on website, and was told I need to talk to Robert Foard, I presume is the owner. I shared my problem and he told me that if I had mounted and used the unit that they would not take it back. I asked how he expected a person to know there is a problem with unit without installing and using it. He would not budge, he stated that if I could take videos of performance that he would see if the manufacturer would take it back (China) needless to say he was not cooperative and was looking to make a buck not stand behind what he advertises. A hard lesson learned.

Sorry! Timed out! Thinking about the gov ment over a cup of coffee and I drifted off! My 10 ton boss splitter has been invaluable at my little shack in the woods up here in N Wisconsin. The double action makes it as efficient as neighbor Charlies 20 ton gas powered splitter without the need for ear protection. Been a very pleasant and helpful experience dealing with both Foard s and the people at Boss. They all seem to be interested in making this rugged and clever little machine even better! My compliments guys, and thanks for all the help.SincerelyJohn

Tried to get simple tune up on Stihl saw and a few chains sharpened - dropped off on a Monday - called back on Friday of the same week and nothing has been done. Waste of time!
