Our truck broke down on the side of 270 and we had it towed to Kelsey's as it was the nearest shop. Curt and Carl were very communicative, had a diagnosis and all fixed up the next day. CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE THE FACT>Although I did not have the opportunity to actually use the services of Kelsey's Repair & Service Center at their business location, I did have the pleasure of receiving the help on the open road from the owner Mr. Carl Kelsey.On the way home from a concert event I hit a pothole and blew out the right front tire on my Lexus ES350. It was a mess. I pulled over and began the process of changing the tire when the Lexus supplied jack failed.Enter Carl Kelsey. A pickup with several folks onboard passed by and stopped to assist. Carl didn't hesitate for a moment providing a jack and his own expertise crawling on the ground and under my car to assist in completing the tire change.In this day an age it's really great to find someone as kind and helpful as Carl Kelsey.Understanding very quickly what kind of person he is in my mind, translates directly to the kind of business man he must be.That proof is witnessed by the other great reviews you see here.As I told Carl, although your shop is 30 plus miles from my home, if I experience any major problems with any of my vehicles I will not hesitate to use Carl Kelsey's Repair & Service Center.Carl is a man you can trust and count on.Thank you again Carl!Service: Tires

Mr. Kelsey is an outstanding example of a great work ethic. He does all the work on our fleet of vehicles and has been timely and honest in his evaluations of the work that needs to be done. His pricing is fair, and I mean fair as in totally worth what he charges. Highly recommend.

This is the shop to take your car to when ANYTHING breaks. Always have the best service, quick and well priced for the AMAZING work Carl and Matt do. My family has had a lot of last minute things on our cars and they have always jumped to help. I don t suggest you bring your car anywhere else but to them.
