We have always had a great experience with Kenny over the past three years. Pricing is upfront and fair. Unlike other shops (mostly dealerships) he can typically get our vehicle in quickly, serviced within a day and we have not needed to bring it back because something wasn't right. Ken is a great mechanic. He is reliable and can troubleshoot almost any problem. His prices are reasonable and he is an honest, hard worker. We would not take our cars anywhere else. A+++

I contact this shop because a friend of mine recommended me this mechanic for basic works with his car. When I called this shop through relay service as I am deaf-- the person who answered the phone simply told me that he does not work with cars at all and hung up on me. This person never gave me the chance to explain what I was looking for and that he was referred to me by a friend.I did try to call back twice to at least have a discussion but they blocked or ignored my calls.This is very disappointing as I was ready to spend a lot of money toward to car repair.
