I required a tow for my vehicle, within 15 mins or so from the time AAA was dispatched they were there and had the vehicle ready for transport.The driver was very great, confirmed whee the vehicle was going and got it delivered safely.Would highly recommend if in need.

Our enterprise rental vehicle from PWN airport broke down. Unfortunately they did not maintenance the vehicle and check the vehicle, to which the belt broke. Enterprise worked with AAA and Paul not only towed the vehicle, but was able to drop us off where we were staying. If he had not been so kind, we would have been stranded in the middle of nowhere on the side of the road. Extremely nice guy. I would definitely use them again and he made a bad situation better. Appreciate it Paul! It was great talking with you too!!

Used them to get my car to a service center in NH. Carl was fantastic. He has trained on how to get very low clearance cars onto the flatbed. It shows! Perfect service from loading to unloading. Also, the flatbed is a highly specialized truck that not all tow companies have. I highly recommend them. Very lucky to have such high quality in out small community.

This is by far my favorite repair shop! Everyone is extremely friendly, they re super efficient, prices are great and you can tell they are honest people** every time I have an appointment I feel the need to leave a review because of how good they are here. I ve been using them almost 4 years now and never once have I had a bad experience with them.Even down to their towing service, they got to us at the exact minute we were quoted. I can t recommend them enough.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes

If I could do a 10 star rating, I would. Arrived at a nearby campground to find our RV starter was dead! Searsport Automotive sent Carl out to diagnosis and within a couple of hours our starter was replaced and we are again road worthy. They do NOT deserve one star. I paid $2,000 to have my car "fixed". They replaced my bumper. It passed inspection after, but before I drove off their property my crash sensor went off. Their " solutions" for this was to get.the correct bumper for another $900 or charge me a half hour of work to file down the emblem that is over the sensors to make the crash light go off. Will never ever go back again. Waste of money that I couldn't afford to begin with.

You never really know how a business will be when you have an issue to resolve. I have brought my Volvo to Searsport Auto several times now and never had any problems until I did.The details aren't important but the point is these guys went above and beyond to remedy the issue, they were great and I highly recommend them for your repair needs. They also have been able to get me in quickly when I needed something fixed. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. You won't be sorry if you choose them.

Good prices, they won t try to sell you something you don t need. They have always fixed my car and seen the issue quickly. They are reasonable and trustworthy, that s why they are so busy!

This place is phenomenal. Super friendly and professional. Gets the job done quickly with no fuss at good rates because they know exactly what they are doing. We take both our cars for scheduled and preventative maintenance

I was stranded with a flat tire. They got to me quickly and cheerfully and took my car in despite being very busy. Their prices seemed very fair and they could have definitely charged me more for a rush job. Great service and great people.

Very pleased! Got locked out of my car tonight while visiting family, called my insurance company. The ETA was a lot longer then the time it took them to get there. Thank you, so much! I'll definitely reccomend them in the future.

After getting a very high estimate from another shop, I stopped by Searsport Automotive unanounced. We talked about the estimate and agreed that I return the following day for a closer look. After the SA staff did a more thorough exam, they gave me price $600 less than the national chain shop. It's not only the price that made the difference. It was the overall appearance of the shop, staff, and their attitude. I felt comfortable making the move to Searsport Automotive...

Go to auto shop. Guys there are knowledgeable and willing to help you out! Always busy so make sure you plan a few days for work to be done! Always high quality work, lower hourly labor rate, no complaints!

Great service, great people, at prices that are very fair. They explain all your options on repairs or service so you as a customer know and can make an informed decision on your vehicle's work. And they don't steer you in the wrong direction to make a buck.

Went with a friend for an oil change. Was there on time (quoted over the phone, "10min" job) left 50 MIN LATER. No discount, no apology, no explanation. Won't be recommending them for quick service.

I needed to have my snow plow rewired. Searsport Auto was the only shop that was willing to take on this job. It took some time with ordering parts and all but they were honest and kept me informed throughout the process.

Need a great mechanic this is that place to Go! Honest, accommodating and excellent customer service! I have spent a good amount of money on car repairs here and they are fair and honest. Highly recommend them!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Towed my car after an accident on a weekend. The driver is a newbie but he did well. I have no complaints. They are very professional when handling insurance coverage.

Came upon an accident and had no option , but to drive through the debris yep , first day of Vacation ..a Flat Tire on way to Bar Harbor. We called AAA & Brandan came to our rescue. He was very sympathetic & Eager to Help. He had our 4 Runner on his flatbed , in minutes. Thanks again, especially these trying times..Brendan certainly made our Day.

In need of help with a flat. Called aaa, they sent searsport automotive. Gave us a time estimate and the driver was there sooner than the estimate, flatbed tow was quick and driver was excellent. Highly recommend. Thank you searsport automotive.

Great shop my wife broke down in searsport on a sunday. Without even calling them we drove the car to there shop and dropped it off and dropped the keys in the key drop. I called them Monday morning and told them of the situation and they said they would try to get it in between appointments they would have had it done Monday but had to order the part. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT STAFF!

Searsport Auto is a well run and honest shop. Ron has extremely competent mechanics servicing each vehicle that comes in for repair or inspection. It is well worth the half hour ride and the wait while his staff repairs my vehicle. Thank you Ron.

My car came out in worse condition than when it went in. The two mechanics that have worked on it since, were both pretty shocked.
