I called Greg's about a jeep that was his personal vehichle it didn't have anything to do with the dealership idk if he even was selling it at the time I might have just been trying to get him to. But either way the guy talked to me about it for 45 mins almost and I've never purchased anything. Not once did he act put out unlike alot.if other places. But that brings me to today. I remembered him doing that several.years ago . I'm heading there now to try and get I to a vehichle...fingers crossed

Have never had a issue with This garage.They picked my car up fixed it& I m on my way.I ve bought a car there & Ive had work done on my car. Their as honest as ur going to find.Will continue to have my car worked on there.Good ppl.

I wouldn't take my car here if it was the last garage in this area. I took my car there for a diagnostic. I was charged $87 and they tried to say it needed $9k worth of work. Half of the work they claimed needed to be done... wasn't actually in need of repair.They said there was a bad rear assembly hub (there isn't). New rear break rotors/pads (didn't. They were only a month old). New ABS sensors (it was an old code). New 0� sensor (it was the exhaust). Among other things. Took it to another garage for a second opinion. They charged me $45 to do a diagnostic, and it was only $1.2k for repairs. Do not waste your time or money on this garage.

DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place! They take advantage of customers. My brother bought a car FIVE MONTHS ago. Already needs brakes/tires/struts/battery I could go on. Lets just say over $2000 of work. This is horrible business. I work in car sales and I don't understand how you can sleep at night knowing you are screwing someone over. Get a better business practice.

Can't speak on behalf of the auto sales side as I havent bought a vehicle from them, but as for the service dept. and general customer service, they are the best. Had to get a new engine in, which is never convenient thing to happen. They were very flexible and accomodating while discussing the different options and didn't rush any decisions. Very happy with the new engine they put in!

This place is one of the best I ve ever seen. You won t find a more honest, trustworthy, compassionate, professional group of people on this earth. Very timely with appointments- got my vehicle completed when I arrived 30 minutes early-and was out the door before my appointment time! Great service even with an emergency. GREAT PEOPLE!

We bought a 6x12 trailer from Greg s recently. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Trailer was fairly priced and good quality.

Absolutely one of the best in Maine. We've purchased two vehicles now from them and couldn't be happier with the price, quality of the vehicles and the level of service. I highly recommend them to everyone whether it's an oil change or a full vehicle purchase!!

I'v bought 2 cars, so far, from Greg's Auto. After visiting 8 dealerships I visited number 9, was thankful to find Greg , apparent from the onset, finally found an honest guy with integrity . Go look them over, these people are the best , not at all schysters like the many other dealerships I'd visited.You will agree, they get A+, & no I'm niether a relative or friend of theirs lol.

We have purchased several vehicles from Greg and Sharon and have always been very happy with their services from financing to an exact matching new front quarter panel that a deer crushed in.

I had repairs done and they copied and pasted my signature to a different invoice which they sent to my insurance company for repairs they did not do. They kept my vehicle for weeks and blamed the insurance company which they said didn't pay them for all the work. I was sent a copy of the check by the insurance company along with the forged invoice and realized they got much more then was ever done. Very disappointed in their ethics.

Had a agreement for a purchase of 4 used tires. Next day bring my truck and rims to work and get message that my tires are being sold to a earlier customer that didn't commit on purchasing until today. Bad business practices. Not satisfied.

Can t speak to the auto side of the house but they were kind and compassionate and quick to help with a minor non-auto related roadside medical issue .anyone who does that has their head and heart in the right place and that translates to all areas of their work and life.

Myself and my fiancee have purchased a vehicle from Greg and had work done on a different vehicle words cant express how good they are trust worthy fair honest reliable friendly wish more were like him thank you for everything Greg wanted to add i am willing to bet my reputation on Greg's when i say they are the best i mean it an make you feel like family no other place i have dealt with has truly cared about there customers the way Greg an his crew does
