Traded my reliable Chevy for a Tundra. HUGE MISTAKE. Using Ira for vehicle service an even bigger mistake.I took delivery of a brand new 2023 Tundra in August of '23. In less than six months the radio control knob has broken off, power seat function inoperable, and the recalls.......BIG safety recalls. Risk of fire.Christina, I think most customers are less interested in your need for "a zen morning" and more interested in having their vehicles serviced properly. I mean, if your team can't even address a minor power seat fail complaint properly, how confident can anyone be in your proper handling of potentially fatal recall remedies??Toyota still has not presented a permanent solution for the fire hazard recall due to fuel line issues. Scary!Then next step is to consult with professionals on consumer rights for this type of situation.

Prime was wonderful , IRA is a joke! Worst financial and customer service ever! Purchased a car and they paid it off and billed us for the old one. Not sure how this is even possible. It s been 95 days now and they still haven t straightened it out.

I have never had better auto service at ANY dealership and I ve been to many! IRA Toyota has it figured out and it begins with hiring the right people. I d give them ten stars if I could. Wherever Christina goes I will follow!!

My visit was upcoming with a oil change and tire rotation with my prepaid maintenance plan through Ira Toyota which also provides additional benefits. A check engine light and transmission malfunction made me call Ira Toyota and get a same day appointment and I did that morning. I had the opportunity to work with Benjamin Sacco, my Service Advisor today. Benjamin was very professional and very knowledgeable, he got my vehicle checked in, answered all my questions got me on my way. My Service Inspection report arrived after a professional diagnostic review, sent from Amy Dunn also a Service Advisor who is a true professional, was very prompt and to the point. Thank you Amy, I always appreciate the reminder of upcoming maintenance Ira provides and items for future review. My vehicle was completed early afternoon and I was given instructions on how to proceed with pickup, speaking with my Service Advisor Benjamin Sacco was a pleasure. Excellent customer service and kept me informed. Thank you Service Department for the all round excellent service.Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Transmission repair, Auto maintenance

I was on holiday from Canada when I brought my 2016 Tacoma in for an unscheduled service. I was advised that my transmission was "finished" and would have to be replaced at a cost of around $6K US for a factory rebuilt. I admit that I was seriously considering the dealer's advice because clearly SOMETHING was wrong. The symptom was a howling noise when the vehicle geared down or seemingly when under torque from acceleration. I asked about "limping" home to Canada and was advised not to do it. They even had me sign a waiver confirming that they had advised me not to drive the vehicle, before I picked it up. Back home I took it to a local transmission shop with a great reputation and it took less than an hour for the staff there to diagnose a seized "fan clutch" (which I had never heard of before) which would have to be replaced at a cost of around $400 CDN. Add a bit of labour and a transmission service that I was only too happy to have done, and my truck is back and running fine for less than 10% of what the dealer was suggesting!! When I take my Toyota vehicle to a Toyota dealership, I expect them to be experts. Unfortunately that's not the impression I am left with after this experience, I feel like I was almost a victim. On the upside, the staff was OK to deal with and they gave me a service appointment on short notice ... two stars is a bit generous considering I almost spent $6,000 on an incorrect diagnosis.Service: Auto maintenance

Showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment. Was told it would be a MINIMUM of 2-3 hours before they even take a look at my car. I had work in 3 hours, and this was supposed to be just an oil change/tire rotation. (Admittedly they did also find a recall that needed done but I would have been willing to make a separate appointment for that) I was told that it would be best to reschedule. The earliest I could try and reschedule for was a week into December. 4 weeks away at that time. The assistant manager who explained this to me seemed to believe that I should have magically known it would take 3 hours past my appointment time for my vehicle to even be looked at and that I should have planned better. He was not at all apologetic for this inconvenience or sympathetic that i needed to get to my work. No loaner vehicle was offered. No compromise could be made. I will never be returning to this Toyota if I can help it.

Nice people but despite being very full of staff, they seem to be really inefficient. I waited 10 minutes to even be greeted when I arrived and was there for over 2.5 hours total! I ve never spent so much time just to have my oil changed! I won t go back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Slow service.Took three days to complete fairly simple services. Mostly because the service advisor was out for the 2nd of three days and the work was not handed off to someone else. We had to wait to find out what happened.Then expensive but not required services were recommended.Disappointing experience.

I've been taking my Tundra here for almost two years. I find the service team helpful and knowledgeable. Last winter I had three repairs on the heating system before they finally figured out the issue, I was reimbursed for the other two repairs since they weren't actually needed. I've always gotten good service so far.

the work is fine, but they have instituted a 15% surcharge on all repairs for "shop supplies" which really inflates already top of the range charges

The service was great and waiting area comfortable. I've purchased 3 cars here so obviously like them. BUT I will caution people to NOT get regular maintenance done here, as they overcharge. For example $119 for an alignment that townfair tire does for $85 (also told me I was wrong and that it's not cheaper at townfair lol)

When you walked in the front door they greet you they're very friendly and they try to work with it all of their clients they try to get all of their clients an opportunity to buy a car and they are really care about the families that go in there I've never been in a dealership like that before very very good people in there

It took forever to get financed for a vehicle. Thought it was because of credit issues but it had nothing to do with credit, they were trying to sell me vehicle that was way over priced so the banks wouldn't touch it. They sent me a flyer saying that they would give me $1000 more than Kelly Blue book come to find out they gave me $1000 less!!! The sales guy was friendly but they were not truthful about what exactly was going on.

Prime Toyota in Saco, was there when I needed help. Customer service in the parts department was very well knowledged on the situation I was having. And I asked a few questions about what I was planning on trying. And they said that my way would be a good idea. But, I might want to maybe try a way they have seen work for them in the past. So, having more options is always good. And the parts were able to be ordered. And the job went as well as could have been expected. Always, well worth a trip.

We just purchased a new Vehicle from Prime Toyota and had the pleasure of meeting with Kelly DeCambria. I just can t say enough positive feedback about her. She was EXCEPTIONAL and very helpful and patient with us in selecting a vehicle.She went out of her way to ensure that we made the proper selection and were completely satisfied.Since our purchase she has called to ask if we had any questions with the vehicle and if there was any way she could help us.Honestly, I ve never received this kind of service from any business. Kelly is a significant asset to Prime Toyota and I am looking to work with her again for future purchases. Thank you so much Kelly.

If you are in the market for a vehicle, Prime should be your first stop. My daughter recently purchased a used vehicle here and she was treated so nicely by the sales agent, the managers and anyone we came in contact with. A+ to all the Prime members.

I love this place. I know a dealer can bw more expensive and sometimes I do go elsewhere but when I meed to go these guys are spot on. On the ball. Courtesy rides are great. Charger stations. Food to eat. Coffee. Super friendly staff. Trustworthy

I have played phone tag with this place for over 2 weeks now. I bought a car and they told me they would fix the dent for free, but nobody answers the phone or returns my calls. The service workers are rude and very unkind. Worst customer service I have ever had.

While they did take good care of the vehicle they are working on, I don't like the fact that I feel like they are trying to sell me a service they don't even know if I need. I prefer Berlin City Toyota service.
