The people here are great. I bought tracks for my 4wheeler as well as some other gear and am very satisfied. I also bought a plow to remove snow from my driveway. I register it as a snowmobile in winter and a 4wheeler in the summer so now I ride it all year long. It is slower with the tracks and uses more gas because the speedometer is off. This is common with tracks because the gearing is different on the tracks. Other then that it is a beast in the snow and I could not get it stuck even in deep snow. I had a blast out on the trails. Plowing my driveway was easy and the I made some huge piles of snow this past winter. Even my neighbor was impressed. I have two snowmobiles that I did not even use this past winter because I had so much fun. If your looking for speed get a snowmobile but if your looking for a machine that will break trails and go anywhere then put some tracks on your 4wheeler. The top speed of my 4wheeler is about 60 but with tracks it's about 35. Oh, and the ride on those bumpy trails is a lot smoother with tracks on a 4wheeler then it is on a snowmobile.

Ordered parts they shipped the items they had in stock the others were back ordered i waited a month didn't hear anything I call to cancel the remaining order and get a refund I paid 34.95 for the missing 2 items they refunded 26.22 called they said paypal took the 8.73 ok thats unheard-of never do business with a company like that I know I wont

Ordered product online and paid by paypal. Was then informed that the price had changed from $93 to $179 and that the product was not in stock and would take several months to obtain. I was asked for more money. I asked instead for a refund and was given a partial refund. Alpha Sports claim they withheld the paypal fees. They were also clearly annoyed that I even called them to follow up. Horrible business!

These guys are on top of their game! I have an older cf moto that I have ordered several parts for from Alpha Sports. They have had everything in stock even some parts that I figured were unavailable. I will be back again and will most definitely recommend them to everyone.

Ordered a part for a hisun bumper cover. It showed it was 11 on the diagram, so I hit that number and ordered it. I recieved a part that didn't even look like the diagram. The guy I spoke with was less than apologetic. He said that that part doesn't even exist and I have to pay for the return and the part I needed was 150 and the one I ordered was 83. It is the same part for HiSun I called and made sure they use the same part on multiple machines. So, now I have to pay to send the part back and hope to get the refund instead of the part I ordered on THEIR website because it was the diagram was "wrong". What a great way to do business. I will find another way to purchase the front bumper cover for my Hisun!

I feel ripped off. I ordered from their website off a parts diagram for my United Motors DTF150. The part-number that showed up in my cart and on their site matched what I had in my manual (16100). I paid $143.22 through Paypal and I received a carburetor a few days later. The part they sent me had a completely different part number (N090-140) and was for a larger motorcycle. I contacted them to complain and provided details of their mistake and they gave me an RMA to return. After they received the part back, they credited me back $112.39 as they charged me a restocking fee. So, I am out $30.83 plus my cost to ship the part back. I reiterated to them again in an email 3 days ago that this was not my fault and they are punishing me for their mistake. No response from them as I assume they don't care. If I had read the other Google reviews before ordering, I would have avoided them as they seem to have recurring issues like this. There are much better suppliers of these kinds of parts on the Internet.

Wouldn't order parts from their website again. They sell the part wether they have it in stock or not without giving you option to choose if you still want to place the order. It's been over a month waiting for parts other local dealers said would be 10 to 14 days tops if they didn't have it in stock. Worse experience dealing with online ordering iv ever had and now am stuck waiting on parts.

This place talks a great story about being able to fix snowmobiles . However when you pick up your sled and they charge you $365.00 and tell you I think it is a little better . In my opinion that is a wanna be repair shop . I brought the sled home and took it for a test ride to find it was not one bit better than before they fixed it. The following day I brought the sled to another shop that not only fixed the sled but could not believe any other shop didn t see the problem . I would not trust these clowns to work on my bicycle.

Ordered parts for my utv, after waiting a few days I contacted alpha sport to get an up date on my order. They informed me that one part was on back order and if I couldn t wait they would take that part from an assembly and get the order out that day. Two days later I got got my full order thank you for going above and beyond Pat.

Had another honest reliable garage recommend I bring my sons atv to Pat to be fixed. The 1hr drive was well worth it. I had a great experience and would recommend my friends and family to this honest garage. Thank you so much! High fives to all of you. My son is very happy

After several trips here, I've decided that it is time to write a review. I bought my daughter an older snowmobile recently. It needed work and several parts repaired or replaced. They've had everything for this machine. Also went in, seeking a part for my own machine. They don't even actually deal in Skidoo. That didn't stop them from trying. Even searching outback and they allowed me to go on the search with them. Anytime I have gone In searching for a specific part. The guy at the counter (I'm assuming he's the owner) always suggests the parts that are attached to the repairs I'm making. I definitely recommend these guys and will absolutely continue to do my business with them.

Wow Alpha Sports Center is terrible! As I was looking around the web for the part I needed, I found the part I was looking for with these guys. The website promised timely delivery, so I paid the price. My card was charged within minutes of my "purchase" on their website. I gave them extra time past the promised delivery date before reacting. After a couple of weeks passed the promised date, I still haven't received the part. Wow, I paid a higher price plus shipping just to get the part faster than other websites, what was I thinking? As the weeks went by, with no package on my doorstep, I considered contacting my credit card company to deny payment, which was unsuccessful because alpha sports had already taken payment. So ultimately, I ended up paying for a part i never received, plus the imaginary shipping cost to send the part to my home... and i have no recourse... No phone call, no email, no nothing from this company... This stinks!

Ordered a part online since their site stated they would get parts as quickly as possible and "If a part is on back order, then we will send you an email letting you know that it will may be some time before we receive the part(s)." After a month of not getting ANY contact (no receipt, no call, nothing) I emailed them and they said the part was probably back-ordered, but they could not give me any date as to when the part would come.Disputed through Paypal and they did a partial refund, claiming the rest for themselves for "stocking" fee? Buyer beware! Poor customer service and weak communication - unless you dispute payment...

These folks have been fabulous in their prompt shipping of the parts I ordered. Their parts supply and quality is amazing. If you need any CFMoto parts, this is the place to shop! Good inventory, good prices, good delivery. Can't ask for much more than that!

Small family owned and local. They had almost every part I needed for my 2002ZR Arctic cat in stock when I went there! That's just amazing. Pricing is what you would expect for an authorized AC dealer and the owner, Pat was very helpful and patient helping me figure out what I needed. I will defiantly be using them for all my Arctic Cat parts and new Sleds as well. can't say enough good things about these guys, hard to find service like this anymore.

Bought a pair of handlebars for a 1969 Suzuki T350 online. They were the wrong bars. Contacted Pat Junkins who stated that they were the right bars as provided by his Suzuki supplier. I told him the supplier was mistaken and described the issues with the bars (no crossbar, not drilled for inside wiring, etc.). He said I could return them (my cost for shipping and a 25% fee). Any reasonable business owner would go to their supplier with my concerns or at least take them back without a 25% fee. I don't blame Pat for the mistake but I am disappointed he wouldn't go to bat with his supplier for what was once a good customer.

I brought my sled here to get fixed. And my clutch was supposed to be rebuilt. I put 25 miles on my sled and the clutch was making terrible noise. But after bringing it to another shop it had missing parts and they mechanic said it looked like nothing was done. They charged A ton of money. And also when I had them service it they didn't do much. They didn't even replace the chaincase oil which is a must on snowmobiles. Anyone and everyone STAY AWAY. They do not stand behind their work. They stand behind their money.

My husband ordered parts on the website had issues with them getting & shipping then he wrote a negative review they called him and are not going to send what he already paid for that is sad how they operate will not recommend. So not satisfied! All my husband wanted was his parts thats it they should send his parts & then part ways.

While I understand that some parts/items may be back ordered or needed to be shipped from a different location, the service is horrible. Having ordered some items last thursday morning, paid for expedited shipping via usps, my order was just now picked up from its starting location. Today is tuesday afternoon. 5 full days to actually be shipped. Never again will I use Alpha Sports Center for any parts needed. And also have passed the word on to all my other vintage sled club members to order from someone else. Extremely poor Business.Update: For an order that was ordered early on the 11th of Feb, with priority 2-3 day usps shipping, the package is scheduled to arrive on the 22 of Feb, a full 11 days later... Unacceptable as a consumer who spends hard earned money to get this type of service. Talking with the manager of Alpha Sports, I debunked every excuse they had and still the only compensation I got was, "I'm Sorry!!!" Not even any offer of a reimbursement of extra money spent for priority 2-3 day shipping or compensation of any sorts for the inconvenience. Sorry, that does not count as a professional response. Thanks for your lack of understanding.

Called to see if they had a trailable cover for my sled... Gave them my year and make. Guy on the phone asked for a part number. A part number for a cover? Can't look it up via my make and year? Told me to go look it up online and then they could help me? Called the competition...They had NO problem going above and beyond and looking it up without a part number (my year and make was suffice) Unfortunately they didn't have it available. I did find the part number online and found it much cheaper too online.. so thanks for the advice customer service guy who didn't want to look it up to see if you have it... I looked it up online liked you told me to and went with the online competition.

A +++++I ordered 2 parts for my Hyosung Sense scooter. These parts were not easy to find. Almost immediatley after ordering my parts I received a notice that they were being shipped the same day. Receievd the parts 2 days later. Thank you very much!

Ordered parts from Alpha Sports after having no luck with two other parts houses. Alpha Sports DID have the part, sent it. Got my unique ATV running. I ordered a pintle hitch for an older Bearcat. I've been looking for this part for several years. I looked at dealers, CraigsList, bone yards, even the Arctic Cat HQ in Thief River Falls, MN, all with no luck Alpha Sports had the part and got it to me within a week. Fit my sled perfectly, too. I'm very pleased with my experience with this company.

Looked everywhere on line for a part! Finally found it at Alpha sports. Part said it was in stock so I ordered and paid for fast shipping. Not only was it NOT in stock, but they offer no reimbursement for shipping and there customer service is horrible. I was actually told I never called to check if it was in stock and in FACT i did. So I am a paying customer and a liar? What a way to treat customers and I am sorry my customer had to wait the extra time because of this ridiculous company. Will never do business again with Alpha Sports and good luck if you order from them, prepare to wait!!

I reached out to them via phone after looking at their website for parts for a used Baja Dune 150 that I purchased as a surprise 13th birthday gift for my son.It needed three parts that were all discontinued... :(Their team went above and beyond and looked for and FOUND the parts. Then they shipped them to Missouri in TWO DAYS. I was able to get them installed and this corrected the issues with the kart.I was able to present the kart to my son for his 13th birthday and he was completely surprised. I could not ask for a better experience. 10+ :)

Excellent customer service. I had a part for a lesser known brand that I needed pretty quickly. Alpha-sports was very kind to all of my requests for updates on the status of the part and was able to get my part to me very quickly. I definitely recommend them!
