This is for those who bring their own parts (rotors, pads, calipers)Make sure you have the correct mm size for rotors. Going off VIN or nappa alone won't suffice, you need to measure the rotors.I took my car there and had the wrong parts. They wanted a big chunk of money for rear brake job and I opted out.The owner wasn t too happy but was very civil and helpful.I called back the next day to ask if rotors size was measured, and they were not. However, the owner seemed very confident in the sizing for my vehicle.I took my car someplace else to avoid the stress and prevent wasting their time (busy shop).I'm hoping for the best.Let this be a lesson for anyone else, make sure rotors are measured correctly and atleast pay them for the half hour of labor needed to take off the wheel. Then, right down that size and don't forget!

I have all repairs in this shop and I was leaving my car their until they call me for pick up almost 2years. But recently I went to change brakes and put AC . I found that they changed drive side after taking the car. When I reached home the car was very hot when I turned back and we argued. They call one of their mechanics he cleaned all the right but I said I need safe car. Their mechanics tested and car was going to get . They put water before using 50/50 antifreeze in my eyes which resulted to change the antifreezing system.

Hi went to rda for the first time today to have two wheel bearings, fix my exhust and to put a new blower motor to prep up for winter. All for a nissian sentra 2012 2.0, front side. Well they got the wheel bearings, and the exhaust but not anything else, which is fine I get it. Takes time to fix a blower motor. BUTT WHAT REALLY GROUND MY GEARS. Is the fact they broke my abs sensor while taking one of my front wheels off. IN MOST SHOPS THAT ARE INSURED, ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE DURING REPAIR IS COVERED BY THE SHOPS INSURANCE OBVIOUSLY NOT AT RDA. SO I WAS CHARGED FOR APART THAT WAS I. WORKIN G ORDER AND WAS BROKEN IN THEIR SHOP. WONT BE GOING NOR SUGGESTING THIS SHOP TO ANY ONE, FROM A 210 DOLLER JOB, SINCE I FURNISHED MY OWN PARTS TO 441?? YEAH NO.

RDA Automotive has nice, friendly staff. Always pleasant to be there. The staff greet all customers and make their customers feel comfortable and welcome. They do auto service repairs in a timely fashion and manner. Keep their customers in the loop about what is going on with their vehicle. RDA really gives fair and reasonable prices.I will always recommend RDA!

Stopped in here to get a sticker. Was asked questions on if my sticker was expired and because it was he fit me in which I felt extremely appreciative. The men here are outstanding. I'll bring my car back just on the fact that they are friendly and I felt appreciated and valued.EDIT: I wanted to add some more to my review after having a lot more experience. I have been going here for a couple years now and I had a car that had a lot of issues so it seemed I was in here every three months. In addition I have had dealings with them in regards to numerous of my friend's vehicles.These guys are top of the line! I cannot say even one bad thing. Even if you have to wait a couple days for your car to be fixed it's worth the wait.Their integrity is the selling point! They stay true to their word and even are competitive with prices from other shops. They are professional and very customer service friendly. Even if the labor prices are on the high side WORTH IT! You pay for what you get and you are paying for top of the line service!As long as I am local to this area my vehicles will ALWAYS be serviced here.

Went in for Brake and Rotor Replacement which all went fairly well. Turns out the rotors and brakes they just replaced are scratching already and it has only been a couple of months. I tried to remove the tires to see if I can troubleshoot all to find that when they last worked on it they over torqued my back wheels and now they will not come off. I take it back to RDA to see if they can help me loosen my bolts and inspect my brakes, not only did I loose my vehicle for a day longer than expected but they are now claiming because I have aftermarket lug nuts is the reason why the bolts are stuck!! Lol yeah ok! I have had my vehicle for over a year and have changed the tire a few times myself.... You guys could have just admitted your part and gave a discount instead of claiming it's something else trying to tell me it will be a few hundred. No thanks I will try my luck elsewhere.Service: Brakes

I stopped in today to see about what they offer for services for older motorcycles. I couldn't even ask because no one greeted me. The front lobby was deserted. There were two people, a male and a female behind a desk that joined the lobby in the garage. They saw me waiting as there is a big window connecting the two areas and a door to the garage. Not sure what kind of garage you want to go with all in all, but I don't care to go to one that won't greet me or at least let me know that someone will be with me shortly...it just seems indicative to the service I'd receive if I went through them later...so I left. No thank you. I'll go somewhere else.

They answered the phone on the first try unlike many places I called and fit me in quickly to change out my tires when I had a flat. Even better, they fixed a number of issues I hadn't even mentioned for an insanely reasonable price. I will definitely be back!

So I've been going to RDA for years. And it's because I TRUST this team. They are friends. You are not a customer, you are a friend. They are straight shooters. If your car needs it, they're going to tell you and they are going to give you a fair price for the work. If your car doesn't need it, or it can do with something different, they're going to tell you. I started going to them when I worked close by. A few years ago that changed. I moved and my work location changed, but I am not changing garages. I travel quite a distance to go here for anything. They do my State Inspection, my oil changes, and my "funny little noises". They have never advertised. They don't need to. You will have a new friend if you see this team.

Made an appointment where they made a big deal about me blocking out six hours a time for a clutch replacement which I am supplying the clutch kit completely also had a parts matched slave and master cylinder for them they did not start working on my car until 330 in the afternoon after having it all day long then they only worked on a slave cylinder which was not the request the request was to replace the clutch now waiting a second day they said they won t charge me for the work that I didn t ask them to do which they probably shouldn t. They also claim that I never told them information that would ve helped them diagnose that it was the clutch faster when the only reason why I made the appointment was to have the clutch replaced. Making this post while vehicle is still being worked on because I have no other options I am stuck at work for a day that I was not supposed to not have my vehicle.

Had to have my transmission replaced. After all was said and done, RDA took care of the after purchase warranty i had bought with my car and took care of everything.

Honest mechanics with fair pricing I went to a vip where they told me I needed almost $2,000 worth of work but it turned out I needed 1 $20 part and an hour of laber! Stickered no problem!

They fabricated issues with my car at inspection to create issues I "need" to repair. They told me I needed new brakes and rotors for example and when I went to another shop they took the brakes apart and showed me that there was at least 2/3 of the pads left on all 4 tires and did not need replacing.

Excellent service - How many garages would actually tell you that they OVERestimated labor time, and take it off of your bill? Combine that with the quality work and I wouldn't take me vehicles anywhere else.
