Great guy when you can get ahold of him. But for the past year his call back response or when you fill the auto quote is nil. I would atleast like a call back even if it is just to say no.

Phenomenal service. Called one afternoon, he asked if I was flexible, cause he could squeeze me in, cause he was super busy after a huge wind storm had done so much damage to our area & I'm sure people's vehicles. He called me at 9a the next morning to come install the windshield
