Customer BEWARE They charge a cheaper rate to undercoat your vehicle but as is with my Chevy truck they never did the rockers or any of the body for that matter they only did the frame. Asked the manager why the body wasn t done he said to keep cost s down .Brought the truck back and they charged another $100 to do the job right on top of the original $150. There is no excuse for deception and that is what it was. Never again. Rip off artists !!!

The vacuum area is filthy with debris. Do it yourself wash bays are clogged and have debris on the ground. Automatic car wash doesn't even touch the dirt. Someone needs to keep this place a little nicer. Every time I have come, there are personal belongings that people discard near the trash cans. I won't be coming back and I'm pretty sure the management/owners don't care. It's obvious by the condition of the place.

They do a great job here!! Go get your car done! The self washing bays are good and if you need any type of service they are always willing to help. The touch less car was does a very good job as well. They even are willing to brush your car in there for the wash too! ALSO, you can t really beat their prices. My ceramic coating was a great price compared to other places!!

I had Derick and the team detail my Jeep so I could sell it. They did a great job, inside and out, on a very dirty vehicle that rarely has it's top on. I bought a booklet of car wash tickets last fall. With the winter weather and salt on the roads I've been washing my Suburban more often. There's always an attendant to help punch in the correct wash and he goes over the sides and my wheels with a brush before the wash. Great service!!

Wash is fine when there cc and member scan systems are working. They were very unreliable last fall through March of this year. Would not recommend monthly membership until these are updated.

Pretty good job on the camper exterior as requested. Extra detail requested, for which I would pay, either poorly done or not done. Owner contacted to review any problem. This place is awesome. Their do-it-yourself bays are clean, convenient and always maintained. You get personalized customer service even if you use the automated system, and the owner always offers you brush service--for free--before you even enter into the automated wash bay. I've been going to these guys for years and always leave happen. The do-it-yourself wash options are everything you'd need, plus the water pressure is amazing. The self-wash cost $3.75, which allows plenty of time to suds and rinse my pick-up.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I am absolutely astounded at the service that the guys at Coastal Car Wash offer! I had my car detailed over the weekend and it came back looking and smelling brand new! My car is 5 years old. There had been juice spilled on the back seat and trash leaked in the trunk when hubby went to the dump - it was so bad. But not anymore! Not only does it look new but it SMELLS new, too! Everything is so clean and shiny. Not a speck of dust or grime to be seen. I HIGHLY recommend this company. And another thing I love is that it is locally owned...this is not some big company that someone out of state owns...that is something that i really appreciate as I try hard to support local businesses.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

If you're opting to spray your own vehicle, they have a credit card swipe for payment but it doesn't tell you anywhere how much it costs and it just runs for as long as you need. Don't forget you have to hit a small button when you're done to stop the charge. I guess we'll see when I get my statement how much the 9 minutes cost me.

My Dad had his Tacoma detailed at this center. The man who we dealt with was very nice and upbeat. When we picked up the car and inspected it I was shocked at the poor job, especially considering they charged 190$.Wax streaks and residual wax were all over the vehicle and "gooped" in the vehicle seems. It looked like they started detailing the plastic lined bed but forgot to polish away the spray in wax. There were splashes of wax all over the front grill. Inside the gas cap cover was not cleaned, classic sign of no attention or care to detail, this is a "detail," right?!? The interior was not even vacuumed under the mats! And the vacuum job in general was poor. I was surprised that the engine was not detailed for that price, but we were told that you have to ask for that, and all for the same price? Some of these deficiencies were noticed by my dad and me after getting the car home. I am leaving this to my Dad to call the center to at least explain how poor their detailing was, so that they have an opportunity to make good on their job, or at least not provide this poor level of service to somebody else. We shall see...Update!!!! Got a call back from the owner, Derrick, immediately! What a great guy. He made it right, and appreciated our feedback. I updated the stars to 4 for the immediate response and for his genuine response.

Been to alot of self wash bays and this ranks up there... good power from the spray gun, plenty of soap from the spray gun and nice foam coverage from the brush, brush is soft and clean, clear coat was nice and even coverage. Been to alot of bays at night and flooded with bugs, not one in sight.. only knock would be I wish the swivel bar connecting the hose to the swivel bar was a bit longer, was a bit tight getting the front and back of the car but definitely one of the best self washing bays i been to in years hands down.

Love these guys they were able toHelp me with a bad mildew issue when my sunroof drain got clogged and the water filled up the drivers side of the car.Had them detail the inside after they replaced the insulation under the carpet. Great job thank you to Justin and Derek!

Worst self serve car wash I ve ever used, anywhere in the country. I ve tried these guys 5 times over the last 12 months. Credit card machines never work, even a full year after bringing it to their attention. Tried all 3 bays and they re all broken. Oh and surprise, you won t be washing with hot water so you ll get similar results as when trying to washing dishes with cold water only. You get a only few minutes for $3.75 and each additional quarter buys you a whopping 30 seconds of time. Never again, for the money you could drive to Portland and get far better car washes.

Great results on two cars ceramic coated here, have held up well. Great experience here. The self-wash system system works really well and feels like a real detail wash. Everything was well stocked and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful.I d give this place an A+ and wouldn t hesitate to come back!

I requested a full detail on my boyfriend's car and the results were amazing. Not only did the car look great but they waited for us to get there after closing. Super friendly and will being going there again for my car next.

We were staying at Shore Hills Campground in Boothbay and our neighbors were getting their motor home washed and wax and so we decided to do ours too. Because we had an appointment in Bath on Friday, we left before Derrick was finished. When we returned home we were so shocked that our coach looked so bad!!! The windows were horrible. Like it had not been washed at all. Called Derrick and he said he would come on Monday to take care of it. We were again out sightseeing and Derrick called to ask if we had seen the coach yet and we explained that we were on an oyster farm tour. He then explained that he was shocked when he saw our coach and investigated his equipment and apparently no soap had been applied. He fixed that issue and redid our coach even putting on some wax. When we got home we were so pleased to see that it looked so nice. We recommend this fine company to take care of your automotive/RV care needs because of Derrick's desire for customer satisfaction.

Their Premium services are always worth the cost - good value. Most recently I did the fluid film undercoating, but most of the time I just go in for the DIY wash or the touchless washing.

Came on Sunday and paid $9 for basic car wash from the automatic machine. Waste of money. Side panels and rear were still encased in dirt. Do it yourself.

I had my Toyota Tundra done there 564.00 later thinking I was going to pick a truck up off a used car lot that is less then a year old I paid for the best but was disappointed they did not even shine the bumpers or grill I did it when I got it home with,a dry rag never again

Got the Supreme car wash for 15$ and it didn't clean anything.
