This was my first time using Autometrics and they did a great job on my brakes as well as did a thorough check of my car while there. I really felt they are honest and the price was very fair, they even showed me my old brakes that were nonexistent. Highly recommend!Service: Auto brake replacementService: Auto brake replacement

These guys are great! Had em put an alternator in for me and they had me back on the road same day! Only go here if you you want quality work done by an amazing crew with an amazing atmosphere!

Great staff, everyone is friendly. Though the phone is busy a lot, I live close by, so I don't mind. Busy = Quality that people are lined up to receive. We just bought a used Car from here, love the car, and they got us in it quickly. Had a little issue (cosmetic) and I trust all will be well as soon as possible. Great people doing the Best they can, with their work load, they are the best family owned car business I know of. They are still taking good care of the car, and we are still very happy.

I came in about 8 am and the service was great. Even thought i left a little after 3 it didn t bother me because everyone was so kind and they we re working so hard to fix my car. I came in with a transmission problem and came out with no problem. I live in Georgia and i wish i could take the crew with me!! Thank you guys so much for everything i really appreciate it!

After my car broke down I was forced to limp it to the shop on a Sunday and take the train home to NH. With a full list of appointments they were still able to fit me in short order. I was really pleased and surprised when Teddy (the owner's daughter) agreed to shuttle me from the train in Brunswick to pick up my car at the shop. This place does great work and understands the value going the extra mile to create positive experiences for their customers.

Autometrics is the ONLY place we take our cars. Since 2007 I have taken three different vehicles for regular maintenance and unexpected emergencies. They have always been upfront, and honest and reasonably priced. In those 6 years I have taken those cars OTHER places, and have been scammed, ripped off or they have actually hurt my car as opposed to fix it. I ALWAYS feel taken car of at Autometrics.

Never before have I had a vehicle that the inspector pointed out two spots on the frame that aren't a fail for an inspection sticker and yet still failed my inspection. Yet a half hour later I get a sticker elsewhere. Seems like a dishonest way to treat people to make $18
