Absolutely amazing business. I needed brakes done and didn't have a big budget. They were understanding and were straight shooters on what needed to be done. They were able to get it done over 200 dollars cheaper than other places and it was done professionally and quickly. I will definitely be going back to get work done in the future.

My experience was lousy. I have a classic vehicle. When I went into the shop for my appointment which I scheduled a week ago. I was told that I would wait an HOUR to get my inspection. This annoyed me and I asked why they made an appointment they weren't honoring. The manager got huffy and said and I quote " I can't control my parts delivery!" I said find a new parts store. So I said I'd wait and asked if I could drive my car in because the interior is immaculate. He said no, and proceeded to tell me he had an $80000 truck. That didn't make any difference to me that he would allow dirty technicians into his vehicle. That's not my concern. My concern is my vehicle. So in The end I walked out. Then I went across the street to VIP the sales staff were courteous and the mechanic put a plastic bag on my seat top to bottom and a mat on the door. They treated my car with the respect I wanted. They took my car in in five minutes. My car passed inspection and I was able to inspect the underside of my vehicle. They answered all my questions and I'll be going back there for all my services from now on. Don't use Morrel brakes if you value your vehicle. Go across the street to VIP and be treated with courtesy and respect for your vehicle.

I cant say enough good things about this place! I brought in my Lexus is250 due to cylinder misfire and they were able to diagnose and fix the car in an amazing amount of time. Richie is awesome and super helpful! They even replaced a flat for me free of charge. Definitely will be making Morall Brake and More my go to.

Beware! Had an estimate done on services last week and they said I needed a whole bunch of work on my rear brakes that I DO NOT NEED with an insane total cost.I chose this place based on reviews here, but it s not a 5 star place.. mediocre customer service when I walked in. Had 2 estimates following this place and they both said the work is completely unnecessary. Beware of this business they re not trustworthy! It should have been a red flag when they were available for an estimate the next day vs weeks out like other garages.do yourself a favor and find a garage with integrity.

Efficient diagnosis, honest customer service, reasonable and customary fees. $1225 less than the dealer quote in this instance. Brake expertise is top notch. Highly recommend!

The photos are of the issues/ bad parts that Rich found of which other mechanics overlooked. The last photo is accurate for sure!!!This is an honest and fair establishment. Book as soon as you have a thought of needing service because they have such an enormously good reputation that as we were waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, countless customers were coming in attempting to get in.I'd have to say if there's any downside, it would be that they need a FT receptionist on duty (idk if they have one, but definitely didn't that day) so unfortunately they kept getting interrupted from the work on current customers vehicles to address walk ins.It's nice to find a mechanic that you know isn't trying to get one over on ya.5 stars all the way from this reviewer!

Made an appt for a car inspection. Was told I needed tires before an inspection could be completed. The gentleman gave me a quote on a set of tires. My husband recently passed away and this was a first for me. Very helpful and pleasant!

When 10+ other shops in Brewer/Bangor turned me away with an emergency fix (due to them being booked way out) Morall had me out the door by noon, and they're booked solid aswell. Fantastic service. Would recommend 100%.

I needed work done on my car soon messaged them on Sunday afternoon, and they got me in first thing next morning. They were knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me other stuff. They were quick too! They got my brakes and rotors changed in less time than it took me to drive to Dunkin and back! Will definitely be back here, they exceeded my expectations.Service: Brake service & repair

Going back to Michigan, on a Saturday, when Rich closes at 2, he fit us in to look at sound coming from our brakes. Took care of the problem really quick, even though he was really busy. Nice guy, great service.

My cars timing had gone. I emailed them , they told me to bring it in. Within 30 mins of it being there I was contacted with what had to be done with an estimate to fix. Within 24 hours my car was done. They were a lifesaver and super friendly and knowledgeable. The price was fair for the amount of work. Tried to schedule an appointment and no one would pick up the phone. After the third attempt I left a message. No one called be back. That was 3 weeks ago and they were open everytime I called. Brought my business elsewhere.

Got a u joint done last minute before a long drive, very fast and friendly service. Was shocked at the reasonable no BS service and excellent price. If I was still living up here I would use them again, 10/10. I would recommend them for sure

Morall's , In brewer Maine, in run by a outstanding group of guys !I was in Orland Maine July 18, 2023, and experienced a braking issue, I called at least a dozen local shops and no oun would even consider looking at my F150, for at least a week, except we had to be heading home to Mass within 2 days.The team at Morall's found a way to squeze me in in their very tight schedule and fixed the problem in record time.Cant say enough good things about these guys.None better, they really saved us!Thank you ...John RoughGreenfield Ma.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Got new tires here about a year ago. They cross threaded two of my lugnuts so when I had to get them changed again the whole wheel base snapped and had to be replaced resulting in extra unnecessary charges and repair. I think they saw I was from out of state and didn't care much about their work.

I am SO grateful that they could get me in on short notice. I'm 6 hours from home and needed a rush repair and they fit me right in. It was quickly diagnosed, and very quickly repaired with a new alternator. Don't hesitate to use this business. They are professional, efficient, good value for the money, and the waiting area is comfortable. Shout out to Rich for helping me out.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very impressed. There was a laundry list of things wrong with my car including needing new brakes/rotors, new windshield, new passenger side rear view mirror, sway bars, ect before getting an inspection sticker. Lots of issues to fix, but they fixed everything in just over two hours and the price was a fraction of what I was expecting. Made an appointment for an inspection three days in advance for first thing in the morning. When I showed up they told me it was going to "be a while". No ideas how long... just "a while" because "you don't really know how long things take when you're taking them apart". I find it very interesting every other place I have made an appointment with has been able to keep within 15-20 minutes of projected times. Guess I'll just stick with the other guys!Oh, also watched someone who drove in after get pulled right up. I guess maybe if they're buddies you'll get a good job done. I wouldn't know though.

The guys at mall break do a great job. They have prices are better than any I have found anywhere else. I don't know anywhere that you can get an oil change for $48. This is one of those mechanics who get rave reviews from some people. For this reason, I called to get some repairs. Two of the three things I wanted done they said they don't do because they're not worth it. The two things were spraying the undercarriage for rust prevention - I was told by a friend that they provided this service for $80 or $90. But the man told me it's not worth doing all you have to do is keep your undercarriage clean. When you're driving a 2006 model car you care about something like rust prevention. The second thing I asked him to do was to try applying a filament kit I purchased because my rear defrost is broken. I was told that these kids exist by an auto glass company because I refuse to pay $650 to replace the rear windshield simply because the auto defrost no longer works. The mechanic at Morall told me these kids don't work and he wasn't willing to try.However he did quote me a fair price to install a new oxygen sensor. Only $50 labor. And he was willing to install it if I purchased the part myself online.

I've had wonderful experiences every time I've taken my car here. Very honest, and very fair in prices. I paid $175 for work that VIP quoted me $357 for!! And it it only took 30 minutes, when VIP said it would take 2 1/2 hours. Very, VERY pleased. If you're looking for an honest and knowledgeable team to work on your car, look no further. Morall is definitely the place to go. And sometimes, if you're lucky, there's puppies in the waiting area to play with while you wait. What more could you want!? :)

I found out last minute that my serpentine belt was about to go at an oil change across town. Rick at Morall got me in immediately and replaced the belt. Fair pricing and a comfortable, clean, and modern waiting room! Highly recommend!
