Has fixed multiple phones all with different problems for a great price and in a great time frame. Even switched out a watch battery for me so I didn t have to go outside the parish. Joe is very caring and considerate of your time and $$. Recommend 1,000 times over any other store or gas station that claims to do electronic repair!!!

Awesome job! They take walk ins. I gave the guy my phone and showed him one of my photo lens had cracked. He said no problem. Had me in and out in less than 15 mins. Highly recommend!

Joe has been my phone guy for maybe 6 or 7 years. He does an awesome job every time! You name it he can do it, this is really your technology one stop shop . Great customer services, very efficient, and reliable . I literally have been and will always recommend everyone I know to try out tech care.

Was great my first experience a year ago fixing my phone. Went back with our tablet and cell phone recently $400 "repair" and they are both worst now than when we brought them in. Have to buy new devices. If it was just one MAYBE I'd understand, but the fact that we got ridiculous excuses and both devices are garbage now, it's clear he couldn't fix them, but took the job anyway. I'll never go back.

Absolutely the best place to bring your computer, laptop, phone etc. I have brought in 2 computers so far and am bringing my laptop soon, and am so impressed with the customer service, the speed of service, and the fair prices. I have recommended Tech Care to everyone and will continue to do so. Thanks Joe!

Joe was more than helpful. He diagnosed my laptop problem. Told me my options, and didn't charge me because it did not need to be taken into the shop. He is super kind.

This is a no brainer! Joe can fix anything and at a reasonable price! He primarily sells and repairs apple I phones But I have an Android phone and this is still the only place I go! I buy refurbished phones from Joe and he services everything! The main thing is he is honest! I thought my screen was cracked and he said no it's not, just the protector is cracked. He could have sold me a new screen. It's located next to donut land on River Road in Destrehan.
