Aside from the rude and condensending attitude from the steroid fueled juice junky it wouldn't be a half bad place to do business if they could adhere to the price list instead of charging whatever they can get away with.My professional assessment being this business is lacking in ethics and employee control. Hire a manager who isn't afraid to do what needs to be done, firing the drug abuser and reinforcing some ethics.

They lied about the pricing of a vehicle that needed to be picked up. They were buying a vehicle from me that needed some work. They told me one price. Then I had a female call them to see if they would tell her the same price for the same vehicle. But they didn't. They lowered your her a lower price. It's a scam!!!

We got there 2 minutes before closing & they allowed us to search for our part we needed for our vehicle & told us what isle to look on for a greater chance at retrieving what we needed.. we got our part

I don't really care much for this place. It's unfriendly... I went the other day thinking I had lost a part to my truck that I needed. I got the part went out to the truck and found out the part had fell down in my door. I know I should have checked. I turned and went back to get a refund because it had only been about 2 min. And they wouldn't. Now I could understand if I drove off with the part or something but I mean it was out and right back in. They saw I never even left the parking lot I didn't have time to. Mind you I am a single mom with a 17 and 18 year old. My 18 year old son is fixing to graduate and go to college and my 17 year old daughter is a Jr. Both good grades and active in school. I am very busy and money is tight. This may not seem like a big deal to some but it was to me. Every little bit counts. I know this was my fault but it would not have hurt them in this situation.

Not a terrible place its spaced out, clean but the only thing that rubbed me wrong is when I went into the office to ask a simple question. The guy behind the desk looked annoyed my me asking him something. So I just thought forget it and went out there and found what I was looking for myself

Sold these A;$holes a car in 2019. Never gave me a bill of sell paper or anything when I went to get my license. My license was flagged since 2018. I reported these cons to the attorney generals office.

Clean yard and everything is spaced out plenty good enough for you to have the elbow room you need to work. Helpful that they can at least tell you if the car you need is out there which helps. Not bad compared to a lot of yards I have encountered..

Wonderful place to go for used parts sometimes new parts if you get lucky and overall good place just in case you need to learn something about vehicle without messing your own vehicle if you can go out there and learn about it wonderful place and the staff is wonderful as well

I went looking for a single rim for my 2012 dodge ram and the people who work there are very unfriendly and not willing to help at all. I understand they have people who try to steal and manipulate them BUT NOT ALL OF US ARE LIKE THAt

UAPI is my candy store, very reasonable prices and a wide variety of vehicles. Most of the vehicles are 90s and up with a few 80s models scattered around. Bring your own tools so you're not asking to borrow other peoples, you can buy some tools at the front office, they also sell some new aftermarket parts.

It is not right to call this place of business and get told you cannot ask for a certain part. If we didn t need the part we prolly would have a way up there . Ain t no one too busy to answer the phone . Hire more people if you don t have enough to answer phone . How can I find out if the part is there if no one will answer the phone. Otherwise i may have to drive to all the locations and not get the part . Use your head people . On my scale your falling close to 0

This stores doesn't have enough help and even if they did, they could never be a match to Henry's Wrecking just past U-Pull-it on left. This store will not take the time to answer my questions and treat me like I am not nearly as important as the men customers and the young women who make it their purpose to flirt with gullible men in sales.
