False advertisement. Posting cars online and saying they're $750. Drive 2 hours to test drive the car, and they then told me it was $750 down PLUS a monthly car payment. Not like the add on market place advertised.

They had/have a post about school buses on Facebook. I messaged them over a month ago about purchasing all 16 they had available. Lady said she would get information and get it to me. I messaged periodically after that after never receiving that message. To this day, I have not received any information. You d think if you had a buyer that wanted to purchase 16 buses, you d get back with them. Don t waste your time trying to do business with these people, they do not value a customer. 0/10 stars.Update, the Owner s response to the review is a lie by saying they never received messages from us. I ve uploaded the messages sent back and forth for the month of October and November. I m sure they will now say it was a ghost messaging us.

I really wish they would have a little more respect towards there customers. I don t recommend buying from here unless you wanna be treated disrespectfully. 1 star

I love this place, very good to the customers and I had a little problem with my car and they are fixing it. They love saving you money. They work with you the best they can.

Lemon, lemon, lemon! My Axel was bent, a week after purchase It was raining and the vehicle went spinning out of control, barely missed the cliff and other vehicles! I had to pay tow, kept it 7 months to fix and I didn't get a replacement during! Got it back finally and the next morning, pulling out of my driveway a big part just falls off no bumps, just flat paved driveway! Will never buy here and everyone who asks I say yeah if ya want to die!

We drove 400 miles one way from Virginia to see a vehicle that wouldn't go beyond 13 mph, and wasn't the one advertised. The mechanic left a message at 9:15 PM when we had already driven 4.5 hours to say he had discovered an issue, clearly the same power loss he had supposedly already fixed by draining out the year-old diesel two days before. I had told each of them repeatedly that we live 6 hours away. We had been in contact with these folks for a full week, yet it took them until the last minute to discover this enormous and costly issue. He left only a voicemail when we were already practically there. No text, didn't ask the manager for my partner's number, which he had. When we got there we noticed 20k more miles on it, paint chipping etc. They had listed the wrong bus on Craigslist, and were showing us a "SALVAGE" vehicle, not the one we had discussed and seen. This explains the 1 star review average on Google.

They said they had several 3spd automatic transmissions for my car. Drove 1.5hrs, and they only had 4spd transmissions. The inventory in their system is all messed up. Come to find out it happens all the time. DO NOT waste your time like I did. Plus when looking at the inventory, a lot of broken peices, as it is obvious they don't handle these parts with care. I would not buy any of the transmissions I had seen, even if correct.

I had bought a fuel pump a couple of months ago and I was overjoyed to find one at a good price for 45 dollars from mason county auto and walked away a very satisfied customer..... I did have issues with that fuel pump and I went back to them and they took care of the matter very professionally and gave me another fuel pump..... I was so satisfied that I left a wonderful review and recommended to others to shop for there parts there..... Well today my second fuel pump went out and I called them and explained I was on my way to work and this fuel pump went bad,and I was told by the customer service rep that the owner would give me a call to see how to resolve my issue and I did recieve a call from a lady that was very short and I couldn't even get one word out other then hello and yes ma'am..... She then went about telling me that she has my fuel pump issue documented and that it has been over the time and that they already replaced it once and that I am not getting a refund or exchange...... That was fine but I didn't ask for that I asked if I could come out there and let them see what the car is doing that is what I asked the first lady I talked to..... But the lady that called me was very blunt and made the comment that she hasn't got enough hours in the day to have a conversation with me,and then when I was trying to talk to her in response she cut me off and just hung up very rudely...... Now I remind you I am broke down andI didn't call them to get nothing for free but if she would have been more compassionate she would of better understood that I was wanting to get another fuel pump get my issue fixed and go to work but she wouldn't listen to me..... I answered the phone with yes ma'am and with nothing but polite behaviour with her and as well with her coworkers..... I know my 45 dollar fuel pump isn't much to them and they could probably care less but considering the way the shape of our nation is in with all of us being out of work and for me getting back to work is number 1 and I am struggling to do it and I can't afford expensive car parts and I am doing the best I can..... And for someone to treat me and belittle me the way she did makes for a terrible outlook when a person is trying...... All I wanted was to resolve my issue and if they had another fuel pump i would of bought it if they couldn't honor this one...... If she would of thought back to last week when I called them and asked if they had a gastank for my car and was told I would get a call back to let me know if one was available which I never got she would of found out that I would of bought the tank and another fuel pump but she was so quick to dismiss me that I couldn't even ask her nothing and she hung up...... I am a African American man and the way I was treated personally was just awful and the fact that I extended respect and courtesy the whole time makes me wonder if my race is a issue and that is why I was treated the way I was..... I am going to report this issue with the local chapter of the NAACP and at least get a apology or closure to this matter.......

I would give it less than 1star if it would let me..an all around terrible experience with this place their communication was terrible they told us they had a part that they didnt have we drove over two hours to get there just to drive an employee to the junk yard trudge thru mud for a mile just to be told that the part was not there and hadnt been there for a very long time..so a two hour drive just to be jerked around by people who clearly have no idea what they were talking about or had or disnt have,.the most unprofessional experience ive ever had anywhere..i will continue to put this on facebook twitter and anywhere else i need to to keep peiple from wasting their time like we have,.so we are out 2 hrs of our time all the gas money to get there and left with the heada he and frustration they caused and to make matters worse we left empty handed as well with. Arely a sorry from employees...a sad place of business they are clearly not inthe business to make money,,pathetic excuse for a business..

Daughter bought car, had accident, insurance cover, they didn't fix the car properly, the front end shakes maybe has bent axle, poor mechanical service, probably not certified

Was very disappointed because my husband found a part that he needed for his truck on the website, called them and sent us pictures of the part we specified and was not the right part, and was extremely overpriced for the part.
