We have useed many repair shops in the area trying to find one that felt personable, honest, reliable, trustworthy, and fairly priced. We found Myers in Towanda and now consider them our new repair family. We have 2 vehicles that they have worked on multiple times and they have always ensured that we are satisfied regardless of the situation. In one instance, a repair on our van ended up taking twice as long and costing twice as much as was quoted, but it really wasn't from anything they could have foreseen. Chris, the owner even met with us to hear out our frustrations and we felt that he sincerely cared about our unhappiness in the moment and would use the critique to better his business for the future. In another instance, we noticed a crack in the windshield upon getting our van back from the shop that wasn't there before. Even though we couldn't "prove" that they were responsible, they replaced the windshield at no cost to us.They also offer a 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty on parts and labor which is pretty much unheard of in the Auto Repair industry.Overall, we feel they are very competent mechanics and truly strive to put the customer first. Their prices are fair and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I'm happy with the outcome and my car got fixed. Overall it took longer than expected because of a sick mechanic and my car having to be taken to another shop location to get fixed then a part broke and had to wait for another one to come in. But they took care of it with good customer service.

1st time using this shop. Mounted & balanced 4 new tires & did oil change on my Duramax diesel. Not your typical 15 minute drive thru oil change, BUT, they do take time to do it right, torque specs, etc. They earned my trust and will be doing my brake job & fuel filter next month. Well done

Although they were friendly, the price they wanted me to pay, in their opinion, for them to be able to align my front end was ridiculous! I will not go back, I'm sure they will always try to get you to make repairs just because their inspection says you need to.

Way over priced. Told them I needed drum brakes replaced, and they wanted to charge over $1700.00 for it. Took it somewhere else and they did the job for $590.00.

Had my vehicle at another meyers location paid almost 2900, got vehicle back and similar issues within one day....brought it back they claimed was to busy so sent to this location, they couldn't find anything wrong so they changed transmission fluid, and I paid over 600, now my vehicle is overheating and undriveable.. would not recommend to ANYONE

Myers is local for me. They are fabulous and get the job done right the first time. Longs story short, I bought a tire for the car in December, just had it put on this week. Even with the ownership change, they kept the tire, no additional cost. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Myers Automotive in Towanda just made some major repairs to my Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Before they did the work, they explained to me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I would give less than one star if I could. Almost $900 for a starter replacement. Closest estimate I could get anywhere else afterwards was $400, you decide...$330 for a $100 remanufactured part...

The worst ever charged me $ 1317.75 for oil change and brake rotors and brake pads 2018 GMC 2500.The brake pads and rotors were $1046.72.I priced the rotors at Napa for $79.00 each.
