I got to be completely honest after what I ve witnessed today this place is lucky I gave it a star. I wanted to reach behind the counter and strangle that abusive cashier for hitting that little girl upside her head. There were 2 male associates and a little girl. One of the co-workers was playing with the little girl while the other was checking out customers at the register. It was my turn in line and as the cashier was checking me out, he turned around and slapped that little girl upside her head. She had to be at least 3 or 4 years old.First of all if you shouldn t be bringing your kids to work they should be in someone s care or supervision, period! Anything could happen especially for a small child like that. You should be focusing on your job without any distractions. That child should have been in the break room if you was going hit her like that.Anyways the cashier triggered me when he hit that child in the back of the head. It took every ounce of my self control for me to not step in.2/26/23

Update your hours people! We pulled up to a truck pump because of our 5th wheel my boyfriend went to go inside to pay, knocked on the door and the employee yelled at him through the door that they were closed, before 9

Nice place! Staff was really nice! Bathroom only has one toilet so there was like a 5 minute wait for both men s and women s. Didn t eat at the subway but it looked brand new and clean. Bought some scratch off lotto tickets for using the bathroom lol. Will stop in here again for sure!

I had 1 bar of gas left and stopped here before 9 pm (google says they are open until 11pm). I was paying outside at the pump and the pump wouldn't do anything. I tried again and Nothing. Moved to a different pump and it still wasn't working so I decided to go inside. Doors were locked and I knocked. I could see the man inside and he very rudely said they were closed. I was just trying to let him know the pumps weren't working. Keep in mind during all of this, that the store SHOULD HAVE BEEN OPEN. I didn't say anything and I didn't leave a review at the time. I just chose to try and make it to Emporia for gas; I was able to and decided to let it go. THEN! I was charged $100 3 times for the 3 times I tried to get gas and was UNABLE to! I can understand a small charge for using my card if I was actually able to use it, but $100?! There was a reversal on the fees but that is absolutely ridiculous to me. I will never stop here again, nor will my family.

I feel bad for bashing a local place. But... it is always filthy and stinks.They dont change the window cleaner buckets, so you're better off skipping it unless you want your car to smell like poop. The squeegees themselves are disgusting and need replacing too.The staff is friendly, but if someone were to open another truck stop and keep it clean and fully operational, One Stop would be out of business in a week.

Got fuel 6-22-22 been nothing but trouble since water and ice tea fluid I keep draining out of my water separator called them and they could care less

It was a haven in the middle of nowhere, I had just hit a deer and needed someplace to check out the damage and fix what I could....ended up taking a nap here in the car...

Parking lot is full of holes big enough to hide pickup truck in over priced dirty bathrooms roaches at the fountain drink area the lady working the register is quite rude don't stir up dust in her parking lot or she will accuse you of speeding the guy that works there is polite and easy to get along with
