It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. and Mrs. Zorn. These people are honest and hardworking. They are customer service oriented. Even their dog Reggie is friendly.

Don't let the name of this place fool you. They are also a full blown tire store also. We were staying at the triple j campground and we had a slow leak. The owner sent us here. This is a top shelf outfit. Our camper had a wheel that was actually splitting and leaking air. They had a new wheel. Mounted, balanced and we were on the road within a half hour. Highly recommend this place.

Had a tire blow out on our boat trailer. Precision worked us in to get new tires on the trailer and even got us a new spare. They were quick and extremely reasonable with their pricing. Thank you so much!!

We had an issue with a tire on our vacation and needed a replacement. He stayed over his lunch break to get us back on the road as quick as possible. I can t recommend this place enough!

We had a flat on I-70, and initially stopped at another local tire shop. They didn't have the tire we needed, and referred us to Precision Collision. Dana immediately discovered that our big-chain tire shop had mounted two of our tires backwards, which likely caused our separation. He found us a good, used tire, and flipped our other backward tire around. He torqued our lug nuts, and replaced the four nuts the big-chain had left off. Highly recommend.

Awsome customer service. I had a flat tire and they did not have a replacement available, but the lady in the office called all of the local tire businesses on our behalf, saving us a lot of heartaches. She found us a tire nearby and we were able to get back on the road quickly. Thanks!

I ve known Mark for 35 years. My parents have used him for numerous repairs. He goes above and beyond with everything he does, and he does it all with a positive attitude and a smile on his face. Fair prices, great quality, and exceptional service are not a surprise they are the standard. After getting our vehicle back my dog promptly stepped on the door lock and locked us out of the vehicle. Mark came to the rescue....in ten minutes....on a Saturday. He genuinely cares and it is refreshing. You can t go wrong working with him.Service: Auto rear window replacement

We were on our cross country trip and headed back east to Virginia. We blew a tire about 6 miles from Russell. They were super pleasant and fixed us up and had us back on the road lickity split. They were understanding and courteous. Prices were right as well. Definitely recommend them!

Rang for service on the 15th, and whilst they weren't able to help due to short staff, the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful & friendly in recommending others to try (one of whom was able to sort our tyre)
