I was traveling through Pittsburgh Kansas recently and my alternator went out after hours. I got a tow to Randy's Auto Repair because a police officer referred them. The tow guy said they were a good place to go as well. I do not know anyone around here, being from Arkansas. At first I thought it would take a few days, the Honda Accord alternator is not easy. To my surprise it only took Rodney a few hours the next day, to replace it. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the service I received and the time it took. The price was swell. THANK YOU RODNEY! I highly recommend your shop.

This garage is conveniently located at the entrance of the town. The staff is friendly and honest. When our car broke down near their location, they went above and beyond to help us. I will highly recommend them.

They made my mom keep the interlock in her car just so she would have to pay an extra month! Their equipment is second hand and malfunctions daily!

I am always able to get an answer to a question or troubleshoot a problem without feeling like they are too busy. It's not the cheapest place in town but you get what you pay for and I trust them.

Great guys to work with, honest & transparent. Needed their help as I was a couple states n over 500+ miles away, they communicated where they were at witj the progress of the vehicle every step along the way til they had it back on the road an felt it was trustable to make the drive back home, and it did just that! They will never know just how much I appreciate everything they did from beginning to end! Small shop doing big things resolving people's transportation headaches! Sending my appreciation from Iowa back down to Pittsburgh, Kansas!

Just amazing!!! We were on our way from Kansas City, KS to Vinita, Ok and my engine light came on and the car started driving rough. You guys took care of me quickly and calmly and were so kind! Also great price for all that work! My car got fixed then about to leave when my dad, who was going to follow us down and had just gotten there, started his car up and his check engine light came on. (Not a cruel joke!) even after closing you guys took care of it all and we have made it safely! Thanks will never be enough!

Very nice guy! Trustworthy and tries to explain everything to you so you can understand it. Looked at my car in a very timely manner and didnt charge me for more than the 30 minutes it took him to look at it. Also gave great unbiased advice. Definitely will be going back if my car has any problems again!

My son's Mercedes broke down going back to Pitt State. We had it towed to Randy's. Randy did a great job looking at the problem and diagnosing it. Randy was also honest with us and said he did not feel right working on this car since Mercedes were not his specialty. He took it a step further and checked with other shops in town for us (since we live in Topeka). He ended up with a contact that worked on European cars for us. So my 5 star rating is for his service to me and his honesty, he didn't try to take advantage or our situation. I would recommend Randy'sService: Transmission

I was visiting my girlfriend when my car went down with what we thought was my transmission. The shop quoted me at what they believed to be an accurate cost and not the minimum like other shops would do.After checking it out they found that it was a broken CV shaft, saving me $2000 and ensuring that I'd be home for Christmas.These guys are great and have my whole-hearted recommendation.

Traveling from Dallas TX to Leavenworth KS, four women and our SUV starts cutting out and will not go above 40 mph. We pull over, hold hands and say a prayer asking Jesus to be our mechanic as we do not know where we are or anyone near. We sputtered approx 15 miles and we're told we would have to go to the next town another 30 miles to a Dealership; but God led us to Randy's Auto Repair!! A young man by the name of Rodney told us that they were swamped but he would do all he could even if it were to direct us to someone that could get us on the road sooner. Rodney had us back on the road within a few minutes!! His knowledge and customer service is remarkable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very friendly. Unfortunately, according to everyone I've talked to after my repairs I've been taken for quite a ride. The price for all my parts appears to have been doubled. 95$ for 4 spark plugs. 87$ for wires.I recommend getting a second quote before agreeing to anything.
