I used to send my wife here for simple small repairs or tire work. We stopped using them. They are one of the biggest scams in Miami County.

Took my car in for two new tires and an oil change. He didn t put the right oil in it supposed to be synthetic blend. He put regular oil in my car. He told me I needed new struts went and got a second opinion don t need new struts I took it for a third opinion had an alignment done. I asked him about my struts. He said they look fine. Had an alignment done. I asked him about my struts. He said they look fine. I would never take my car back there again. He will screw you. Thought I could trust this mechanic that is Tom Brewers automotive repair now I need a new oil change because I have no idea what oil he put in because he has two different types written down one on the receipt and one in my window.Services: Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Brewer Automotive was a huge life-saver for me. Previously had taken my truck in to a different automotive company that told me the rear differential and the transmission were out on my truck. Took my truck to Brewer's for a second opinion, who told me the transmission was fine and the rear differential just needed replaced instead! Truck is all fixed up now and has been running perfectly with no issues since! Highly recommended! Not to mention everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Had a hub nut that I couldn't remove and I broke every breaker bar I had still wouldn't budge. Went and seen travis brewer and he spun it off In seconds. Great guys and they do good work

Really nice people, but we didn't have the best experience. Took our vehicle in for a new muffler and tail pipe. Was quoted one price & paid much more than that. In less than three months, it was all apart and in worse condition than when we originally took our vehicle to them. Initially took it back to them & was treated disrespectfully and was told it was not their problem. My husband again confronted them with the issue and said the parts should be under warranty. Low & behold they were able to schedule an appt and repair what they did the first time. Although I was very hesitant to take it back to them, we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Today is the first evening we have had it back. We are really hopeful the problem has been resolved.

Both times we've had our vehicle in here, the cost was unbelievably low, which is always nice.It's a great family owned business. Tom and his wife are always so nice and very helpful.

I have been using Brewer's for many years. The price I am quoted is what it costs no hidden costs. Love the outstanding customer service.

I recently purchased a vehicle. I learned that Brewer Automotive did some work on the four-wheel drive. The person that sold me the vehicle explained to me that if the four-wheel drive goes out, it's a very simple fix but he's not exactly sure what the issue is. He gave me Tommy Brewers number so I could ask him about this simple fix. Tommy knew exactly the vehicle I was talking about, the person I bought the vehicle from, and he remembered fixing the four-wheel drive. When I asked him what the issue with the four-wheel-drive was, he said, "Bring it on in, that's my answer for you". I understand trying to make money for your company, but you can at least give me a diagnosis of what's wrong with my vehicle. Anything other than that seems shady to me. My experience is based solely on conversational experience. I don't know how good their work is, but one thing I know is, he fixed the four-wheel-drive once, and now it's out again, and he wants me to bring it in so that he can fix it again without even telling me what's wrong with it.

I did not personally have work done here. I was called out of Kansas City to work on a piece of equipment for a customer here in Osawatomie. The equipment was in there shop and Tom was everything and more. If I was local I would definitely give them business.

So I paid 50 bucks to get a new tire mounted and put on the truck because the old one has a hole and a broken chord. I go to Brewers Auto Repair in Osawatomie because they were the only ones who had my tire. I spent almost an hour and a half there for them to switch it out and come to find out today that they did not switch out the tire. It's still the exact same Tire with the exact same broken cord. Never will I ever buy from them again

I buy tires that they recommend for my vehicle, I start to have flat tires twice a week after 6 months, they keep saying is no the tires, finally one of them blow up in the hwy, they have a 40,000 miles warranty and i just drive 20,000 miles but they dont honor the warranty, they're a joke only good to ripe off a single mom, i hope they feels good about it

I am from out of town and had a bad blow out and they were very helpful. They went above and beyond to find a tire and wheel for me and at a very fair price

He adds stuff and parts you dont need for extra money i sent my truck there to get a fly wheel and it came out with a blown engine.
