I was passing through from NM to MA and got a piece of metal wire stuck in the tire. They were closed, but answered the phone anyway. The told me they would take care of the flat repair and mounting/balancing within 5 minutes of my call. The had the whole thing done and back together in less than 15min. If your ever stuck, I hope you re near a tire shop as responsive as Hugoton.

In a recent road trip we had a puncture just a few miles outside Hugoton. We pulled into the tire shop and they got us right in. We were back on the road in 20 minutes. Very friendly and helpful service. Much appreciated.

Was charged for a service and parts and there was never service or anything done to the car. Would not refund money back or provide a recipe for the so called service. Thieves!
