Every time I walk in this store I am disappointed. Yes, they have name brands. But they have outlet-quality. Don't waste your money here. I just went in to buy a bird feeder and nearly all of them cost $26, which is absolutely insane. I walked by a cheaply made, Ashley-furniture-style table that they were asking $309 for. This place continues to disappoint me and every time I leave, I say to myself that I won't be back. This time I think was the final nail. AAFES, do better.

The store is well stocked, neat, and organized. Perfect place to pick up base souvenirs. In a pinch, you can find an outfit and purses. The store has a great selection of sneakers. It is also located near the base gate.

Last few times I had some issues with purchasing cigarettes in cartons. Employees at customer service take it upon themselves to determine an amount of tobacco products they feel like you should by and last several times they limit it to 5 packs (if they don't have a full carton), although the sign by tobacco stand clearly states it is up to 5 CARTONS, not 5 packs. I have to waste time explaining them the policy of THEIR company in this regard. Also I always have issues with manufacturer coupons : last time it was a paper one for $8 off a carton and they "forgot" to scan it (although I had to demand for not applied coupon back, otherwise they would keep it and I'd have no proof of it once I'd leave the store, so I was nearly cheated $8As of today, I had online manufacturer coupon for $3 off a carton and after another fuss about amount of cartons allowed, the agreed to process online coupon. However, although that coupon was scanned, instead of deduction of $3, it added these $3 to my total purchase amount. I still have a receipt to prove it, and this time they did manage to cheat me of $6. It's not much, but happens EVERY TIME I shop at main exchange.Do you have any suggestions of how to handle this situation? I appreciate your response in advance.Marina Gentz

Bought a new self-propelled lawn mower got it home put it together. However I am older but they don't tell you they are fast running. Not return policy. No signs or they don't tell you when you check out and on receipt it state 399.99 return. That's what I paid for the piece of junk.

We were with a tour of Fort Riley with a bunch of Navy Veterans. The tour staff as well as the museum staff were awesome! So proud of our military and they represented the Army as well as Fort Riley very well.I had never been to a PX, it was a very neat experience.Proud to be a relative of military a Veteran!

Would be so much better if they actually had boy clothes. It's super irritating that they have a good 8 four-sided racks of toddler/baby girl clothing but boys gets 2 of them, and of the 16 racks, 8 are for infants and 8 are for toddlers...and then of the 8 racks for toddlers most of the clothes they do have are branded work out clothes at insane prices. It shouldn't be this difficult to find jeans or a jacket for my 2T toddler but I can find a whole 50 dollar nike/underarmor tracksuit set? Considering the massive variety the girl section provides, it's a bit of a slap in the face to us boy moms. Makes me feel very unwelcome. Please add more variety to your baby boy section like you have for girls. Your big boy section is also depressingly small, and again mostly consists of gym gear. Boys need jeans and shirts too you know

Really sad to see how they treat veterans/ dependants. They don't hold their managers to much of a standard. Very rude. Wish there was another store closer.

they always have great finds for children that are wonderfully priced and great finds. Matching Christmas outfits and nap mats this trip along with a gift from my son to his wife for a departing deployment gift from him to her yesterday and today we finished up with tactical supplies list and sure to be going back for thanksgiving prep tomorrow. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Good prices and value with lots of outlets in this exchange is an older building with generally everything is offered here. The staff is a tad slow near closing hours and can be crowded during lunch but you can get in and out if you needed anything from games to duct tape.

Not the largest PX I have been to but definitely not the smallest. They have a small but varied food court, Qdoba being a favorite. They also have a Starbucks and a couple other stores. The main store itself has a lot of variety, on par with what you would expect from a PX. However, I absolutely HATE the self check out kiosks. I'd much prefer the interaction with a cashier. Also, the there is no Military Clothing and Sales within the PX and you would have to drive 5 miles to it. Also the closing times of some of the stores makes it very inconvenient as some close as 1700 or 1800.

As a member of a military family this is one of the best place for us to shop. Of course we dont want so much tax taken from us. I got so much good deals and will keep coming back every week to shop on this store.

The Exchange here is like going to a military Wal-Mart. They have most anything you need. I'm from Wichita, and we have an Exchange, but only about a fourth the size. Catalogs are fine but touchy feely does counts.

Always a place I like to venture to. At least I can get some Army stuff to represent my family and the people are friendly here. The store is clean, bright, and well laid out

A good ole' fashioned post exchange. They have a good selection of items. Things you expect to see when you walk in.The real power of the exchange is the ability to shop online and have it shipped to your local exchange location. This is what makes all of the exchanges way better than Walmart.Shop around, support your PX and use the exchange website. You can usually beat big box stores and don't even have to leave post!

I really like the customer service offered here, and they do a lot of events which are always fun! part of my job is to know all of the managers operating this store, and they really care for the store and the customer experience. The store itself has a lot of merchandise but it is still small compared to bigger installations that offer for example a complete electronics department or more variety of appliances and clothing however their personnel really makes up for it and creates a lovely place to shop at.

A good PX with a helpful staff. Food court and a good barber shop.

This PX sucks. The food court is insanely small for a post this size, and the barber shop is absolutely terrible. Just go to Walmart instead.

Typical Exchange from my experience. Employees are dependents and some are good, however, that is not a requirement. Prices for firearms are very good when they are on sale. Clearance items can sometime be a good deal. Nice store overall.

I'm not military but my son is. Noticed I could get most things cheaper at Walmart or target.

Definitely doesn't have anything going for it. While gamestop and Starbucks are pretty much the only good things going for it the rest leaves a lot to be desired. The food court is small and only gives you 5 places to choose from and service for them even when there isn't a lot of people waiting is pretty slow.As for the main exchange itself they lack almost anything you're looking for especially when it comes to electronics. Granted this is my take on the place
