Omg! They saved my life! Was stuck inside the slots at Sonic. Jess was there in 15 minutes. He was able to manuver around the cars during lunch hour. I didn't have to lift a finger. Amazing service. Andover/East Wichita HIGHLY recommended!

They were very quick and easy to work with. Was backed into and our insurance listed them as an option. I picked them and they reached out the same day to schedule an appraisal. The appraisal took less than 30 minutes and was simple and easy. Will report back after scheduled repairs, but I'm optimistic based on my interactions with them at this time.

Super fast and easy! Got rear ended. Made claim and selected this shop. Was called immediately to set everything up. Dropped car off and was done in 6 days! They also handled the rental car.

This place was fabulous to work with after my accident. Unfortunately my car was totaled, but they did a great job of keeping me in the loop, telling me next steps, and answering all of the questions I had. Definitely recommend if you need any work done.

I had pretty extensive hail damage on my 2015 Silverado. They did a fantastic job on the repairs. They obviously have great craftspeople who take pride in their work. Even fixed a door ding that was not part of the hail damage. Thank you for a job well done.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have used Collision Center of Andover for five various repairs now since their opening. Each time I get professional service and results. Turn around time and communication is excellent. We brought our service van in to get some company decals removed in order to sell it. Received a very fair estimate that morning, allowed them to complete the work and got a call back later that same day saying that the work had been completed. We were expecting to have to leave it for several days and were quite surprised that they were done with it. Van looked exceptional! All the decals, glue and mess were all gone, van washed and looked fabulous - all at a very reasonable price (we had contemplated doing it ourselves - VERY bad idea!). We would absolutely use them again. Thanks for a job well done!

Would recommend every time! They made the entire process very simple and smooth, including setting up the rental car for me. Vehicle was repaired in their estimated time. Even more, they had detailed my car, making it look brand new. Above and beyond! Thank you so much guys!!

My mother had her Chrysler Town and Country towed here after an accident. Her insurance (USAA) was going to pay for the damages. After having the vehicle inspected she was offered another way to get her vehicle serviced and repaired. She got it cleared through her insurance adjuster she went to this shop to speak with the staff and was berated and spoke down to by Jeff. He had her in tears telling her that he needed answers now! I don t understand why anyone should talk to anyone that way and the fact that he was so comfortable bullying a female client into agreeing to a repair she was not comfortable makes me wonder how many clients he has done that to. The auto industry already gets a bad rep for doing this exact same thing. Seriously Jeff needs retrained on client staff relations.

I took my car here after someone hit the back passenger side. There was almost $20k in damage. They did amazing work! My 2017 Nissan Pathfinder looks beautiful; you can't tell any work was done. The detailing was so well done! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I live in west Wichita, but will still take my cars here whenever I need work done! Very impressed!

Their estimate was competitive with other centers, and they explained the entire process and showed diagrams of the assembly of my car. They explained the part order process and when to drop my car off to make the repair in a timely manner. They said it would take one day it did and they called me when it was ready for pick up. Results were great looks like it was never damaged to begin with. Very pleased.

I HIGHLY recommend The Collision Center of Andover to anyone needing repairs to a wrecked or damaged vehicle. Jeff and his crew went all out when repairing my Infinity G37 that had the front passenger side caved in during a wreck. They are very professional but also very down-to-earth. Due to Covid-19 some of the replacement parts for my car took longer than expected to arrive but Jeff made sure to call me every few days to let me know how things were coming along. That really meant a lot to me. He even gave me a discount when he didn't have to. That's the kind of good people they are. When I went to pick up my car, it drove like it was brand new. I haven't had a single problem. You can't go wrong with The Collision Center of Andover!! A+++!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Collision Center of Andover did a great job on my vehicle. The thoroughly explained all the issues they found, including ones I was unaware of that were not because of the accident. Car came back looking better than it did pre-wreck. Would definitely come to them with work I need done in the future, and would recommend them confidently to anyone.

We had to return a rental car and then go (all after work) to the Collision Center, and traffic was crawling, so we called Collision Center and said it seemed likely we would be late. The staff person agreed to wait for us until after their 5:30 closing time. We were about 10 minutes late, and there he still was, and still smiling at us. Bless his heart for being willing to stay after to serve us.Otherwise, they were prompt and did a great job on everything.

They were completely rude to my husband and lied about information they said I was told that we never discussed. There is no reason to be rude to a customer that isn t being rude to you and was willing to pay for the service even though we were told it would be billed to the insurance. We were respectful to you we expect the same courtesy. I will never recommend this company again as I have in the past

Took the car to get estimate on it the guy name Jeff was very unprofessional. All what he cares is claim number from insurance I told him insurance told me to get estimate first, he refused to do estimate I told him I want to see the estimate if it is not that high I will pay for it so I don't need to claim it with the insurance but he wasn't interested in giving any estimate, all what he cares is that he want claim number from insurance I will never use them neither recommend this business for anyone very unprofessional.

Fantastic service provided here. I dropped off my truck Tuesday and got it Friday. Looked clean and smelt great on the inside. They even gave me a free rental. Great work!

I have used them several times. Their work is professional and they are friendly. Extremely helpful and very honest in their estimates. They will also help you through the insurance process. I would not go elsewhere.

Only took them 4 days to fix my car. They washed it & I think vacuumed it. Having the rental car there waiting for me made it so easy. Great job!

Terrible service. A car crashed in my yard and they towed it. They didn't clean up the debris so I called and was told they would send someone out. Still trash in my yard. They flat out ignore my request to clean up the mess they were hired to.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Repaired my vehicle so well that I couldn't tell where it had been hit. Exactly what you'd want from a body shop.
