I just love this place!! Alex at Andover Auto Body (AAB) was very helpful explaining the entire process to me from start to finish. The text messages I received updating me on the progress of my vehicle was pretty awesome! It was nice being able to stay in the loop without any effort on my part. But my favorite thing with AAB was how my vehicle was returned to me. It looks brand new! I'm in awe at the quality of work they have done! I 100% recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

We needed a window motor replaced in a pinch, Andover Auto Body was happy to help. Jeff and the staff are all kind, considerate, accommodating, and eager to help with a smile. I cannot say enough praises for the quality of service, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service I received during my recent experience with Andover Auto Body. This company has tremendous integrity, treats each customer as a family member and the quality of finished work is amazing. Andover Auto Body is amazing. I needed work on my car, I called and they were quick to get me a same day estimate. I went for my estimate, and could fix my issue the next day.Customer service all around was fantastic. Jeff and Trey were both excellent in explaining what need done and the break down of the estimate, and the same care went into explaining what they did after the repairs.I highly recommend their shop. They're a wonderful locally owned shop, they does amazing work!

Shawn and Jeff were very helpful with our vehicle. We ended up in a total Loss. They helped us navigate the process with our insurance company and their loaner vehicle was very nice. You can definitely tell they care about their continued reputation of excellence. The gal at the front counter is always good to chat with and crack jokes.

I had a great experience with Andover Body Shop. The staff were professional and courteous, they made sure I was updated on their progress. I was pleased that all parts were O.E.M. and when I picked up my ride it looked brand new. A great bunch of folks, a state of the art repair facility. Highly recommend these guys.

I can t speak highly enough about Andover Auto Body. My car has a warranty extension for a paint issue so I ve had the same work done on it previously at a chain body shop. My experience there and then with Andover were complete opposites. Andover was incredibly communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the process even through dealing with issues from the dealership. I was on their books to get the paint issue fixed and in the meantime I hit a deer and they were able to fix that damage at the same time. Car looked fantastic. Would absolutely recommend them!

Andover Auto Body has worked on a few of my vehicles. Most recently my personal truck. Each time, I get my vehicles back looking better than before. I fully trust them. I just wanted to say Thank You to Andover Auto Body for the great job they did on our 2017 Honda CRV. The work is outstanding and they kept us updated on the progress of the repair. They were able to complete the job in 1 week. As importantly, when speaking to any of the staff you quickly have a feeling of trust and this company will treat you as a valued customer with honesty and integrity. I cannot recommend them enough. On customer service alone, I would recommend Andover Auto Body. I experienced honesty, integrity and great communication at every stage. I brought my Chevy Malibu in after it received damage to the rear bumper. I was quoted a very reasonable estimate on repairs and the time it would take to repair. I brought my car in on a Wednesday morning and it was ready by Friday afternoon. I received excellent customer service. They stayed in contact with me about my car and the work being done. We brought in one of our service vehicles to have the hood repainted to look better. It came out perfect. No more worrying about the known paint peeling issues on Chevy Express hoods with this paint job. Thanks for the awesome service and quality of work once again. I chose this body shop to repair the rear end of my vehicle after being damaged in an accident. They did an amazing job, not only with the body work but they were friendly, professional, gave frequent updates, and restored my car even beyond the damaged parts. When I got it back a day earlier than expected, the interior was spotless as well, and it had clearly been detailed. Trey was knowledgeable and prompt in communicating his estimate. I came to this shop seeking a second opinion because the first shop we tried recommended that we total it, and I am so happy to be back in my driver's seat. Don't walk, run to Andover Auto Body!

Excellent staff and nice shop. The office staff was very professional and the adjusters were upfront with me about the repairs needed for my vehicle. I felt like my car was in good hands when I dropped it off. They helped me be at ease during the already stressful situation of dealing with an accident. I am extremely happy to have my truck back like brand new. If anything it drives better than before the wreck. They fixed every little thing besides the damage to make sure it was new. They kept me updated with text so I did not have to call. The shop is easy to get in and out of with hardly any traffic and everyone was very professional which makes for a comfortable experience. If you are unfortunate to have vehicle damage this is the shop to go to.

Andover Auto Body deserves and has earned my business. Jeff provided courteous, punctual and affordable service. The shop was busy but efficiently managed and organized. I got one on one service with a smile and witnessed other customers receiving the same. I will be taking my business directly to them.
