Daughter had a flat tire on 380 and we foind out that car didn't have a spear tire so called them for a tow. Once they got the car saw the other tires and said they where very bald and we should replace all of the tires. Did that. They did the job quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price.

I'm really sorry I never shared this experience.In August of 2016 I was driving home from Alaska to Missouri, and after 4 days of long hauls and rough roads, my wheel came off my rotor because of loose lug nuts. It sheared several of the bolts off and I was lucky the rotor fell inside the tire and I could limp to the side of the highway. Albert's flatbed tow truck came and got me off the side of the road very quickly, and took care of me and my dog while the gents in the shop got me a new rotor, new bolts and lug nuts, and even put a used tire on my rim because my old one was shot. I was back on the road in under 2 hours and for an extremely reasonable cost.The experience was so good that I'm still telling the story 6 years later, and it made me think to come leave this review that I should have done way back then.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

My family has used Albert Auto Services for years to keep our cars in good shape. We can always rely on them to fix our cars to the best quality it can be. They are very honest and do what they can to help us make the best decisions when it comes to our cars. They are very welcoming and friendly, we love sitting and chatting as our car gets a fix. Albert Auto 360 is awesome! I recently used them for the first time and had a great experience. My car needed some major things done (Rotors, pads, ball joints were bad, other stuff)... and they were straight forward, detailed and didn't pressure me into getting the repairs done. Parts and labor was very reasonable! They also gave me a loaner vehicle to keep overnight. Highly Recommend!

Wes and the guys at Albert Auto 380 are amazing. He recently went ABOVE and BEYOND what is expected of an auto shop. I needed new tires for my truck before my gf and I go on a long trip with our trailer. I work late and wasn't able to get my truck into the shop during the day. Wes loaned me his personal truck for the night so they could get mine set up and ready for our trip. Not only that he got me the best price on the tires out of any other place I looked. I know when dealing with Wes and any of the people at Albert Auto 380 I don't have to worry about my truck, they will do it right, the 1st time and at the best price possible. I am a car guy and I don't even mess with my truck anymore. If it needs something, it goes to Albert Auto 380. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Wes is easily one of the best guys I know, and it shows with how he runs his business.

These guys are the best!!! My buddy and I broke down outside Urbana last Monday, I picked Albert auto 380 based on solid reviews. They towed us to their shop, truck and trailer both, and had his fuel pump replaced in two hours from the time we broke down. They gave us a fair price and we were on our way. The crew there saved us from a much more horrible trip that we could've experienced. Its nice to know that there are still decent people out there that are willing to help complete strangers in a time of need. Thank you guys so much!

Bought 4 new tires 5 months ago. Spent $885 Back two went bad. I don t think they balanced them. They want another $360 to replace 5 month old tires. Should be covered. Supposedly offer a 12 month warranty but not honoring it.!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

This is the best shop I have ever experienced and can honestly say that I rarely ever let anyone work on my vehicles. We broke down on the freeway and they were there right away and towed my truck and trailer to their shop and had us going in a less than two hours. We were about 6 hrs from home and they put a fuel pump in the truck and had us going in no time. Great people great prices and they used good parts too!!! Thank you very much for all of your help!!!!!!

Amazing service. My mom lives 5 hours from here and while visiting needed an oil change they got her car in right away. When she came back to visit again 5 months later had a question about a problem she was having with a window and when only saying her first name they knew exactly who she was and her vehicle info without looking it up. They take the time to learn about their customers their needs and in turn helps them have great experiences and lots of return customers from near and far

Have taken my vehicle to Albert Auto for over a year. Have had nothing but amazing service! Have always fit me in when I've had an emergency and have taken the time to talk to me about the details of my vehicle. Even made sure I had a loaner when I needed something for work! Everybody there recognizes me and knows me by my first name when I come in then feel more than comfortable taking anything I own there!

Great and honest place. My truck broke down on 380 and I was 2 hours away from home. The tow truck pick me up and dropped me off at a near by hotel. They got the truck fixed super quick and made the prices very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to anyone out in this area.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't call their tow service ever. Have been waiting over an hour and no tow truck in sight. Was promised to have a tow truck in 45 minutes or less.Update: Tow truck arrived after an hour and 45 minutes... Somehow this wait was fine because the dispatcher doesn't have the location of the trucks??? Driver tried to get us to have truck towed to their shop but we requested to try jumping battery. Tow truck driver reluctantly did after we asked several times. We drove the next 40 minutes problem free. Must have been the battery. Also felt extremely unsafe as we waited for the tow truck to give us a jump, our lights were significantly dimming. We did have a kind Sheriff sit behind us for as long as he could as he was also concerned.

These guys went above and beyond by making it convenient for me to get my vehicle back on the road while offering honest advice about my vehicle situation. At no point did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, or push any needless repairs on me. Great work!

Great people. I am from out of state and had two trailer tires blow out on me on a Sunday. The owner and his wife personally went out of their way to find me tires at one of their competitors shops because they were an oddball size and they met me at their shop with the tires to mount them for me. Noone else in the area would help. Service second to NONE.

My truck broke down on the side of the highway. The original truck driver from another company never showed up. My insurance company called Albert Auto and the driver drove 2 hours from Cedar rapids to come get us. Albert Auto driver was super nice and accommodating. I really appreciate you helping us yesterday. Thank you so much.

Steve, Joyce, and the staff at Albert Auto 380 are honest, dependable, and do great work at a fair price. I have used them for towing, auto repair, and purchased tires for 2 of my vehicles. I strongly recommend them to everyone!

Had a car accident last November in their area. They towed it to their shop. Between my insurance company rep and Albert Auto Service they made it so easy and quick for me. Can't remember the name of the AAS lady I spoke with, but she was awesome! Both were so helpful. Thanks!

My mom just had her brakes done at Albert Auto at the end of March. She turned around and went back immediately after leaving because the brakes didn't feel right to her. She was told that nothing was wrong, she felt like they were irritated with her for questioning them. I had her take the van to my mechanic yesterday. My mechanic had to align the rear brakes and told me that they had not been aligned properly. Reasons for my review are: 1. safety safety safety! 2. The reaction to my mom's concern after the work was done-- was the reaction due to her age or sex? Or would they have treated a 40 year old man the same?

Moved here from California right before winter. Percila at the desk was amazing and kind. The staff was professional and they winterized my car with an oil change at a great price. So I brought my wives car in for the same thing. I will be back for any maintenance needed to my car and would absolutely recommend Alberts to anybody needing work on their car.

Albert Auto 380 is absolutely top notch. You always know that they have your best interest at heart and they go out of their way to make your service or repair experience as convenient as possible. We were having what was already a terrible couple of days (my sister had been killed in a accident the day before) and we had a blowout on the highway near Urbana, IA. The guys at Alberts towed us and were able to get us back on the road in a little over an hour. Everyone was very kind and helpful during a very difficult time for our family. Would give more stars if I could - awesome service!

Brought my Audi A4 in for a simple tire patch. Got it back with 15.3 extra miles on it and dirt everywhere in the driver side and on passenger seat. Music was cranked up. They took it for a joy ride. Don t take your car there if it s nice. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!

Great place for emergency visit! We were just passing through and came upon car trouble. They got us right in and didnt charge an arm and a leg. Very fair prices and great workers!

I've spent $1400.00 to get my car fixed and the very next week my car is having all the problems that it did when I brought it in,these people are professionals at temporarily hiding the problem instead of actually fixing it.i will be pursuing legal action.

Brought a vehicle in for a oil change left with a gigantic leak in the radiator. In all fairness I offered to buy a radiator and have them install it. Still would have cost me $300 . In full disclosure this is not the first problem I have had with the guys BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST.. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Today Albert auto mabe it possible for me to attend my last week of apprenticeship class. At A.B.C of Iowa in Davenport. My truck broke down near there shop on my way to class. A state patrol man recommend that i call Albert auto. Im sure glad he did. Albert auto came right out. had me loaded on a flatbed and had my truck in the shop with in 15 mins. As thay started troubleshooting my truck. Thay set me up with a reliable loner car. That i didn't even think to ask for. And i was on the road to success. A big thanks goes out everyone involved at Albert auto.
