$260 to pick up motorcycle up and take it less than a mile. Charge my grandmother $90 to take a car and put it from the street to her driveway the original owner retired it is no longer running the place. And it shows

My car broke down in Ames and Condons got to me within 45 min of my call. Even though I was told probably couldn't look at it till next they got it fixed for me today. I appreciate them so much!!!

I called Condon s at 5.20pm last Tuesday, 10 minutes before they closed, and asked (pleaded) that they install a new battery. They graciously did so, quickly and efficiently, and saved me! Thank you Condon s, I will be back for car service/repairs!

I chose to take my car to Condon's instead of someplace close to home. I would much rather drive 45 minutes to work with people who actually do the work and are knowledgeable, communicative and kind.

Curt is the best, he went above and beyond for me when my vehicle was totaled and towed to his yard. I was deviated when I saw my vehicle, he brought me boxes and told me to take my time and just let him know when I was done. I would recommend him to anyone,Thank you Curt, you're one of the best

In the past, I've gone here for oil changes and everything was great. However, I recently went to get my brake pads replaced and when I took my jeep home it started rattling like crazy when driving it. It felt like the whole thing was about to fall apart. We took it back in and they balanced the tires. This didn't solve the problem at all. We took it back again and got a U joint replaced. Again, this did not solve the problem. I'm super disappointed they didn't find the problem. I'll be going somewhere else going forward.

The mechanics are always knowledgeable, friendly and seek to find the right answer to your problem. They don't change out parts unless they know for certain. They ask for more diagnostics to ensure they get the right answer at the lowest cost to you. I trust them and that is always a hard thing for me.

Needed a tow on a Sunday night. They towed me all the way from north of Woodward to Waukee for a very reasonable price, and even dropped my keys off at the repair shop and filled out the after hours drop off sheet for me. I just paid over the phone. Very good service.

Vern and his staff have kept our vehicles running for over 20 years. They offer prompt service at fair prices. During the recent subzero weather I witnessed them assisting numerous customers with battery issues. An out of town friend needed the heater of his pickup repaired. Dealer s quote was over one thousand dollars. Job done by Condon s for one-fourth that amount! Honest as the day is long.Services: Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Battery

Needed a replacement tire for a good deal and they communicated with me while there about my options and what would be best and they got me all set and taken care of very quickly, great family business, very honest and even gave my 4 kiddos a bag of cookies each while we waited, such kind people, highly recommend!

Vern and his crew are some of the kindest, and most wanting to help people you will ever have the privilege to meet or work with. They went out of their way to help me when they were already swamped and near to closing, and didn't even charge me for fixing my shift linkage when it wouldn't go into park. The best thing, though, is that they are this way all the time. They are the real deal, down home mechanics who are interested in the customer, not just the charges and billing.

All the guys are awesome. The prices are fair. They are really nice and don't rip you off like Don Sternquist's repair shop does. I highly recommend Conditions for repairs on your vehicle.

Condons is the best there is, anytime i need help there always there for me....just like having a personal mechanic! I remember as a young kid going there to see Vern when they was on story and mamie with my parents, over 55 years of great service for our family.

Called after hours for assistance out of a ditch 20 minutes from Cordon s shop. Was out of the ditch less than an hour after original phone call! That is why Condon s is in my phone book.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

This is a shop with integrity. They had an opportunity to charge me for an alternator repair, and after I'd okayed the repair they called me back ten minutes later to tell me that it was just a bad connection. $10 and a new wire later I was back on the road, and with several hundred dollars still in my pocket.

Very disappointed in the tow service. Last fall had them tow my car from Boone to Madrid. They set the car down angled in my driveway so my two car driveway couldn't be used without a hassle & damaged the bumper. The came out to see the damage that my husband witnessed when the put the car in the driveway, said they were going to repair it. Never heard from them again. So NO MORE Condon's for me!
