Frank was awesome. He got my car fixed. Was honest and made sure my car was safe to drive. He found way more damage to my car then I was aware of which made me happy and feel safe to drive my car to Texas.

Each time that I have an issue with any of my vehicles I am confident that Frank and Jack have got it covered. They are not only extremely knowledgeable in what they do, they are genuinely concerned in getting you back on the road as quickly as possible.And here's the real kicker, they go over everything with you in detail and honestly discuss the options you may have and let you decide with no pressure at all. Straight honest talk at a very straight honest price!!! I tell everyone I know because I want them to experience the great service,honesty and dependability that I have found at Franko's. Anyone I tell and that has taken their auto there has come back to me and thanked me for telling them about Frank & Jack. I could go on with how awesome this place is, but check it out for yourself and see, you'll probably come back and thank me !

It's hard to find an honest mechanic these days. Frank's is not only honest, his prices are reasonable & the service is quick!I highly recommend them. They are near Hobart, Portage, South Haven, Miller, Lake Station.Great location close to the old Camalot lanes.Thank you Frank!

I highly recommend Franco's. Highly knowledgeable and explains everything in layman terms. Quick getting repairs done, and will take the time to show you the old parts replaced. Trustworthy and tells you if it really needs a part replaced. Has repaired 3 of our vehicles. Thankful we found a great mechanic! 5 STARS in my book

Never a disappointment with Franko's Auto! The owner AMAZING! Very attentive, willing to explain everything in great detail and never rushes your questions or concerns. Whenever I leave my car with Franko's, I know it is in great hands. Pricing is amazing! I wouldn't trust my car to any other mechanic.

I have been going to Frank and Jack from just about the time they opened. I was a auto repair business owner for 19 years. I am not a mechanic but, I do know how to run a shop. These two gentleman do it right. I have referred at least 10 people to them and they have all been grateful for the suggestion. The honesty and knowledge of these two is worth it weight and worth your time to check them out. This is one on those places that we all look for. When you find it, you just know it will be the place you go from then on. Do yourself a favor and just try them.

We have 2 vehicles, and we have all are work done at frankos, they provide a great experience from start to finish. They take the time to explain what's wrong, even going so far as to take you into the garage to show you. I don't know anything about cars, and someone can tell me all day what this or that is but to take the time to show me and explain that's true professionalism.. great job guys! keep up the good work

Review's generally are very helpful. I chose Franko's because of the two negative reviews by Jake Sturgill and Mattie Boffo. I didn't believe either from my mechanical and customer service background. Being rude is easily misconstrued when You own AND operate a business. Being racist USUALLY doesn't get rave reviews from most of your clientele. I'm NOT white (MB review) and Franko's is the ONLY place I'll recommend to ANYONE. I called AFTER HOURS and was greeted with a welcoming presence and an invitation to drop my car off Sunday instead of inconveniencing myself on Monday morning. I knew what my problem was yet had no time to fix it, so when contacted by Frank I was told what it would cost, why he didn't find how the problem occurred and when the parts would be delivered. When ordering the two small clips that I needed Frank simply TOLD me he ordered two additional clips because he couldn't find WHY they broke, because they cost $16 dollars and because it took 2 days to receive them, that's what GREAT technicians do. When the car was done the total cost was lower than quoted. In the unlikely event that I'm forced to have my car repaired by a shop this is the ONLY place I'll EVER go to.

I bought 4 new Goodyear tires a couple weeks ago and as usual was more than satisfied with the price and service. Frank and Jack really do go out of there way to take care of you. After bringing my vehicle here the past 2 years for servicing I do not even consider going elsewhere.

Very reasonable prices and Very honest. Frankie not only told me what problem was but also showed and explained it to me. For once I left a shop without feeling like I was being taken advantage of! Thank you so much! I've found my forever mechanic!

We took the car to get fixed Franco was rude he also said he fixed the breaks he did not car is acting up breaks making grinding noises and he said the back break calipers were bad but didn't want to do the work to fix them so absolutely stay away from Frank's auto it is 100 percent the right francos you charged me over 200 hundred dollars to just bleed my breaks and still didn't fix anything else that was wrong with my car I took it to firestone in portage and they fixed everything wrong with it Also you said you didn't want to look at the back breaks because you couldn't get to them go to firestone everyone he over charged to bleed my breaks and there was still Major stuff wrong with my car I have kids and we rode in there after you didn't fix it we could have been hurt thank God for firestone

Called to see if he could fix a small issue with my trucks coolant hose. Was really unprofessional telling me that s what I got for what I paid for it, said he couldn t help me because it s too old and didn t offer a solution. I called Sals in Griffith and they were more than accommodating and said it would be an easy fix.

When is comes to my car I'm anal, and it's about time I found someone as anal about cars as I am.I've never found a place so honest! They tell you exactly whats wrong with it and your options for fixing it.There quality of work is always top notch and with a price you can't beat! My car's found a new home at Franko's!

Franko's is an excellent auto service shop. I have used him for every car I own as well as my entire family now uses him as well. I refer customers all the time and they always thank me for referring them! Excellent shop.

Great customer service! Extremely knowledgeable. They know their stuff. They take the time to explain the problem and how they need to resolve it. They explain their costs and how they charge and why. When it comes to value for the price / time, they do awesome job. You will like their work.

Best auto service and repair shop in the area. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I feel confident taking my 2004 F-150 there for service and repairs. You won't be disappointed if you take your vehicle there.
