Older guy sitting at the counter, never greeted me. I walked up to the counter after selecting my product, he didn't say anything nor acknowledge me. He finally said "what do you have." All I had was a quart of oil. He proceed to look up the item and ring me up. Gave me my change and said "thanks." Such great customer service! Not really.

My grandmother was having issues with her battery and came to buy a new battery. When we realized it was a corrosive cable and not the battery the gentleman working was extremely helpful. He was not able to authorize a return but did let us keep the old good battery. He even supplied us with some terminal cleaner free of charge to use and return. Grade A people work here! Thank you again.
