Reggie s and team did a great job. Was recommended by a friend and went above and beyond! Tyler was super nice as well as the front desk team. Clean shop and love the update pictures they send to me showing all details! Helped my C63 sing clear again! Cheers

Big fan of this place now. I used them for some work on a 2003 BMW 530i and I had a great experience with scheduling, communication, pickup. Plus the work seemed quality and the car is in great shape.

Finding a place that performs qualify work and specializes in German vehicles was so hard, and then I found Reggie's via a friend's referral, and I will never use anyone else. The team is very professional and provides great communication and detailed service notes throughout the process so I know, understand, and learn about my car. Additionally, Reggie's provides some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time from anywhere

Everyone is very professional! I drive a Mercedes! This is a Top Notch Foreign Certified shop for your automobile folks! While working on your car they do a free full inspection! And they're absolutely much cheaper than the dealership! All mechanics are certified! Jessica my service advisor was GREAT!!! They have nice snacks, beverages and coffee while you wait. I am now a loyal customer!

Visiting from out of state, my BMW began running rough. I dropped my car off on Sunday, got notification they were checking my car, and an and a very comprehensive diagnosis and explanation Monday. I picked my car up on Tuesday. I'm pleased with the service I received from Tyler and the team at Reggie's. I will recommend Reggie's to a friend that is local.

I love their high-tech communication system and scheduling system. They send me a text and email with photos, results of the diagnostics and pricing. I pick and choose what I want fixed based on the nature of the issue and my budget. I always feel they are being honest and they do not rush the process.

I've been going to Reggie's for seven years. They take excellent care of me and my Mini Cooper! They're honest and they explain things well. If you're in the area, you won't find anyone better.

5/5! I took my Land Rover to Reggie's for a coolant leak. They thoroughly checked the car over bumper to bumper and identified some mileage based maintenance needs. They got me in quickly and repairs were quick as well. My car has NEVER driven so smooth! I'm so happy with their work. Highly recommend

I am VERY particular about who works on my M3. So much so that I usually do much of the work myself. Finding a shop I trust to do something as simple as an oil change can be a challenge. However, it is refreshing to find one that takes care of your car like it was their own. I will also like to add that their shop is sparkling clean. Very professional. Thanks

I recently had a problem with a trunk latch on my BMW which didn t allow the trunk lid to close properly and permitted water to enter the trunk. Tyler quickly identified the problem and recommended a cost effective solution which was completed in one day. His approach also used a key part from the old latch which saved $50.00. Very happy with their work.

Took my BMW Alpina B7 for oil service and overall inspection. Tyler greeted me at the door and explained what s next . While waiting , text message came with entire report , pictures , pricing , suggestions. I liked entire process and their pricing . Definitely coming back soon Great job Tyler

Dave and his team at Reggie s were very accommodating to my need to have a pre-purchase inspection done quickly. I was coming from NC to purchase a car and drive home and they were able to work me in their schedule very quickly-the very next day!! They also shared with me work they had previously done on the car which was also helpful in making my decision to purchase the car. The inspection revealed that the battery needed replacing (which the seller had mentioned to me) so they were able to do that work as well while they had the car so I would have a safe drive home. The care and honest concern for my safety was much appreciated. Communication was stellar as Dave kept me informed throughout the entire process so I was able to make appropriate decisions about the car as well as plan my flight and trip home to meet the short timeframes I had. I would highly recommend Reggie s to anyone and if I lived in the Indianapolis area they would definitely be the service provider for my BMW. Thank You Dave and the Reggie s Team. I really appreciate your quick response so I was able to actually get the car I had been searching for!!

Wonderful experience from the first call to when I picked up my car!! Everyone was friendly and professional! It was a good thing that the Mercedes Benz dealership couldn t get me in for a month because I found Reggie s! I will definitely use them in the future!

They did an extensive inspection of my 2001 Porsche Boxster and made recommendations on what potential service the car needed. They did an oil change and cleaned the convertible top drain tubes. I would highly recommend them to service your European vehicle.

Excellent service at an excellent price. I was taken back to work after dropping off my car and was picked up at work to bring me to my car after the servicing was complete. I received all the photos, information and recommendations from the vehicle diagnostics. Just a fantastic experience with what is typically a stressful time at other shops. Thank you!

I have been taking both a personal vehicle and company vehicle to Reggie's for service and I highly recommend them for any level of service. There have preformed simple oil change and complex engine repair on my vehicles and all was completed with outstanding technical work as well as personal communication. I have never felt pressured or manipulated to have work done that is not necessary, and I feel that their communication and professionalism are best in class in the Indianapolis area. I highly recommend Reggie's for service on any European car. Thanks to the team at Reggie's for outstanding service!

Took my vehicle to get serviced today and the whole process great from the beginning. Dave was in contact with me, answered my questions and recommended preventative maintenance for my vehicle but was never pushy about getting them done that instant, I will continue take my vehicle here as the excellent service has not changed from the previous time I was there. My 2001 Porsche Boxster 986 needed some work to make it roadworthy and I entrusted it to Reggie's Motorworks in Noblesville IN to do the needed repairs. Very satisfied with the outcome and will use them again in the future.

My service from Reggie was excellent. I popped in one day due to the check engine light stayed on. Dave was awesome he didn t say anything about an appointment. Reggie's will only work on your vehicle if they can make money on PARTS and LABOR. IF you have a BMW and Mercedes like I have, your NOT saving any money by going there. Stick to the manufacturers when having your Germany vehicles serviced. You're CERTAINLY NOT saving any money by going there

It was my first visit to the shop for an actual car maintenance. Over the years we have been fortunate to have good service entities for a variety of cars. Given that, I must say I was totally impressed by the personnel. Helpful, technically accurate, welcoming, thoughtful, caring. I drove away feeling very confident in the work that was done and my intent to return. (Dave & Tyler were exceptional) Thank you

Hi, I was very disappointed in my experience with Ryan for my repairs he initially quoted me a price and I agreed to it and then when I went to schedule a time to bring my car in, he advised me that he had forgotten to add in the labor fees and it was over $1000 more that I was not prepared for but I had them do the work anyway I don't know if he's a new employee or how the error occurred but I did not feel that I was given the correct information upfront. don't know if I'll be back.
