This place is very awsome. They let me drop my car off the same day I called them and were very quick and they dont try to rip you off. They are very friendly and work hard to get your car back on the road. They were informative about all they did to my car and gave me a good price. This will be my new spot for when my car breaks down again. I highly recommend

Our exhaust rusted apart. They gave us a great quote to fix it. Got it fixed quickly and even came in cheaper than the quoted price! Awesome and honest people! Bravo, we will definitely be back!

Took over 2 days to even look at my car. Then charged me 90 bucks to look at it. Not very friendly

Fast, professional auto service! These guys are amazing! They wont do anything unnecessary, always communicate clearly and estimates are spot on(time and cost)! Above and beyond typical service facility!

Car was towed here for an estimate. They quoted $80. The bill was over $300!! They tried to charge for towing which they didn't tow! So they had to take that charge off but wouldn't budge on the rest and they didn't fix it! That's just for the estimate! Unbelievable! very deceitful. I would not recommend.

I had a very bad experience with these guys when my AC broke down. I paid $700 for repairs, ac only worked for a week. I wen't back several times to have them work on it and the same thing kept happening. I left the car 3 different times to try and have the problem taken care of and nothing good came out of it. Twice I left my car for over 3 days and they never worked on it. When I went they simply recharged the AC and told me to come back another time. I ended up looking for another place because these guys wouldn't honor their word to repair my AC. Always said they would call and they never did. The owner seems like a nice guy but he is too busy to fix everything g that is wrong with the place.

Went to bring my daughters car with intentions of leaving it for them to get to in the am. (As it was already 4pm) They actually checked it out and diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it within the hour before closing. I was impressed with the service and the cost! Will definitely be returning for any further needs for my vehicles.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Very nice and respect people hard workers. The guy that did my breaks caliper and all that did a fast job but did it right and good. Good review you guys. I called around and all places I called were full but they let me come in so that way I can be back on the road thank y'all for your good work

Excellent service, excellent speed, fun to talk too. I was offered a ride home while dropping off a vehicle. That was my first wow. Then they diagnosed and fixed a throttle body for a 2011 ford fusion in about two hours. 10/10 would recommend

Bailey's is a hidden gem, full service automotive garage in Mishawaka. To put it straight out there, they care. They provide incredible, high quality work at very competitive prices. Most importantly, they stand behind their work and they are very high quality people. I have been taking my cars to Bailey's for years and have always been 100% pleased with their work, how I was treated while there and how the vehicle performed after being worked on. This is an old school garage that puts their money into diagnostic equipment, not fancy coffee and vibrating seats like some high brow, much more expensive garages. You get to save money with their down to earth prices and high quality workmanship instead. Bailey's offers what I want, value, quality and customer service. This country needs more places like Bailey's!

I haven't gotten my car back yet, but I will come back to update. I will say that Don was very professional when I walked in. His was the 4th shop I checked out this morning and the only one I was impressed with. We have two cars to get in there, so praying this is a great result. Thanks Baileys!

I have been going to Bailey's for the past 20+ years and Don and his wife run a fair and honest auto repair shop where you will not be taken for more work than you need done. Customer Service is top notch in a mom/pop sort of way which makes you feel like you are visiting family or friends. These guys (all of them) work hard, get the job done. What I really like is they tell you up front the charges and it basically stays the same. There is no ..we had to add this or that to the bill. I've recommended Bailey's to many people because I hate to waste money or give it to big franchise chains.

Tuesday 3/30/21 my Jetta started beeping at me and I stopped at Bailey s right before closing time. The nicest two guys took time to look at it for me and determined it was leaking brake fluid and was unsafe to drive! (Second car place I stopped but first place was too busy!) They even waited with me past closing time till my ride came. This is the 3rd place to work on my car in the past 10 months and the only place that did it right, my brakes finally work normally, this will be my go to place for any future auto repairs.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

I am very disappointed in the sevice. Was told the alternatorwould be fixed on Monday. Then come 4:20 I call them to be told ooops they never got the part to fix it. So it would be done Tuesday, remind you I dropped the car off at Bailey's Sunday night. Then I get the bill smh $291.55. The bill shows that I paid $179.02 just for the alternator. O'Rileys priced the alternator at $150.89 with a $35.00 core charge to return the old alternator.So in reality the alternator only cost $115.00 with the core being brought back. Then I'm charged a $10.00 shop supplies and a $5.00 Hazardous Materials..REALLY SMH POOR SERVICE AND OVER PRICED....Still waiting for my call back as well....

I have 2 cars I have taken to Bailey's now. A 2008 toyota prius and a 2008 chevy cobalt. When I took the cobalt in they were great, had mu car done by close of buisness day, I had an issue with my A/C dripping under my glove compartment which Don offered to do free of charge which I thought was great however it only didn't drip for a day and then was right back so I am not sure if it is something that was done, which i didn't pay so I cant really complain to much about that. My prius unfortunately took them longer to diagnose so i couldnt have them repair it due to having to work but Don was very nice and only charged me $30 for what work did need to be done to diagnose. Really nice guy.

The guy below says Crappy work but gives us absolutely no information nor details. So his review is crappy. LOL! I am new in town from Chicago. I went to these guys to get my windshield wipers on my Dodge Ram hooked up since they broke on me due to ice and my decision to beat the crap out of them. Fast job and all is well. He didn't try to nickle and dime me to death either. Now I hear something underneath my hood crying. Will keep ya'll posted. Gonna get them to look at it this afternoon. Very quick at fixing vehicles... Don't have to wait days for it... They normally get it done on the same day or the next morning depends on the time you drop it off
