I received great customer service from the Tinley Park location. Ken provided excellent customer service!Kim provides great customer service as well. I had no issues changing my appointment date and having my repair completed. I originally went to the Orland Park location and was quoted $59.00 to replace my driver side brake light bulb on my 2009 Ford Edge. I found that price unreasonable so I declined the service at the Orland Park location. I called Tinley Park and received a reasonable price to replace the bulb. I took it in and had zero issues getting my brake light bulb replaced. Again, Ken displayed excellent customer service. He was very friendly, professional and provided me with great updates as my vehicle was being repaired. Five stars all around for the staff at the Tinley Park location!

Came to shop because k notice a nail in my tire and wanted a flat tire. Staff were quick, polite and professionals. After waiting for the tire to be fixed, the assistance informed me that the screw didn t puncture the tire luckily and thus no repair was made. They didn t charge me a penny and were professionals enough to fill all my tires with air as courtesy as well. Never been to this repair shop before but I would come back for repairs if needed. Thank you guys.

I have been utilizing this Firestone location for over 20 years. All the employees/managers I have encountered were knowledgeable, courteous, personable and affable. I would recommend this particular location to anyone in pursuit of honesty, fair pricing and interest in customer satisfaction with a special acknowledgement to Tim, Kim and Robert.

My family & I have been going to the Firestone in Tinley Park on 159th Street for 20 years.The staff has always been very friendly, honest and professional.Our vehicles have always been completed on time.

Brought my vehicle in for a wheel bearing replacement. A minor issue occurred during the repair, but Tim the manager was able to obtain a loaner vehicle, and fix the problem. 10/10 highly recommend Firestone store # 15091! Thanks to Tim and his staff for getting me back on the road in a timely manner.

Would not plug a 6 year old tire. Had to walk two miles to a Goodyear dealer who was more than happy to do it. Tire had 8000 miles on it.

Tim , Kim , Charmaine have been very thorough in work that was needed for my car , all specific work was documented on work order and everything was explained and I have never had a issue with this Firestone and I am happy with all work performed at this facility.

I showed up at 5:25 PM for an appointment at 5:30 for an oil change. The woman working the front was very nice. It took around 10 minutes for her to get the enterprise fleet information to be accepted. I didn't leave the store until 7:03 PM. The receipt shows 6:58, but they couldn't find my key. It ended up being in the tech's pocket. They didn't tell me this, but I saw them scrambling through the window before the tech realized he still had it. I was there for over 90 minutes for an oil change on a small 1.6 L hybrid vehicle. I've never had an oil change take close to that long in my life. Someone else walked in at 6:40 PM with a nail in a tire and their vehicle was finished at the same time as mine. I guess its a roll of the dice if they'll respect your time, because I bet the guy with the nail in his tire will give a 5-star review. The girl up front was running around the whole time dealing with customers, answering phones, and pulling cars in and out. Meanwhile, the mechanical and tech staff took their sweet time in the back working on my vehicle. This is a fleet vehicle that will be serviced regularly. I was hoping this shop, being close to home, would be a place I could rely on. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was told they accept walk ins and no appointment was necessary but when I drive 30 mins for a tire they tell they can't do it. And they can't transfer it to another location. If you don't have people to service cars at 1 in the afternoon then you should probably close the store!

Best place ever. They are so helpful and HONEST!!! I ve been going for years. Today I brought my car in because Nissan dealership said I needed new lower control arms for $1800 .brought it to Firestone and they said absolutely nothing is wrong with the suspension, not even the bushings are torn like Nissan claimed. Very honest and explain everything well. Also, good prices compared to other places.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery

Tim is truly one of the BEST mechanics EVER! One of the reasons why is that he's surrounded by professional and efficient team members! He treats them with respect and communication is never micro-managed. I say this first because, if you're unable to demonstrate that you're dedicated and invested in your business & colleges, you'll find the worst employees. Kim has always provided great service advice and gives straight forward strategies for making the best economic decisions. Tim & Kim are both very responsible and patient with my entire family. They will even provide service stations if Firestone doesn't proform the work that's needed. I've been a satisfied customer for over 12yrs.

Was here Sunday Feb 5 for an 11am appointment for an alignment. They did a horrible job only adjusted the toe on the vehicle, didn't even bother adjusting the cam. The cam adjusters were in the exact same place when I dropped the vehicle off. Sat there and lied straight to my face about how they couldn't get the bolts loose when the bolts are brand new acdelco parts and so are the cam adjusters. Told me I shouldn't have a problem wearing my tires out but when I drive the steering wheel pulls hard to the left of the vehicle. It is so uncomfortable to drive my vehicle now. I purchased the lifetime alignment for no reason when they can't even get the alignment right or even try. Shady location I do not recommend anyone take their vehicles for service here at all.

Wonderful service and staff. This is my first time going to this place and I'm very happy with the service. I got 4 new tires, a new battery, an oil change, and new windshield wipers. The service was fast and efficient. I called around ahead of time and Firestone had the most affordable prices but above all their customer service was wonderful.- super fast service.- very affordable prices.- wonderful customer service.

They will give you a list of things to change or replace and charge you three times more then other places. Every time I go for a tire rotation they give 600 dollar plus estimates on replacements and I never do it. It has been 3 years since the first time they told me to get parts replaced, and I haven t still replaced anything and my vehicle runs perfect.Try to avoid this place.

Got my car towed here as it was a local shop nearby when my car broke down. I told them my battery needed to be replaced, my belt slipped and my car was overheating right after the belt slipped.They replaced the battery and fixed the belt within a reasonable time & fair price! Everyone was really nice!My only issue was they never checked the coolant tank or radiator. Because of other issues, my coolant tank & radiator were completely empty. I almost didn t make it home.Update 02/02/23: less than a year later and my battery is already bad.

Tim was outstanding, I was a walk in and they were very busy, they fixed both rear tires and had me on my way in under 2hrs, I found a new Firestone that I will be doing business with in the future, thank you very much.

Deceptive business practice I scheduled tire rotation and vehicle inspection service I waited in the lobby for my vehicle they informed me tires and breaks are fine everything looks good I asked is anything needs to be done they said no I left came home notice tires never rotated called back manager Tim picked up I asked did you guys rotated the tires he pretended like he didn t know what was going on told me to hold on he will wants to check with technician Maurice came back after few minutes and said No we didn t rotated the tires I told em i paid for tire rotation that s what the invoice said he goes sir we can rotates your tires if you want you can bring anytime so now I have to waste my time or get time of work again wait for them to do the service I scheduled and paid for complete frauds I don t trust this location and reporting this incident to corporate. Watch out

This Firestone is a place where you can get your vehicle fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. There are days they're busy and it will take a lot longer.They make quality, reliable repairs. But you will pay as much or more than other places. There's not a lot of bargains at this place.
