The open, honest, and transparent way these folks do business is a breath of fresh air. I took my truck there for some repairs to the braking system, and my exhaust system.I was beyond impressed when Sarah called me and let me know what was going on. She gave it to me based on severity, and explained all my options. Her techs did exactly what needed done. I had my truck back the next day.. That impressed me as they didn t get the truck until mid day the day prior.We all know the dread of taking your vehicle to a mechanic, hoping you don t get screwed. What a breath of fresh air these folks are. Family owned and operated business as well!This was my first time taking a vehicle to this shop. It certainly won t be my last. 10/10, highly recommend!

Everyone here was amazing! I needed a lot of work done on my car and they ensured it would be done right. It was!! There s nothing like feeling safe while driving and knowing your kids aren t in danger.

I had my truck taken to them for a rear diff to be rebuilt with parts I had ordered. Within 2 days of having it back out. The diff started boiling bad again. Called them up and they took care of it. Found out it was supposedly mechanic mess up and they had to order new parts again. 5 months later, rear end blew again, took to a different shop that happened to be close because of injuries the first time. He said the bearings were never changed out even though I had new ones ordered and still had old chips and shavings from the first rear diff rebuilt in the housing. Which is the reason it blew the second time.

They were awesome with explaining what was wrong with my Lexus and made sure they took care of it, within an hour or so also! Great personal customer service for sure..made ya feel like family there.

I have been doing business with them for a while now and continue to recommend them to family and friends.Yesterday both my car and my wife's had issues, hers needed towed to the shop.Mine wouldn't act up for them the way it did for me that prompted me to take it into the shop. That's not uncommon and rather than start throwing parts at it and "guessing" they asked me to keep driving it and hopefully it will eventually progress to where its more consistent and they can fix it right the first time. So knowing mine was functional and safe, just with an intermittent issue, they said I could pick mine up so we wouldn't need to rent a car.Diagnostics on mine came to $120, which I paid without objection. A couple of hours later the owner calls me and tells me that it was someone new up front and he's still learning and I shouldn't have been charged since they couldn't find my issue. They will apply what I paid to my wife's bill.I have never before had a shop NOT charge for diagnostics in my 35 years of car ownership. Even if they couldn't find what was wrong. This is a refreshing change.They have done everything for me from brakes to complete engine replacement, and as long as I am in the Central Illinois area I will continue to bring my vehicles to them and recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery

Fixed my wife's van for a fraction of what the dealer quoted us. Had an issue with the brake switch they installed, they made it right without issue. Very friendly people. Will return, will recommend!!

Excellent customer service and super nice folks. Need a larger lot for parking but the lack of parking just shows how much work they actually have and says something about the quality of service.

Bought a used car private party and apparently the key was not programmed correctly, if at all, and my first time driving it to work the anti theft got activated. So everytime the door got opened the alarm would go off and the key would not stop it, nor would it start the engine. After getting the car towed here several days later, the owner reprogrammed the key, cut me a new key and cloned it, all in less than an hour. All while dealing with the steady stream of customers coming in. Everybody was extremely friendly and professional. Also, the dealership told me it would be 2 weeks before they would even look at my car and would cost twice as much as what I ended up paying here. So the only regret I have is that I didn't come to them sooner, because I've had a lot of bad luck with cars and I fully believe they would have saved me a great deal of time, stress, and money if I did. 10/10 would recommend.

You will never find a better place to take your vehicle. Love these guys, the whole family is super nice, empathetic, and honest. Have always been happy with their work. I don't have to worry when I have car problems because I know they will get me taken care of.

Extremely friendly service! Very quick to look at car and get you answers and prices on repairs! Treat you like family and clearly want to ACTUALLY help! They gave us MULTIPLE options when our car needed an expensive repair! I will definitely call them for future repairs! Keep it up guys!

Great work. Priced affordability. And very friendly. Recently I had my truck break down right before an important trip to Chicago for a class I'm taking .They finished the job quickly so I was able to leave for Chicago on time .They really went above and beyond to get it done on time.

Very willing to work with you. Very friendly!! Left our keys to our car in one of our other cars that they had they ended up offering to drive our keys to us. I would reccomend this place to anyone they are very reliable!

I can't say enough great things about these guys!! I was told by another shop that my transmission needed replaced to the tune of $2,100. It turns out it was just a cv axle and bearing. Less than $300!! There are still good and honest people in this world, and I am beyond thankful for that!!
