From the customer service to the ease of purchasing the new vehicle, this place is outstanding. My salesman, Mike Duranti, and all the staff at the dealership were excellent. I am already making referrals to my close family and friends to get their vehicles through Mike at the dealership. I love my new 4Runner and I cannot wait to get it dirty, play in the snow and take it out west this summer! This dealership is highly recommended!

I was helped by Syed Hussain to purchase my GR86. He was very welcoming and made feel like family. He did not push for any additional extras on the car like other dealers do based on my recent experiences. There was no price mark up and all the fees were clearly explained. Syed is trust worthy making me feel at peace and secure with my purchase. The whole Bredemann team was excellent. Thanks!

What an amazing experience. The last time I bought a new car was back in 2004 so I was a bit nervous. Tran the finance manager was so patient with me and all my questions and concerns. He made the whole process painless and helped me find the most affordable payments so I wasn t overwhelmed. Michael Durante was amazing in walking me through how to use the app, how to operate and familiarize myself with what seems like a very high tech car (my car was a 2004 with a cassette deck lol). This was the best experience and I am so happy with my new 2024 Corolla! Thank you Bredemen Toyota! I m a VERY SATISFIED with the service and LOVE my new car!

Very easy car buying process. My salesperson, Steve, was very straight forward with me about how to get the car I wanted and how much it would cost. There were none of the shenanigans that I experienced at other dealerships. Tran was also helpful and friendly and made all the paperwork a low stress experience.

Jerry Giec was my salesman and he was phenomenal. Jerry took care of everything very quickly and find for me the 2024 Toyota Rav4 xle premium with the color I was looking for. Another outstanding experience with Bredemann Toyota - Mike Durante (Sales) and Tran (Finance) are the team you want to work with! From finding the vehicle that was the right fit, to the test drive, and through the final signatures - they were both outstanding! No pressure to purchase, and most interested in making sure that the deal was the right one for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. 5 STARS!!!

I've been looking for a new car for 3 months. I finally lucked out by meeting Nestor who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and most importantly honest and fair. He helped me purchase the car that is the right fit for me and I couldn't be happier. I'd also like to acknowledge Jesus who helped explain the warranty and all the ins and outs of the purchase details. I went to over ten other Toyota dealers during this process and Bredemann has the best prices.

Dan Nozari is a very knowledgeable person. He was very helpful and straightforward. He made the process of buying a new toyota higlander 24 very easy. He did a great job explaining every detailof the car. I would recommend going to him again if anyone is looking for a car. Tran Nguyen is so great, he is the financial advisor/analyst and he also made the financial aspect very easy. I love that they are all very transparent with their sale. I would highly suggest for anyone looking for a great deal to come here. They are great people and just straight to the business. Thank you for all the help and laughter. Jerry Giec made my car buying process incredibly quick and easy. He regularly kept me informed on status updates of the vehicle as it was being transported and prepared. I will definitely return and recommend this place to family and friends. I mainly interacted with Arturo Garcia who was always well-spoken, honest, and welcoming. Arturo treated my family and I with respect and was always clear with us.Compare to other salesmen, Arturo was able to assist my family without a language barrier & wouldn't pressure us. Arturo patiently demonstrated us multiple options and was very transparent about the whole process when it came to purchasing a car.

I went in today to buy a car and find what I wanted and received racial and gender discrimination in several instances. I was told repeatedly no when asked to look at cars or inside or turn it on. The salesman thought it was a joke but it was demeaning. I was told no in going back with a counter offer for a car. No effort in showing me the car I liked and wanted more info on. Finally I was told X can t be your last name, it s not it. I responded why? To which i was told that must be your married name, that s not your name. I said it is. I was told that s a Hispanic name .I found the car I was ready to purchase and walked out after that treatment. The salesperson didn t ask for my number I had to ask do you want my name/number in case something else comes in? This was a degrading experience and one that now I will not return to have my. We serviced nor purchase from.
