Sunday evening my husband I were returning from a trip to Iowa. Upon driving over the Illinois bridge, the truck was driving funny. Someone behind us alerted us that the front passenger wheel was coming off. We quickly pulled into Hardees. Sunday evening about 5:30pm and an hour and a half from home, there isn't much open to help. We found O'Reilly and called. Anthony was GREAT and went out of his way to make sure we had the correct part and even delivered it since we were stranded. He had to go back to the store to close. When he got back to the store he sent a friend with the tools needed to help us. Reece stayed and helped repair. Anthony came back to help when he finished closing. We had 5 of the 6 studs missing. Havana, you should be proud of these 2 and also other who stopped to help or even make sure we were okay and didnt need anything. We hope to come thru town again, but on better terms. If you need anything, Anthony and the staff at O'Reilly are great!! Thanks again!

A younger guy looked up my parts for me but once a friend of his came in he rushed through helping me so he could help his buddy who had come in. Not the best customer service making your customer feel like second choice. Usually a good experience, not the best today.

These wonderful people were so helpful & kind! I broke down in their town, Havana, Illinois. They had my parts in stock & helped me put the parts on so I didn't have mechanic bills. I'm a widow on a fixed income, they saved my trip! Thanks to them I got to my Mothers on time & with enough money to take her out for a nice dinner. I absolutely recommend O'Reillys!

Orielys has great people behind the counter.Very people friendly and personable. Proce mathces and have many common parts on stock, anything they dont have they get pretty quickly
