I can not express how impressed we are with the local Farmington IL branch Tom Conklin, Jarrod, and the other representatives. They go above and beyond with all our needs and questions. Unfortunately, I have been involved with many not at fault accidents. They have walked me through the process multiple times.The customer Service on the phones have been wonderful as well. They are very compassionate representatives.Thanks again

Tom Conklin State Farm is a very home felt place to go. Jarred makes your experience feel like you are at home and is very helpful in taking care of everything that you are needing done. Jarred is very knowledgeable. I would recommend here 10/10. Everyone is super nice in the office.

Highly recommend Bryan Thornton at State Farm in Farmington!! He made the transition of my auto and home, as well as a new Life Insurance policy, to State Farm seamless and so easy! Top notch service! Anyone looking to move their current policies or obtain new (like getting a new Life Insurance policy!) should definitely give Bryan a call. Thanks again!

After seeing rate increases with the company I have been with for 15 years and having two new drivers in the family, I decided to reach out to some competitors to see what other options there were. I called Tom's office in Farmington and spoke with Salina who was very helpful in walking me through the options and helping me obtain a quote (which was quite a bit lower by the way) from State Farm. Awesome experience!

Recently, my husband and I switched our insurance back to State Farm. Since then, I've had a few questions and inquiries about our coverage and Salina Durst has been exceptionally helpful! I was with another large carrier who increased my rates almost 50% on my home, auto and umbrella. I shopped around with no luck. I called up Tom and within a day he had me a customized policy for the same price I was paying before the increase. Tom and team did what many other agents couldn t do in a quick, friendly and professional manner. Would highly recommend!!

Tom and his team definitely set the standard when it comes to personalized service. They listen well and do their best to meet your needs; sometimes needs you do not even know you may have. They are professional and knowledgeable and have not lost the "hometown touch" that it often missed in today's society!

Excellent service, competitive rates, and an actual person that you can shake hands and speak with rather than a call center like most other insurance companies.I m very happy that we switched to State Farm in Farmington. Jarred Kosowski was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
