These guys and gals are top notch! They squeezed me in to fix original issue. (STARTER)We found more things wrong but they got parts in timely matter. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was functioning properly. Charged very reasonable rates and didn't stretch it. They worked hard to get my vehicle back for me asap before we left for Florida vacation as well! Now I have my 4Runner back running and starting smoothly again! Thank you so much to the entire team there. But especially Nicci and my mechanic Jared! All the best! GOD Bless them all! Thanks again!

From beginning to end the experience with all Silverlake Post Falls' representatives was a joy. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional - answering all questions with honest information. The repairs were finished on - time and the cost was reasonable. I give this auto repair shop my highest recommendation.

These folks are really great. I scheduled my service by text message, it was really easy. They did the check up as asked, assessed my vehicle, an offered their suggestions for other needed service in a very low key, low pressure way. When they found a nasty mouse nest in my cabin air system, they cleaned it out and made it right without skipping a beat. Their service is fast, prices are reasonable and all of it with a smile. I feel like I've made new friends!

Excellent, guaranteed work, with great advisors and management. Silverlake is AAA approved and also has a rewards program. My vehicle has been serviced twice at the Post Falls location with major work performed, and I m completely satisfied.

I found Silverlake Automotive when my engine light turned on, but my dealership was 3 weeks out to even look at the vehicle and identify the problem. I called on a Friday midday, Nicki answered the phone, took my information, and said that if I could get my vehicle there they would take a look as soon as possible, but for sure on Tuesday. I was stoked they had availability, and assured me that whatever problem I was having they would identify and fix as soon as they could. I got my car towed there Friday, and I got a call Tuesday morning explaining what the issue was and how much they estimated it would cost to repair. I was expecting a transmission issue and have to admit I was very anxious about the price, when they explained it was a thermostat housing issue and that I was leaking coolant, they gave an estimated price of $1125 to be completed by EOD Thursday. They called me today (Wednesday) letting me know that the work was done! They held on to my vehicle to ensure the fixes they made stuck, and they did! They were also able to get the parts faster and cheaper than expected, lowering the cost of the repairs by $140! I was very excited to hear that, as they could've left the quote as is and I would've been none the wiser. Though I've never been to Silverlake Automotive before this, they were very fair and wise and I greatly appreciate their honesty and assistance in fixing my vehicle. They also sent a link with photographs and detailed explanations of other issues they identified. I won't be going to my dealership for repairs anymore! I can't recommend this company enough, I was treated like family, which is a rare experience in the auto service world. Thank you so much Silverlake! In particular, Nicki & Sam!

So I had a dr. Appt in Post Falls and on the freeway on my way over I heard this awful noise. Well I had the under carriage cover fall due to a lost bolt. So it was dragging on the asphalt. I knew I couldn t make it back to Spokane so I called a few places close by and this place had no problem having me drive right over and look at it. They fixed it right away. I was at the counter to pay and she said nope no charge! I was so stressed about this happening and when she said that I wanted to cry in relief ! The atmosphere was super friendly ! Very clean and very fast service!!!! They made me a priority when I was just a drop in. Highly recommend this place. They also drive my car right up to the door for me when I was done !!!! Amazing service all the way around.

I have been working with these guys for almost a year now. They have serviced my 2008 truck, my wife's 2014 SUV, my sons 2004 car, and my daughters 2007 truck. I haven't been disappointed with any service, interactions from the crew, or the level of communication they provide. I went to the Post Falls location for an estimate on brakes for my Subaru Outback. They are a very courteous staff and their prices are fair. My brakes are good for a little while longer but I will be back when it s time for the repair.

They overdiagnosed my car causing me to have a second diagnostic run.Then because of that I am now paying a hundred and fifty dollars out of my own pocket. They do not do quality mechanical work.In fact, they will tell you that your car has more damage than it actually does.Do not trust this place.

I have always had a great experience with this business. They have extremely courteous employees, and are very knowledgeable. My vehicles have always been repaired promptly, and parts and service is under warranty. I would highly recommend them.

I took my 2018 Dodge Journey in for 60,000 mile service. The tech noticed my transfer case was leaking badly. They drained the lubricant and discovered metal shavings in the fluid. They were able to get a replacement and had my auto back to me in a few days at a reasonable price. I would recommend Silverlake to anyone looking for anything general maintenance to significant repairs.

Absolutely recommend silverlake automotive!! Complete satisfaction from the time you enter their doors til you drive away. 100% the best service you can imagine from the customer service at the front desk to the shop techs in the shop I take all my vehicles here and won't even consider going anywhere else. It turned out to be a very easy fix that I just simply missed period less than 1 hour service and it was fixed period I don't know if it can go any better than that I am really impressed

Can't say anything bad. I have a fair amount of knowledge about that industry, and I can tell you that from personal experience, this shop is amongst the best. Proffesional, transparent, skilled techs, including ASE Master techs, which I can tell you is important. Well run shops, they're busy for a reason.
