Called to get a quote on how much it would cost to get one tire dismounted, mounted and balanced. And the lady who answered the phone said it would take two weeks before they would be able to do anything. I will NEVER be using this company. Something so small and they want me to wait two weeks to get it done.

Won't work on any tire that isn't their tire.. LOOKS LIKE THEY WOULD RATHER HAVE THE ENTIRE PURCHASE no just have a tire balanced and mounted.. would not bother even shopping with them.. nor will I ever

We have been going to them for at least 15 years for all our car needs, wether it's engine repair ,tires, A/C and towing. They are so friendly and never too busy to answer this old womans stupid questions. Best pricing around. Shawn never tries to upsell and Nancy is a joy to work with. Ihighly recomend them. Purchased a new set of TOYO tires. Owner said 40K+ warranty, free rotation, balancing, etc. The general warranty.AFTER the tires were installed and paid for, my wife asked for the warranty info. Owner stated we wouldn't get any warranty until the front end was aligned. He stated he does alignments..(AFTER THE TIRES WERE INSTALLED AND PAID FOR) I then took our car to a different alignment and had the alignment completed, took the paperwork back to Payette Tire for verification. The owner was upset however gave the warranty to me. Since then we have had the tires rotated every 5000 miles by the car dealer when they change oil.We now have a bounce or tire out of balance. Can I go back to Payette Tire whom is supposed to warrant it??? Of coarse not! Not for another 12 DAYS!!I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE.STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!Services: Tires, Tire rotations

We were moving from Washington to Nebraska, and our u haul trailer got a flat tire in Ontario, Oregon.We called uhaul and they said they would send someone. Not even 10 minutes later, Payette tire showed up and fixed the tire in 5 minutes and we were back on the road. They even double checked all our other tires. The guys were amazing, fast and super nice. I really appreciate your fast work and friendliness. You guys are truly life savers! Thank you

This place is amazing! My family and I take our cars here for everything mechanical. These guys do an honest job with a fair price. Look no farther they are the best place around, their parking lot is always packed for a reason!

Called because I had a vehicle stuck in the mud. They were quick to respond but their truck got stuck too and they had to call another truck to help both get out of the mudslick. No towing any mileage to another city etc. national average for a tow service is 75-125. They charged me $303?!? That s absurd!

Drove from California to Idaho to visit family and notice my left rear had a flat. My mother recommended me to Shawn and he did a good job explaining how bad the flat was. The price was reasonable.

Tried calling 5 times starting at 8 AM. nothing. Then came in and nobody was doing anything sitting around and quoted me out 3 weeks to do an alignment
