The Car Shop team is phenomenal! They helped me get a new used car that was in my budget. They even let me bring it back when I thought I heard a noise and replaced a belt for free. Friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you, Moani and team!

Quite literally the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had in my life. Upon entering the dealership, Dave made me feel at ease with his gentle and kind nature. He gave me a great deal on my truck and explained the paperwork throughly so I would be totally comfortable. Moana was kind and had the best energy too. I can t say enough about this dealership. I will never buy elsewhere again as long as I am on island.

Staff were very responsive and helpful. Got a good deal on my car. I didn't have my normal experience in car dealerships were I feel like I'm being tricked somehow and I have to snuff it out. Buy your used car here.

Recently I bought a special truck from the owner and I know despite it's size being just a little bit too small,only the cab and back seat area where my golden retriever would ride, I have no regrets about a Toyota that can't even be ordered at this time. I'm glad one day we ran into Jake as I did end up actually buying it, close to 60 grand, as he did come down on the price a little, as this truck is appropriate for our environment here on Oahu, where everything is congested, especially parking spaces or stalls, as if I did get a Tundra, as it does look nicer, but it's just a little too big. Tacomas a little too small and Tundras a little too large, what we going to do to make that decision? So I did buy this TRD Pro as this one is even harder to get than the Tundra but even with my connections with Servco Toyota, we did go there to prove to Jason that I finally did actually go there despite he had left for the day, as I wasn't happy as it was a white Tundra Platinum, maybe it wasn't sparkling but it would have costed around $13,000 more as costs isn't a factor, I just wanted something of the best as that's always my goal, especially buying a new car or truck! And I consider myself lucky to have bought this from the great people ...Jake and Pat (Patrick Murray) as well with Logan, Moani and the rest at The Car Shop as I just had it ceramic coated over the weekend. (can't see what photos I'm using but hopefully I got the right ones)

The Car Shop! 10 outta 10. Locally owned and operated. Last week my truck when buss, needed a car asap to get to work and Jake and his crew found me got me into a Corolla the next day. Nothing short of amazing service from these guys. Good honest people, no scared feeling if my cars gonna buss next week. Mahalo nui!

Moani and everyone here was So Nice ! I Love my New to Me CRV ! They made the whole process of purchasing and turnover possible and Comfortable for me ! Great price , Besutiful vehicle checked out by my mechanic , and Wonderful Family feel Service ! After looking into buying a car for a while we finally decided to come here after seeing all of the positive reviews.10/10 was the best decision we could have made. We are first time parents who needed something safe and with more space, and what did they match us with? A retired government steel enforced literal tank! (No it s not a joke) we thought for sure it was out of our price range but guess what!! They sat there and crunched numbers with us to make sure we could leave with the perfect mom car that matched our family! I ve been to plenty of dealers back mainland who ruined the thought of buying something new to me but these guys have switched the narrative once again!Whether you are military, a new family, on a budget or just want to support local shop here, you won t be disappointed!

We had the opportunity to work on site at The Car Shop and both Jacob and Logan were wonderful. We had some extra time to talk shop about some vehicles and they re both extremely knowledgeable and will actually get you in a vehicle that s right see you.

I had never seen a car dealer with so many 5 star ratings so I decided to check them out myself to see if the ratings were true. I was not disappointed. Jake and Patrick laid out my options with great detail and answered all of my questions very honestly. I had a bit of a weird situation with my financing and schedule so they spent hours making sure that I would get the best scenario possible. This isn t your stereotypical car dealership where a sketchy salesperson will try to con you into a bad deal. This truly is a family business where they care about their customers - something that s hard to come by in this industry. If you re in the market for a vehicle, I strongly encourage you to give this place a visit.They offered me a fair price for my used vehicle - much more than another large dealership had offered me. Their inventory is also very reasonably priced; the car I ended up buying was in great condition and below the blue book value!Overall outstanding service!! 5 stars

5 star aloha service you only see with a small family owned buisness! Military firiendly! One of the best car buying expierences i've had. We bought a 2018 Nissan Rouge SV for a very competitive price. It's a little building that's a famly owned buisness. The owner's son was our salesman and with him we were able to negotiate the price down from asking which was nice. They also have warranties on offer if you choose to purchase one which we did. The reason for all 5 stars was the expierence after the purchase was made. We drove off of the lot and litterally not 1 mile away from their shop and the check engine light came on. We called and told them about it and the next day they fixed it! It was a simple emmissions code and the fix was an air sensor and air filter replacement. I was really releived that they accomidated our check engine light even though i literally just signed a document stating i'm purchasing the vehicle "AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY".

Just finished buying a 2006 Honda Civic at The Car Shop. I received service from Logan as well as Jake. They gave me great customer service. It was very prompt and straight to the point. If you re on the market for a used vehicle I would recommended purchasing with them.

I was having nothing but trouble looking for a new vehicle until I found The car shop. From the beginning they were willing to work with me and were as helpful and patient as they could be. Logan was specially helpful in walking me through every feature of the car and made the entire process as easy as possible, thanks to him I have my dream car after lookin for a model in good condition for months so big shoutout to him, definitely recommend checking them out and will be the first place I tell about to those looking for their next car.

Never did I think I would be writing a 5 star review after purchasing a vehicle through a shop but here I am. Jake and his son Logan made shopping for a new car enjoyable! 100% recommend looking for a car here! Everyone is extremely helpful and are committed for getting you on the road with a new car. I was able get a 2003 Nissan Frontier with only 58K miles and it drives like a dream! Huge thank you to everyone at The Car Shop! We had the misfortune of dropping our car key through the interior console prior to pulling into this lot. The crew was so helpful to lend a hand and help us fish for the keys. I came in with no appointment and they immediately took care of me. I looked at a 2005 Tacoma and got an amazing deal especially compared to other Tacoma s on island. Best car buying experience I ve ever had

The Car Shop is the best car dealership in the area by far. Jake and his crew were professional, respectful and more than willing to help in every aspect of my trade and purchase. They spent all their time developing solutions to any problems while working day and night to make the deal happen.
