Dirty South Kustoms has to be the absolute worst business in Tifton. I would advise everyone to NEVER use them for anything pertaining to suspension or an alignment. Honestly, I d never bless them with my presence at all. You re just a dollar sign to them, no customer service at all and they COULD NOT CARE LESS AFTER YOU PAY THEM! Not only is John Lowe(older guy) a COMPLETE LIAR He s RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, won t admit when he is wrong and a total SCAM shop . I absolutely can t wait for ANYONE at Dirty South to say I m wrong or lying, as I have all the pictures and documents to prove it. With quite a few people who can back it ALL up as well. Not even 10 minutes later I get a call saying that my spacers won t work . Of course, they had the magical ones that would work though in stock. They re the basic 2 RC spacers, that are $69.95 customer price. I was charged $125 for them, so almost double what anyone can find them for. That s crazy considering they re a dealer for RC and I would assume have to follow some kind of guidelines for markups? Could I have bought them elsewhere, yes already did, but at this time they supposedly had it pulled back and I wanted it all done at the same time. The alignment is soooo bad, it s going to take us a while to get it done. That was the next call, about 20 mins after dropping it off. Keep in mind, my appointment isn t until the next day. Around 9:30 Friday morning we get the call saying It s done . Caught me by surprise, since the alignment is soooo bad and they said it would take a while. Figured he was good at his job to be done that quick.Soon as I pull up, I notice my wheels and tires are basically bow-legged. Asked about the camber on them and was handed the first alignment sheet. Now anyone who knows about alignment, knows that to have a successful alignment, all blocks should be green. That s obviously not the case with the first sheet. Supposedly it was drove to confirm the alignment, by John Lowe. On the way home, I noticed that once I got over 35 mph the truck would bounce, shake and literally rode WORSE than after putting a 4.5 BDS lift on it WITH NO ALIGNMENT.. Told my buddy to ride with me and get on the interstate so I can see what he thought. Needless to say, I couldn t even hold my truck in the lane at 65 mph. Hard pull to the left, bouncing and shaking worse than I ve ever felt, steering wheel going back and forth. Immediately got off on the next exit. Noticed my tie rod nut wasn t even tightened when I got home. Knew that wasn t right. Got my wife to call Dirty South as soon as I got back home and let them know what was going on. She was not rude, snappy, or anything of the nature with them. Simply told them what I said my truck was doing. Nothing more, nothing less. First thing John Lowe tells her is, It s a 22 year old truck, can t expect it to ride like a brand new one. .- While this is true and I don t expect it to ride like a brand new one , I also don t expect it to ride WORSE than it ever has AFTER an alignment. Anyone who knows my truck knows that it is almost a brand new truck . About the only thing still factory is the body and frame. That should ve never been an issue or even mentioned. That was just shade being thrown for having an older vehicle and to try and cover himself. My wife responds with I understand that, but how can we fix it? . John Lowe responds with you need to replace the front end. The front end is wore out. You need new tie rods and all. We can t align it until that s done. .- If that s the case, why not stop when you notice it s wore out ? Why do you precede to do an alignment when you see you can t successfully do it? Why does it still take you 1.16 hrs if you can t align it? Why do you still charge $145 for something that you noticed can t be done appropriately? Because you want to get over on people and still get your money while doing the least work possible. He didn t even take the factory alignment locks out to attempt an alignment. All he done was the toe , which is the easiest and takes the shortest time.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had. Should be the DIRTY / NASTY / RUDE South Kustoms. They are RUDER then anything I have ever experienced. I am not sure how you can work at a place that deals with people and be that RUDE and NASTY. I dealt with Faye and quickly realized she was not open to anyone have questions that did not agree with what she was selling or saying. Do NOT trust what they are telling you and do NOT set an appointment thinking it is going to be what they quoted or gave you an idea of over the phone. It may be to late for you Faye but you need to get help on your attitude and learn how to treat people especially when they are trying to use your services. The ARE MUCH better options in town that are courteous and polite to there customers. We ended up at DelToro Tire and they were absolutely AMAZING to work with and AMAZING people. Answered ALL my questions without and hesitation and walk us through the process from start to finish as if they were part of our family.

Go to DelToro Tire instead! These guys are HORRIBLE. Faye started cussing and screaming at us within seconds of asking questions about the situation. Our customer is standing there while He/She is screaming and cussing at us on the phone (very unprofessional). I can't begin to imagine how horrible of an experience our customer had there whey he/she screams and cusses at us over the phone.. So embarrassing. I have been in the industry for 23 years and ship 20-30 sets of wheels and tires a day throughout the US, yes, we make mistakes, everyone does but its how they are handled. I sent a customer we had, that lived in there area, to them to link some OEM sensors swapped into the wheels and tires we sold them. (we installed the incorrect ones on the initial sale, our mistake, took full responsibility and credited back the customer $300). These guys said ALL the sensors were dead and not reading and upsold the customer there own aftermarket sensors for $247.32 additional (robbery). I would avoid these guys at all cost very sneaky and clearly incompetent technicians and outdated tools.

Really wish you could do a review and not leave a star..Is this really the way to do business.The thing that gets me is it shouldnt matter how old a vehicle is or where someone buys their parts from this is what you are getting paid for.Just admit y'all don't know what the hell y'all are doing y'all are a JOKE...JUST REMEMBER HE IS A PAYING CUSTOMER AND IF IT WASNT FOR PAYING CUSTOMER YALL WOULDNT HAVE A JOB.....YALL LOST MY BUSINESS

Quality work and alignments. Very detailed in the work I have had done. No issues with my lift they put on. Also, the best alignments, I've had in town. One of the few places that I do not have to take my vehicles back to because the steering wheel isn't straight after an alignment. Recommended.

I came in to get an estimate on a small lift, wheels and inner fenders for my Jeep. They were very prompt and when I decided to do it, they got with me within the next week. They did a very good job and I am beyond pleased on how my Jeep turned out. It was exactly how I wanted it. Customer service was mostly great. All in all, my experience with DSK was great!

Johnny at DSK has helped both my wife and I with multiple vehicles. He helped solve the death wobble issue on my F350, my wife's old Jeep JK, and our new Jeep JL. He's stayed after hours for us right before we were going to drive the new jeep 1200+ miles on vacation. He wanted to make sure it was fixed and safe to drive. All of the questions I asked him were answered thoroughly. When the dealership I purchased our newest Jeep from gave us the run around, Johnny and DSK were there to help. I won't take our vehicles anywhere else.Edit: About 6 months later 1/17/23 our Jeep needed some more work done. Johnny got us in one day, diagnosed the problem, and it was ready to go the next morning. Great people to work with.

My son stopped by today and asked about a lift kit. The lady at the front said he could not speak to anyone unless he was purchasing from them. He literally went to the store to purchase a lift kit from them!! He however, had some specific questions before he could make a selection on what he wanted. The lady tried answer the questions but did not understand what my son was asking. He tried several times to explain. He finally gave up. I guess he ll have to find some other place that is willing to talk to him upfront before he is forced to purchase something.

Called them to get a price on an alignment. They said $95. So I took my truck to them. When I went to pick it up, the bill was $145. When I asked why Johnny said it was because it took them longer than usual. Well, I let that slide. Less than a week later, I almost lost 3 of my center caps because the bolts were nowhere near snug and 3 were missing. I bought replacement bolts and put them in myself. I also noticed a tire scrubbing the fender well. I started marking my camber bolt positions and sure enough, one of them is loose and moving every time I drive. When I called and told them about all this, they said to bring it and they'd realign it. FOR ANOTHER $95. Why would I pay twice for shoddy work? No thanks. I'll do my business elsewhere. You should too.

The staff were very helpful. They did an alignment on my son's truck for me. We had a minor complication that had nothing to do with the alignment and was not due to any fault of theirs. They went out of their way to help me resolve the issue and went above and beyond what was expected, especially in today's environment of "that's not my problem". The alignment was also well done ;)

I recommend dsk to anyone wanting work done to there vehicle. They have upgraded two of mine and the quality far exceeded my expectations. The most recent work was done to my late fathers Jeep and they went above and beyond my expectations. The work was so great that my mother couldn t believe what they weee able to accomplish and broke in tears to see my dads Jeep brought back to from the dead. If you want something done the right way bring it here and you will not be disappointed

Do not bring your kids or expect people to be courteous when you ask questions. If your kids touch anything the condescending lady (FAYE) in the back wants to quote prices on everything so you know your taking a risk waiting and shopping for anything with little ones. All the while her infant grandson is walking around knocking stuff off the walls and hitting the tool boxes (that Faye will fuss at you about) with a metal hanger he picked up while unsupervised. I had to hold the door so the kid didn't wonder outside. When you ask questions they don t like they cut you off become totally disrespectful. Go somewhere else. Never will I make this mistake again. NEVER have I been to a shop to buy new stuff and been treated like I was totally in the way. Go somewhere else and save yourself the negative energy and time. They will not appreciate your business and try to take you down a notch if you have any questions about what they may be doing to your new vehicle. Dirty describes the attitude and the customer service level at this place...READ THE REST OF THE REVIEWS! No ONE wants to deal with or had a positive interaction with Faye! If you look at the "Response From the Owner" , not once have they said they would like an opportunity to resolve any issues they may have caused and get anyone's business back. It's apparent that they do not care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I ve had a couple of my trucks there for a few different things. Never any issues. Faye is as honest as they come. If you want it want to hear lies or sugar coat your issue go somewhere else. Johnny is honest and does great work! I wouldn t hesitate to recommend anyone to DSK!! Thank again Faye and Johnny!

I had several things ordered and put on my truck. They were friendly and courteous from start to finish. Although, stuff arrived in two seperate shipments, when the final piece arrived they stayed well beyond hours of operation to complete the job. I was very pleased with everything I received from DSK.From start to finish I got good service.Thank You DSK.

Poor customer service. Poor service. Damage to door panel on brand new car. They would not admit to it. They don't mess with door panel but they had to pry on something to get the tint on. Car is only 3 weeks old and panel is damaged. Scratched rear passenger door with some kind of tool multiple places. No not them. In order to post this I had to give a star I take it back. I will not use their laundry mat and will not recommend them for tint. Wanted professional service all I got was a damaged new car with bubbles and trash on tint. Beware of this business. They got me once they won't get me again. I would advise anyone who uses them check your car or truck for damage before you leave. No stars from me.

The older lady that works there was very rude. Everyone else was very nice. I only had 2 windows tinted on a new vehicle. The windows have dirt spot in the center that will not go away. I took the vehicle back up there the next day and told/showed the lady this, she treated me like I was stupid and told me that they would go away. She told me that it was water spots and it would go away. And that they could not guarantee to get all the dirt spots out. It was very clear to see the dirt in the spots. I do not recommend them and will NOT be going back. I will get someone else to re-do my windows.

Had an appointment for 9am for window tint. Got there at 8:30am. The attendant said it would be after lunch before they got to me. I explained to him that I had to be somewhere by 11am. He didn't make any promises that he could have it done sooner but by 9:45am I was rolling out with new tint. Awesome job!

I went to DSK to inquire about window tint. The lady that was sitting at the desk gave me a price of $275. So price is not the issue here....how rude she was is the issue. I asked her about the quality of the tint and for more info and she stated that she only knew that they use the best tint. I asked her if she could tell me the difference in what they use and basic tint and she stated that there s was basic. She refused to educate me on what I would be paying for and how it compared to other tints. I asked to speak to the person who does the tint and she stated that he was her son and he does not come up and just talk to customers. She also told me to on google Johnson Tint if I want to know what it is. I am puzzled because she gave me a price and she did not know what type of vehicle I have. I mean I could have had 25 windows in my vehicle. This lady was very unprofessional and rude and she should not be customer facing in anybody s establishment.

Great customer service!! Ordered the Ranch Hand Legend Grill Guard from them. Showed up really early before my appointment time for installation and they took the truck right in. Store is packed with nice custom accessories for you jeep, truck, and four wheelers .

Horrible customer service. The lady who works at the front desk Faye is very rude and disrespectful. She added $100 to my total that she couldn t explain when I asked for picture to know what I was getting she said they were too busy but I was the only one there. The owner John told me that they didn t have any V8 Color lights on hand, & that he couldn t order them, but when I asked for a refund he told me that he could get some. The woman needs to be fired. WILL NEVER BE BACK!

I arranged a purchase of a 2019 Canam for 23K, took me several hours at the bank and I kept Johnny Lowe up-dated as I was doing all of this, I finally got the Cashiers check on Saturday and was preparing to get everything ready to meet him in Jasper Alabama on Sunday when he abruptly said he wouldn't be able to do the deal. No explanation, will not answer me or my son. We had been talking to this guy back and forth for a week. Johnny_ you could have handled this much better than you did.

Had quite a bit of work done here on my 2015 ram. They put the wrong tune in my truck which ended up putting to much power to the transmission which ended blowing my transmission. Had a lift kit installed and they didn't align it properly. The truck dog tracked down the road. Also left some lock nuts for steering adjustment loose. Luckily I caught it before it fell apart completely. Window tint is very low grade. Has fish eyes in it and bubbles. They don't stand behind their work. The woman is very unpleasant to deal with.
