My Mercedes needed front end work due to an accident. Start to finish Crash Champions could not have done anything better. Khemara, Tina and Melissa took wonderful care of me. They handled all the paperwork and dealing with a troublesome insurance company. The Ladies were professional and courteous at all times. My car was done ahead of schedule and it looks great! A truly 5 star job. My car was returned in show room condition and I am extremely happy with Crash Champions. My Model 3 LR needed rear end and lower fender work done due to someone hitting me in the rear. Crash Champions could not have done any better and constantly gave me weekly updates on the progress of my car as well as offered advice on how to deal with the insurance company and things along those lines. Khemara and GM Sean Eason took great care of me and my car by continuously staying after hours to make sure things were done right and finished. They handled all the paperwork and dealings with a very difficult insurance company. A true 5 star rating. My car was returned in mint condition and I m extremely happy at that. Overall. The work they did was fine, but they damaged the clear coat on my rear fender (a spot about the size of a quarter). I pointed it out to them (I think the guy's name was Sean) and was told that since it had been painted previously, I should go to the shop that painted it and have them fix it. No expression of contrition for the damage they caused, nor anything like, "if they won't help you, bring it back and we'll see what we can do". The car had probably been washed dozens of times since the prior paint job without any damage occurring but they (at least the guy I talked to) had absolutely no remorse for the damage they caused (never heard the word "sorry") nor would not accept any responsibility for the damage (I specifically asked that question). BTW - Classic Collision (who'd painted the fender previously) repainted the entire fender even though it was out of warranty. Good customer service there.

Steve Pettit and his crew at ECR definitely know what they re doing with Tesla s. My Model 3 had damage to the passenger side front quarter panel courtesy of a yellow concrete post and the work that ECR did was flawless. I also had a body kit installed and they did an awesome job with that as well. They will continue to get my business for sure!Service: Body & Trim

I truly hate leaving poor reviews, as I am sure there are numerous examples of great experiences with this company. I would caution someone bringing their Rivian here for a repair. I spoke with an associate in mid-October who said they'd provide me a quote and repair. After 4 weeks of unreturned calls/texts/emails, I took my truck to another shop who got me back in my vehicle in 3 weeks. I truly understand being busy and could've lived with appropriate expectations, but not returning communication (many attempts) is poor professionalism. I even sent a "hey, I'm going to go somewhere else" courtesy email after a month...that was also unreturned. My encouragement is simply to communicate better...I'm sure your work is excellent.

They had my car for over 4 months to repair my bumper. They never return calls like they say they will, and also fail to call. They received over 5k for the insurance claim and needless to say less than 2 weeks later backing out of a low driveway I'm in the same position again. Trying to pay the repair cost out of pocket never hearing the person in charge of making decisions.

I have so many good things to say. Khemara went above and beyond for me and I truly mean this . she provided me with the best customer service I ve ever received. Khemara over communicated like crazy and even when I was anxious to get my car back, she continued to give me updates. She went above and beyond to fix a malfunctioning part on my car that had nothing to do with the reason I came to Crash Champions. Khemara drove great distances to personally pick up necessary parts for my car and she worked late nights to get this to the finish line. When my key wasn t working anymore for my car, Khemara came to the shop on a Saturday to meet me so that we could troubleshoot it. I truly can t say enough good things about her. She s 1 of 1 and such a hard worker and just a very kind person. When getting a car fixed can be such an unpleasant experience in the first place, Khemara made it a much better one.

I had a horrible experience. They kept my car for 12 weeks after telling me it would only take two weeks. I racked up thousands of dollars in rental car fees that the insurance company won't pay for. Even after all that time they did not fix everything on the car and they lost a couple parts. Do not trust them with your car, they will keep it forever and won't fix it right. And it will be insanely expensive.Also they are not open on Saturday even though their website says they are. I wasted $70 taking a rideshare out there and back on Saturday to get my car.

5 star experience! Very professional from start to finish. Khemara and Tina were amazing to deal with and provided me with constant updates and were always available when I had questions. Disaster experience. I gave my Tesla for repair and after 3 months, the guy incharge of my car left the company and the new guy started the process from step 1 (ordered new parts and said the old guy didn't do his job right.) . The worst part is when I wanted to take back my car with damage bumber, they said they threw away my bumber and I need to tow my car.

Excellent body shop and great service. Great shop to handle insurance claims. Khemara was amazing to work with. She called and kept me informed about my car before I thought to call the shop. This will be my go to collision body shop. They helped with my Tesla Model Y, excellent shop for Tesla. 5 star review for the shop and Khemara.

This auto body repair establishment is a 5 star facility!!! What a secret hidden gem I didn t know existed in the metro Atlanta area! My Tesla Model 3 was in an accident in Jan/2019 with some bumper damage that also affected many of the electronics and sensors behind it.These guys were and awesome group of people to work with on getting it repaired like new.They addressed every little detail and put it back together to where even an expert would never even guess that this car ever had any frontal collision damage. And they handled everything for me, from dealing with insurance to getting every penny reimbursed for my costs.

Great experience working with Stephen Hyde and everyone else at ECR throughout the entire process from estimation to pick up after the work was done. I appreciate the time taken to get the color match as close as possible and I can't even tell that there was any damage. I had been told by other shops that my car would require a new hood, but Stephen and the team at ECR were able to take out the dent without replacing the hood. It was great being able to receive updates throughout the process and they were very transparent throughout the entire process including with the estimate and final price for the work which came in below the estimate. They also were able to show me the imperfections in the body work that was previously carried out on the hood and how that the paint was thin, which caused it to flake as seen in the picture and that this was a sign that something happened when it was previously painted or not much care was taken, I had no idea and would never have known if they hadn t shown me. Thank you again for all of your help and excellent work. I would definitely recommend using ECR if you need any body work done. Their work is much better than any body shops I have been to in the past. Thanks again, Will!

Pi** poor company! Scheduled my car to be fixed at this location 3 weeks ago, with a lady named listeria, sent her my estimate and everything. She scheduled me an appointment. they day I have my car towed the location they tell me they don't work on my model car! No call no nothing. Then proceeds to say they can schedule me an appointment at a different location 45 days after my original scheduled date. None of the employees care. They are rude and aloof. Beware! Please second guess coming here

Avoid this place. They tell you on first visit what you want to hear. My repairs cost doble of original quote and they finish the work a month after original estimated time of completion. They take too many cars to be repair when they don t have enough staff. Idk how they keep being on business running this place so bad.

I generally don't provide any reviews but this one is really important for the customers to know. I am not saying don't use them but make sure you do your due diligence and receive quotes from other Repair Shops for comparison.Please take a look at the picture of a minor cosmetic damage, very minor right the area that I have circled? Apparently not, ECR was going to charge me $2800 to fix without replacing the bumper. I was completely dumb founded so I decided to take the car to the Tesla Service Center. Tesla is replacing the bumper for $1000 and that's the entire cost including labor. So I even decided to call ECR back to let them about this, but the sales person (I won't say his name publicly) was extremely nonchalant and brushed it off like it was no big deal and didn't even care to convince me to come back and do the right thing.Service: Body & Trim

It was so refreshing to engage with true professionals, folks who would take the time to consider some special circumstances (Hurr. Idalia evacuees who needed a couple of plastic clips replaced on a wheel well guard before getting on the road to return to Florida), and were willing to make the effort to get the problem solved expeditiously.
