I have been a loyal customer of Speed Auto Repair for over 30 years. I have had as many as 5 cars at a time maintained by Speed. With all those visits there have only been a few times any follow up was needed and Speed handled them promptly without any hassle. I am motivated to post because Speed went above and beyond getting my daughter s old truck ready for a long trip. They stayed late so she could leave that evening and even did a few little extras for her. Back home her normal garage did the recommended UV leak check and they stated Speed had done great work for her.

I strongly believe in connection over anything in business. I came in because I noticed the reviews and most had a positive experience/interaction while they were here.Just know that you would be in good hands here because the way they treat each other, the way they speak to one another, the way they speak to customers over the phone and in person is worth your time here.At the end of the day, anyone can do an oil change, but seeing the way they handle customers and each other makes it worth the visit every time. I am glad I stopped in here when my oil light came on. I live about 28 miles away so otherwise I wouldn't have been on this side of town.I will bring my other car for its next oil change here.

I have had a hard time finding a shop that does great work and doesn't try to rip me off in the process. Speed is fantastic and I trust them completely. I recommend them

I can Honestly say that the people at (Speed..at Roswell) are there to help you get your car back on the road and Not take advantage of your situation.They go above and beyond what most other places (and Dealerships) do. They work Quick too!The expertise of the shop will ease any anxiety one might have of bringing a vehicle in for repairs.I will Definitely be coming back to Speed for any service with my car.

I've been to Speed Auto Repair before for oil changes and when my A/C went out I took my car to them. They were very kind and informed me about what the issues were and how much they would be to fix. As a woman, I greatly appreciated not being talked down to or treated differently.After some work by them my A/C is back to being ice cold and I'm prepared for another Georgia summer. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with both, Taylor and Nick. Both were extremely polite over the phone. We were able to get our car inspected at the last minute on a busy Friday. My husband was highly impressed by Nick s performance. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Love Speed Auto Repair! Just took my car in for an oil change and emissions test and they got me in and out quickly with no trouble at all!Nick is always happy and helpful and checks my car to reassure me that everything is running perfectly. Couldn t be happier with the service there and recommend Speed to anyone with a car!

I went to get my oil changed and a headlight replaced and the team was quick and kind. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood, and one mechanic in particular took notice of a handful of us waiting in the lobby and made it a point to try to get to our vehicles quickly so we could be on our way. Pricing was fair, and they even gave me a sheet with pricing for some services due in a couple thousand miles so I know what to expect, which I really appreciated. I ll definitely be back!

They were amazing and very accommodating! Justin was extremely nice every time I called in. I received an alignment and 4 new tires, and my car is riding better than ever. Nick saw that my DRL weren t working and he changed my bulbs as a courtesy! They EXCEEDED my expectations. Now I m about schedule an oil change. This was my first time using this repair shop. Now I want them to handle all my vehicles needs! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCELLENT WORK GUYS!!! Thanks again!!

They were professional, they were very transparent about what needed to be done, as well as the costs. And they were efficient, I didn't have to wait around based on my appointment time. Nick was extremely open and shared with me, parts that needed replacing before the work was done.

My alternator went out, I called around and looked at reviews (this place having the highest) and called. They immediately got me in and got it fixed within 4 hours! Customer service was amazing and everyone there was so nice!! We will definitely be back if/when things go wrong. Thank you guys!!!

I cannot say enough good things about speed auto repair. I have never been to this establishment however, I noticed something wrong with my suspension in the back end of my car and googled BMW auto repair. I called this establishment to be greeted by a very friendly gentleman. I did not get his name. However, once arriving, I worked with Nick and Justin and explained the situation. They kindly took my information, went outside to look at my vehicle. To my surprise they come in and showed me. It was just a button that had been pushed on my BMW that I was not aware of that lower the suspension that he easily corrected. He charged me nothing for his five minutes of time, but the experience made my entire day. I will be back for any future services needed.I highly recommend!Thank you!

Nick is a great guy and always friendly/helpful, and the rest of the staff do a fantastic job. I gladly drive 20-30 minutes out of my way to use this shop because of the pricing, fairness, and thorough job this shop provides. Will continue to be a customer as long as I live in the general area for my fianc�e and I's vehicles.-Brandon D.

Justin is awesome! Nice customer service and got my oil changed right away when I really needed it done. The one thing I would say is that the mechanic who worked on the car was giving me mean stares and did not look happy at all and did not say a single word when he came to drop the keys. Also, did not look like he really cares at all about doing the work or being there.

The mechanics & staff are great.Have been going here for honest, efficient maintenance & repairs for almost 20 years! With many different types of vans/autos.They ll give you a ride to work or workout, if needed.Highly recommend !!! Thanks for keeping my 14 yr old ride running smoothly! The guys at Speed auto are amazing!Don t wait three hours for an oil change at a dealership, come see these guys.Their prices are affordable compared to the dealerships, and being a female, they don t try to oversell you or treat you like you don t know anything about cars.I recently had my brakes and rotors done, and they even drove me to work and pick me up.Awesome customer service all around!!Service: Oil change

They did good work in my first visit there. Open on Saturdays. Staff is very helpful and personable. I gave them a four because it took them 45 minutes to get back to me and inform me how long the repair was going to be.

Speed Auto Repair is fair and efficient. Usually when you ask if you air filter needs replacing, it is a YES . These guys told me it is good for another 10,000 miles! Gotta love it!

Top-notch service. After taking my diesel bmw to the bmw service center and receiving a $23,000 quote, I drove right across the street to this shop, told them what bmw said about my car and asked them if they could take a look. It would have been very easy for them to up-charge me after hearing my initial quote from BMW, but they did the exact opposite. I m almost positive my repairs were more than $3,000 but that is all they charged me. It took 2 months to get my car fixed, to no fault of speed auto repair. Justin had to order a part for the car from bmw which had to be shipped from bmw in Germany. He took care of the whole process and patiently put up with me calling every 2-3 days for 2 months asking for an update.They absolutely have my business moving forward.
