A very honest and reputable Land Rover mechanic repair shop. They found out that Land Rover of Gwinnett put the wrong tire on my daughters car.Thats another story.

Top notch service! A transmission fault popped up on my Rover and I immediately called them. They could see me immediately. Got me in, diagnosed the issue and had me fixed same day. Matt was awesome. As before, I had another exceptional experience with Bear Valley Land Rover Specialists. Their team is remarkably knowledgeable, and they swiftly and accurately diagnosed the issue with my vehicle. Their pricing was fair, and they maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Moreover, their staff is incredibly friendly, making the experience all the more pleasant. Great place if you don't want to go to the dealership. Prices are more than fair, and Matt is the absolute best. Very knowledgeable and informative. Wait time is not too bad. I just wish I was closer or they opened on Saturdays. I highly recommend!!!

Bear Valley has now serviced three of my Range Rovers, they knock it out of the park every time- especially Whitney.Work is always done quickly, correctly, and for a very reasonable price. I m sure I ll be back many times.

Is cheaper than going to the dealer forsure , but is still expensive. I have been there twice and both times they resolve my issues with the Range Rover. Everything is expensive with this cars. Is not their fault. Great service. Friendly and fast.

This shop is absolutely the BEST!! I previously had been going to Hennessy Jag/Landrover in Gwinnett. Of course the dealership is a complete rip off! Whitney & Matt offer superb knowledge and great customer service! My Landrover is in the BEST complete care at this shop! I highly suggest you care for your Rover at Bear Valley Service!

I recently took my car to Bear Valley, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received.Brett was incredibly friendly and kept me informed every step of the way.I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on unnecessary services or parts,which was a refreshing change from my past experiences with other auto shops.What s more, the prices were very reasonable, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I appreciated the fact that they were honest and upfront about the costs and timeline for completion, which gave me peace of mind.Overall,, I would highly recommend Bear Valley to anyone looking for reliable ad trustworthy Land Rover service. I was very impressed with professionalism of Bear Valley. I left my vehicle for regular oil change and they discovered signs of engine cooling system failure which is a known issue with my year RR sport. After a timely repair I noticed some other issues after taking the car home. Matt from service was very responsive and got me back in the next morning. Another hose issue emerged which Bear Valley covered free of charge which could have been a very costly repair at the dealer. They definitely back their service ! This is the most thorough range rover repair place ever! I am so mad i waisted time taking my car to land rover service, losing money and other shops. This is shop inspected my vehicle from head to toe. When they called me back they knew every single thing about my car from minor, cosmetic and major. I will take my 2013 Land Rover nowhere else but here. They were also quick in fixing the car. It didn't sit for days to get a diagnostics and it was fixed within a day and it needed several things. I spent $2,000+ plus getting my car repaired and it was worth every dime! My wife and I went through 3 repair shops before finally finding these guys. We've had our Range Rover in 4 times and felt very comfortable that they acted with 100% integrity and honesty.If you've had your car in the shop then you'll likely understand what a big deal that is.I highly recommend them for all things Land Rover repair and maintenance

This place is always amazing. Everyone is so helpful, friendly, and very patient. Their staff is unceasingly consistent, and they are very good at making sure you get the right care for your car. The facility is always clean, their offices are organized, the waiting room is impressive, and the staff is always professional. I always suggest this place to anyone I meet who has a Land Rover or Range Rover because Bear Valley knows them best. 10 out of 10 will always recommend this place.Services: Tires, Brakes

They made accomodations for me to come from out of state to do three needed repairs and once I got to their shop they found several other issues that needed fixing and they were able to fix everything like over 14 different parts and programming that needed done in under 6 hours before they closed for the day they were very nice and fed my son pizza and let him look around the shop. Awesome service. My 2019 Range Rover hit the 1 year mark. The dealer wanted $700 to service it. Bear Valley said that based on my mileage all I needed was a $180 oil change. Even when my mileage is high enough to require the full service, Bear Valley can perform the service at a significantly lower cost then the dealer. All the guys have worked for Range Rover for years. Not sure I'll ever go back to the dealer. Knowledgeable, trustworthy and far lower cost. Highly recommend.

Omg!!! My car sat dead for a month between Range Rover on Mansell and another repair shop on union hill.. RR even hinted I junk my 2008 Land Rover that had been running perfectly well and maintained suddenly died.. 5 days there and 3-4 weeks at another mechanic shop. ..I gave it one more shot and had it towed to Bear Valley. Within one hour, YES ONE HOUR Whitney called with an estimate for a starter!! Within less than 24 hours I had my car back after one month. A starter!!! That was it!!If you even think of taking your car somewhere else DON T!! They know 100% what they are doing and super nice too.Thank you so much Whitney!

I took my 2011 Range Rover supercharged to bear Valley after several other shops looked at it and gave me outrageous pricing to fix my car. I realize these are expensive cars to fix, but I felt like pricing was through the roof. Brett and Whitney have been great and patient with me on trying to make a decision whether or not to repair my Range Rover In the most cost effective manner. in the most cost effective manner.I had some maintenance work done here and it was affordable efficient with great communication. We re still working through the transmission solution but they ve been awesome to work with. I highly recommend the shop!Services: Transmission, Oil change

I have been driving Land Rovers for 20 years and Bear Valley is the best place in Atlanta to take your Land Rover for service or repair. The guys running it are the same people that maintained my vehicle at Land Rover North Point two decades ago and they really know their stuff. They re great people and provide great service at a fair price.

Bear Valley is THE place to go if you own a Land Rover in Metro Atlanta. The team is honest, friendly, and knowledgable. They are always willing to help, even if it means referring you to someone else. For example, I needed some body work done and they referred me to their go to body shop. These guys are great!Brett and David have taken care of my Green 2003 Discovery and Black 2006 Range Rover since the vehicles came out of LR warranty and complimentary service. They always treat my Rovers with great care and me with respect.They are honest; and unlike so many repair centers, do not pad the bill with unnecessary costs.They have always been ready to step up no matter the problem and work with me where I had difficulties.In fact, I do not think of these guys as mere mechanics doing a repair job; I think of them as confidants, dare I say friends, who are trying to keep my Rovers in tip-top shape to last and last. This is what I want. I expect to keep my Rovers for another 10-15 years owning to the fantastic care they receive.You can have these guys service your Rover with no worries. They too are Rover enthusiasts!PS: Tyler Wright is my Google name, I hope Brett can figure out who I really am :)

My family and I have owned 6 different Land Rovers of the last 15+ years, and I would not take my Range Rovers to any other shop. Brett, David and crew are not only good mechanics, but are all Land Rover enthusiasts. They are very honest, dependable, and do good quality work, no matter how big or small the job. I get every new Rover I buy inspected by them, and they have saved me not only on maintenance and repairs, but also from making purchasing mistakes on potential lemons. Brett was my service advisor at the LR Dealership, and I moved over when he started his own shop a few years ago. It's great to see them doing so well, but it's not surprising.

Have dealt with Brett and David for about 2 years with my 04 Discovery. They have always been great to work with me on whatever issues my truck had.. I would highly recommend their services to anyone that has a Land Rover and wants fair prices, quick service and honesty. They know what they are doing and go above and beyond to make sure the Disco is taken care of.
