State of car on 2nd day taking off work to pick up. Will not send or refer another client to this poorly communicative business. They interfere with people's routine by not keeping the owner informed. Then want to threaten customers when they are upset with their service.Update: I got to pick my car finally only to have a scratch down the side that was damaged. When I reached out through email feature I was informed my car and I weren't welcome on his property. Oh, trust me, I won't be back after this.Below is Owner's response...Message: I picked up my car today to a pretty significant scratch on the trim piece your office repaired. I have pictures of its state yesterday where the piece wasn't on there. Today, a scratch all the way thru the paint. The employee informed us he didn't feel that piece was related to the deer damage. This needs resolved ASAP.WE JUST REMOVED YOUR ORIGINAL MOLDING AND REPLACED IT ON THE REPLACEMENT DOOR NO PAINT AND NO REFINISH JUST R&I .CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AS YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE IS NO LONGER ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.THANKS,MARK MITCHELL3rd image is Passenger side front door. I was recently struck in the driver door by a deer in my Nissan Pathfinder. These guys got me in quickly and did a fantastic job on the repairs. Rock Spring paint and body is a very professional friendly environment they do an excellent job my vehicle looks like brand new anytime that I called just to check they were very friendly I have dealt with shops that they would get an attitude whenever you called to check but not here they're friendly professional they give you information that most shops will not when it comes to your repairs such as dollar amount where they're at with it whether they're waiting on parts and where they are at in the process I would highly recommend using this place they're easy to find I could not be happier my car looks like brand newServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They fixed my wifes mini cooper very fast compared to most all other collision places! They were very helpful with a problem with some parking light issues and followed up with me afterwards. The car was clean and detailed when i picked it up and handled everything to be repaired outside of the body damage from the wreck! Glad to have someone so close to home that does great body work !

I got an appt. Within a few weeks. The other estimate I got put me in Sept. They also helped sort 2 different claims and fix damage from both accidents. Just stopped to get a quote. He was very nice but they do mostly insurance claims. The job I need would be cash. He was in line with other quotes I've gotten though. If they did old trucks, it would be "upwards of 10 grand".

They replaced the entire back of my vehicle and trunk hatch. It was only a few days from the time I first called them and they scheduled my drop off. From drop off to be fixed and pick up when it was fixed, was less than a week. The whole process from my initial phone call to my vehicle being fixed and ready to go home was maybe 12 days. I felt like that was pretty fast, and was very happy to have my car back so quickly. And it looks brand new.

Really wanted to give these guys 5 stars, but the more I look at my vehicle, the more I notice the imperfections in their work - splotchy paint, orange peel, paint sags. Fine sanding doesn't seem to be their strong point...
