Who give this shop 5 star it must had just open up.my car set for 2 weeks and the guy never answered his phone. VERY BAD BUSINESS! And had nerve to say I owe for a diagnostic and my car was park in the same place I park it and unlocked. I wouldn't tell no one to go to King Automotive of Hwy 85 !

Cars gone and shop closed with no knowledge! I am going to say I am disappointed and King knows why. Car has been there over two months for body work, originally was told there were 2 insurance vehicles in front of me which would be finished the same week dropped the car off. Was hoping that my experience would be a pleasant one and able to make his shop my go to for auto repairs. That unfortunately is not the case. Although I had minor work done on two other vehicles there only because I had placed trust the end result was disturbing. Every quote given was always a different price when it came to payment. I didn't like being told one price directly on the phone only to be surprised by a different total when I arrived. I accepted those excuses. I picked the last vehicle for mechanical work up, the vehicle needing body work still sitting in the same place although I was told numerous times it was being worked on. It wasn't ! King agreed to have vehicle ready in 30 days. I spoke with king approaching the two week mark and he stated it was in the bay being worked on and I needed a rear bumper.I said ill order it and bring finally glad to be reassured the process has started. Which of course was another lie! 8 days later I drive to take bumper to King Automotive and there is no shop. All the cars are gone and there is a lock on the door and engines sitting in the driveway. I called several times no response from King. I spoke with Derrick who advised me they weren't at the shop anymore so I was very upset and asked where is the new shop and where is my car, he said the shop was in forest park and he would text me the address. He text me an address in Riverdale to some other shop and told me to leave bumper with Eddie lol. My question is only where is my car when I saw Eddie or whatever Spanish dude that was working for King he stated he didn't know and that it was still over at the other shop.You know now that I wasn't leaving a bumper with no-one at this point. Im not going to say what I did next but I did eventually run into King although I had called his phone numbers listed several times with no response. He told me the my car was good and it will still be done with 8 days left.Where is my car? Unbelievable!. I was disgusted how can you close a business and not tell people where there property is. How can you not inform your customers that you are relocating as often as I have spoken with you and your representatives and been up to your shop being told you guys were remodeling when I asked about things I noticed missing. Unacceptable and no excuse given justified. You just disappear with peoples belongings and To tell me you are going to put out a blast text letting people know is a very unprofessional way of conducting business. I saw that pod in front of your business when I was there and you guys said absolutely nothing. You knew you were leaving! I am out of some serious money including my down payment of $600plus that I am sure I will never be able to retrieve but lesson learned. I would rather pay a reputable business more money and have my property than to be taken advantage of. So this of course is not a Good Review at all! Beware and Be cautious on who you select to do business with.

I took my vehicle to be worked on at 9 in the morning I called at 6pm to get an update on the job! The representative was rude and told me that I could come get my car because I asked for a time frame of when my car would be ready for pick up! She stated they were short on technicians and didn t have availability on their rack to work on my car! Honestly this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to visit this shop! Communication would have been nice I have to work the next day and no one reached out to me regarding my vehicle customer service is all time low!

@r ware-its been two years and I have yet to get my car! Same situation as you have stated. For whatever reason he still will not give me a straight answer or my car! He has worked on it twice before but this time is utterly ridiculous and has my $ for services undone. New Business in Forest Park . . . ok can you give the address so we can get our cars! My next move is a news station investigation!

First off this is the worst auto shop in America, especially in Georgia . These people take your money tell you that it s one thing wrong with your car and keep your car forever then send you home without even completing the job or you get so frustrated with them that you just take your car back. They also scam you by adding something else to your car every time you talk to them. When you criticize the bad customer service, they get the worst attitude then push your car back or mess it up on purpose . When I went to take my car back from them, someone that contracts with the auto shops in that area that was a the shop at the time I was told me please don t ever bring your car here again , I said well dam it s to late now they already messed me up, the guy then said well if you can avoid bringing in back here don t I said oh trust I won t. And yall can look at all the reviews and check the (BBB) better Business Bureau a see that this is the worst place to bring your car. I wish I knew hopefully this helps the next person before the same thing happens to you. Oh and I know king automotive will read this review and just make excuses and blame me the customer again. Because u don t wanna learn how to be a better business man you just want to rob people and respond with a condescending attitude in your bad reviews. Them fake good reviews that u put up to make yourself look good won t help all these real bad reviews I should have looked at before I came to your shop. I truly pray y all get help and stop robbing people. We got real lives and we bringing our stuff to you thinking u know what your doing but you clearly don t can t even answer a simple car question.Oh I also found out that they steal out your car, drive your car around as they personal car , change out your parts and replace with cheap parts or try to put screws back in your car with gorilla glueSo yea don t please don t bring your car to king automotiveService: Air & cabin filter replacement

Biggest SCAMMERS on Hwy 85This shop took the insurance money in 2022 and still haven t fixed my car. After a year of them committing FRAUD, I just refused to bring my car back to this unprofessional place of business. Y all be careful

This place is a scam I took my truck there and they said my transmission went out. They had my truck towed back to my house without my keys. I ve been trying to get them back for over a month and the place is permanently closed.

When I went to the location, I was greeted very well. They did a great job of explaining to me my issue I had with my car. He did a great job of explaining to me what work needed to be done. I wasn t sure of the parts, so he took the time to explain to me what needed to be done, so I can have an understanding of the repairs that needed to be done.The time to complete the service was pretty fast. The service was very affordable, and they even took the time to explain the breakdown of the cost.I highly recommend his services to anybody who has a car. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable when compared to other companies.I have made King Automotive my go to repair place for all my vehicles, and I recommend that you do the same thing.

These people are FRAUD. They will get your insurance check and tape your car together. My car accident was Oct 22, it s now Jan 24 and these people refuse to answer my calls or FIX MY CAR CORRECTLY. Insurance has paid them out at least twice. Please FIND ANOTHER choice of busines. This one is GHETTO

Honestly I don t know where to start , because I m still trying to process did this just happen. Like this dude just scammed the hell out of me. God only knows what this dude king Automotives did to my car. All im going to say is this shop is a scam and I will be taking legal steps to deal with y all. If you thought I was the person you can scam and mess up my car. I was kind patient and did everything you guys told me to do and you scammed me. Thank God I have all my evidence. Even evidence that you didn t know I had. I m not a dump person. I was just trying to support a Black businessman but hey this what I get when I support my own people. Y all will be hearing from my lawyers very soon. I am thankful to have a Automotive service which I can trust, rely on and know that they will dynosis the problem and then provide the service at an affordable price but if your funds are low. They will even refer you to one of many financial institution to assist with your total car repairs! They are always pleasant, cordial, and friendly. Brake pad put on backwards, MAJOR damage!!!Came to get new brake pads and a wheel alignment. The technician put them on backwards, drove less than a mile. Metal to metal grinding, returned to shop within 5 minutes. MAJOR rotor damaged. See pictureOwner said he would make it right but didn t have the rotor in stock. 3 weeks of excuses, I m having to have it repaired myself and sue them to recoup my loss.AVOID AT ALL COST or you will be ripped off!!!! BIGGEST LAIR & SCAM ARTIST I ve EVER came across!!!!!Edit : Response to owner: STOP LYING He did the work under your business, and at your location. Terrible customer service. Only took my car here because it black own and a mutual friend recommended it. Took my car in because it was making a noise. Owner tells me it s one thing. I say cool. Fix it. He fixed what he thought was the problem but that wasn t the problem. Sat in the office for about 6 hrs for nothing Comes back say okay we found the problem. I say fix it. He fixed what he thought was wrong again. Noise still didn t stop. Took it back again and and told me one thing. Dropped my car and go to pick up and he tells me it s something totally different. Long story short, almost $800 later the problem is still not fix. They are not real mechanic and they gone just guess until they get it right or until you over pay for the service. I don t be like me. Stay away at all cost. You appreciate it and your pockets will too.

I would give 0 stars if possibly , i was told the work on my transmission would take 2-4 weeks , which was updated to 4 to 6 weeks and when 6 weeks was up my car still was not ready . Every call i made to the shop was declined or not answer and they would only communicate through text . When i asked about how long they were taking i was told that they cant he rushed but i should be be grateful for their courtesy cause this job is a big one and they pushed me up by weeks how did you push me up when you still took the whole 6 weeks and how you cant he rushed but you pushed me up . Doesnt make sense right. Anyways were pushing 7 weeks and i still dont have my car PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE . THEY ARE PARTNERED WITH SIX WEST AUTO , AVOID BOTH SHOPS !!

So the Kia boys got me while I was out of town. This was the only shop within a 20 mile radius who would be able to work with me. Everyone told me upwards of 4 months before they could even LOOK at my car. Kings Automotive had my windows, transmission and steering column fixed in 2 weeks! Completely professional and friendly service! I'll keep them in mind if any other car needs come up for sure!Service: Transmission

Great great great work and experience and if the Damage Done to your car is a little more than what you have in your pocket to pay you can apply for a credit line for up to $1,000 and then only pay a minimum of $20 or more of your choice a month 4 getting your car fixed which is fantastic I never seen a mechanic shop that actually do that great work in finding my problem and fixing it

Bad service never finished the job nor did even start on the job purchase the wrong engine and never did the work. Now he want return my money. See you in court!!!!!
