We were treated the very best by Finnicum Motor Company. Me and my husband bought not one car but 2. Kadie Barnes and Ron James treated us so kindly. Never a dull moment. Was a great experience, Chad Kirkpatrick was extremely helpful which made the process extremely easy. They usually have a large selection vehicles and if it s something you want and not on the lot. They will do their best to find what you want. Everyone was extremely friendly, from the sales staff to the folks in the service department. If I ever decide to trade my vehicle in I will definitely go back and shop with Finnicum.

I was in a rough spot that day, my truck died that morning and needed a ride. Jeff Mitchell took control, got an idea of what I wanted and presented me with a cherry deal on my beautiful "new to me" truck. I absolutely love it, and won't go anywhere else!

I had a great car buying experience a Finnicum Motors. Once I had found the car on the lot , the salesman and manager worked together to get me that car at terms that were right for me. It was a relaxed and pleasant experience and everyone I dealt with there was polite and professional. I would not hesitate to buy here again. Great folks that want to earn and keep your business.

We initially found a Chevy Colorado online, then called and spoke with Terrell Mosely. We did most if the paperwork over the phone then traveled to see it thinking sounds to good to be true. The vehicle was as advertised. They were very easy to work with and would certainly deal with Terrell again. Very professional and organized. Thank you it was a very good experience.

Travis was excellent in assisting my wife and me to the SUV that fit our budget and had the space we were looking for. The entire process took less than two hours which is amazing. I hate spending a day or more buying a vehicle. I recommend Finnicum when searching for any style vehicle.

Finnicum was good to deal with, but I'm leaving this review because of the warranty you guys sold me. Over the last 3 years I've had my car repaired 4 times, total for all of it combined about $2700, the warranty has so far covered $154 of that. I was told when I bought the warranty that repairs would be covered and all I would pay was $100 deductible. Every time I make a claim they say the repair falls under maintenance and isn't covered. Last week I had a busted radiator replaced and was told that it falls under maintenance also and isn't covered. This warranty is feeling a awful lot like a scam. I'm not asking to have oil changes and maintenance covered. I'm asking the warranty to cover repairs which is the whole point of having it.

I love that the staff, especially the gentleman that had helped us , Chad Kirkpatrick ,let us take our time and look at all the cars that we wanted to and test drive what we wanted test drive, when we were ready we were able to go inside abd let him know what we were interested in. Not having someone follow you all over the law is so refreshing because you don't feel like you're rushed, or you don't feel like they're looking over your shoulder.With holly recommend this company and also this sales person.

Worked a deal with Jay Schultz at Finnicum and it couldn t have been a better experience. He was responsive, helpful, and never once put on any pressure. The car is top quality and Jay very patiently walked us through the whole process. I give them my highest recommendation.

Really disappointed in my purchase. The upholstery on the front dash near the bottom of the windshield is coming off. Both driver side and passenger side are peeling away and has large pockets where the upholstery is coming unglued or whatever.

Just bought a truck from Finnicum yesterday. Drove down from Suwanee, GA to see a specific truck that Kyle West knew I was interested in. Prior to my drive - he recorded and sent me a detailed video of the truck, was open and honest about everything, and the entire buying process couldn't have been easier. It's the exact opposite of buying from a massive dealership. Highly recommend Finnicum and specifically Kyle West was a pleasure to deal with.

The employees were nice & friendly!! They were very helpful & knowledgeable & helped me make a good responsible decision!! Prices were pretty good !!! But they failed me as a veteran bc I shouldn't have been charged taxes on my purchase bc I'm a 100% disabled veteran!! I said something 2 my salesman but he said he didn't know anything about tht!! Why not? Just wondering

Our car buying experience at Finnicum was second to none. Everyone was friendly with top notch customer service. Ed took care of us every step of the car buying process. He was kind, patient, and honest. It was evident from how he treated us that he loves what he does and wants what is best for the customer. Ed went above and beyond to ensure our first time buyers experience was a great one. Finnicum is the place to go and Ed White is the man to see!
