They did an awesome job on my new car that was hit. They made sure the other person's insurance company paid for the right parts for my car. Paint job was impeccable. They took care of my baby.

Brought my Challenger here after it was keyed so deeply by a vandal it had to be repainted. Dealt with Paul, who was really nice. The work looks good as new, the staff was great and I felt like my car was in good hands. They even had it sparkling clean waiting on me when I picked it up, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use them again if I ever need a body shop (let's hope this is the last time).

Great car looks great just like it did and much better before the accident especially on the inside it was dirty thanks so much everyone was nice throught the whole time. That was one of the reason why I wanted too take it back too the dealer shop instead because zi knew that they will fix it right thanks again so much. Be blessed. Blessings

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!My husband took his truck here to get fixed about two months ago. All they did was fix 2 doors and change one rim in those 56 days. They were always changing the day for us to pick it up. We got it today and the part were the gas goes was loose, they switched one of the rims to the back and painted the one in front instead of changing it (they blamed it on Progressive but the way). My husband left it full of gas (he had just pumped gas when the accident happened which was not his fault). Well, today when we got it, it had 1,000 miles more and the tank gas empty. We checked everything and oh surprise! I found receipts from gas stations from a few weeks ago. My husband doesn't smoke neither drinks so, who are the receipts from since we didn't have the truck until today?? Horrible service, horrible experience, the personnel very unprofessional and rude. I expected more because they are a dealer but everything was a disappointment. I'm glad those $9,600- didn't come out of our pockets, can you see yourself paying almost $10,000 for one rim, two doors and someone else using your truck? I don't think so.

Would not recommend!! The customer service at this place is the worst thing I have ever experienced. Then when you try to escalate your concern up the ladder they all have the other ones back and call your issue "coincidental". I am in the business and I know for a fact that you have to disclose removing a customers vehicle from the lot if it has to go somewhere else for a repair that they can not do at their shop. Which they did not tell me they were having someone else from a different shop come to get my vehicle and drive it somewhere else to have the work I wanted done completed. Also, no one reviewed my vehicle with me when I dropped it off. I was under the impression that this is typical protocol that ALL repair shops follow. This shop is a complete joke in this industry!

It's been a couple months since using this place to repair my wife's car after a car accident. Boy was that a mistake. They did a horrible job. The passenger side fender liner was not installed correctly causing more damage to the one of the areas that they were supposed to had repaired. Now we are in another state on vacation and have to figure out how to get this repaired.

The dealer is huge, big. The sales rep. There are pretty good. The problem is in the service department. If you have any issues with your vehichle so far. You have to be so patient. It will take them a long time. Specially if you got a claim with insurance company.

I brought my Journey in about a month ago due to a rear end collision. Every time I called to check on the progress they were friendly and told me exactly what was going on. They finished in a timely manner even though there was more damage than expected. When I got it back you couldn't tell anything happened. This is the place to go.

Slow! They along with Allstate finagled me out of my car! Kept my custom rims and tires and wouldn t allow me to get them! I ABSOLUTELY HATE and do not recommend them to ANYONE
