I went to have my car checked out. They were friendly. Customer service was excellent. I didn't even have an appointment, but they drove the car and told me what was wrong. I would recommend them to anybody. Best car shop for miles around.

Went in for 5 new tires and alignment, I had just had the front of my truck lifted and when marlin was doing the alignment one of the brake lines snapped. Turns out the rotor wasn't put back on correctly and the brake line was bound to snap eventually. Thankfully it happened in the shop and not while driving through the hills with my family. Nicole had a new brake like delivered legitimately within like 10 minutes. Truck was still ready to go same day and marlin even detached and reattached the other front brake line so I didn't have to worry about it happening on that side too. Great customer service and fantastic mechanics!

A hidden . These were the NICEST people you ever wanted to meet. They even gave us a ride to and from the hotel in our emergency situation. Gave us their PERSONAL doughnuts and snacks. Our car broke down on the way home from Atlanta. GA. It couldn't have chosen a better community to have a breakdown.The car was probably fixed and efficiently delivered back. Fair price.Very GOOD people. They were a BLESSING.

5 star service! Jason, Angie, and every single member of the crew at Barrett Automotive have gone above and beyond to make sure our vehicle is safe and ready for whatever comes at us. They fit us in right before Thanksgiving holiday despite being so busy and got us back on the road for the family holiday before we could even stress it. The second time I had issues with my car, it was a no-brainer on who to call and where to drop the car off at. We knew the team at Barrett would have us taken care of quickly, professionally, and with results we can trust. The turnaround time for service is fantastic and we were even dropped off, and picked up when the car was in the shop and then ready for pickup!

They did a great job fixing my suv! Had a time consuming job for them where they had to drop the motor. But everything was put back together nicely and have had no issues since repairs. They even washed and cleaned interior of my suv before i came and picked it up. Nice touch going above and beyond! Thoroughly impressed with this place!

Had a great experience with Angie and James. Emailed me with a list of issues, we went over what I wanted fixed and received a detailed quote. Very professional throughout the entire process. Will definitely use them in the future.

Broke Down out of Town and These guys got me towed over to the Shop and repaired my Trucks Transmission A+ Highly Recomend. If ever I break down in the area for sure will use these guys and gal.

Barrett Automotive was recommended to me by a friend. Over an hour away from me but well worth the time and effort to get my vehicle to them.Got off to a great start as Angie is the perfect first point of contact for this business. Great, positive, friendly interaction at all times with Angie. She also went out of her way to handle transportation from rental car facility to the shop.The first thing Barrett Automotive tried to do was save me some money! Questioned initial diagnosis from dealer and did some additional testing. We wound up with the original diagnosed issue but the effort was put in to try to reduce cost of major repair.I highly recommend this business, would use them again. Made a painful costly repair much more bearable.

Very professional, very thorough. Can get quite expensive, but they do it right the first time. I love the online reports they send out. No pressure to do any work with them, so never any pressure to use them if you dont want to. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend this business. We started out rocky as they were going through some employment changes. However, they were quick to make things right, handled things in a very timely manner, and were great to work with. This shop is awesome!! They got me right in. I love lthe way they do the inspection. Everything checked then texted me with the results pictures included. Very friendly staff!! I have had bad experiences at other shops including my local dealership. As long as Barrett is there they will exclusively have my business!!
