I would recommend Evans Automotive Service. They kept me updated as they worked on my vehicle. They were very upfront on the costs of the repair. They explained the process and the costs of the issue was A and if it was not A, then the costs for B would be they provided options for the repair and kept me in the loop. They set my expectations for estimated time of repair. Explained they had to order parts and when they d be in. Overall I am pleased with the service I received. I will continue to take my vehicles to Evans in the future.

Very happy with Evans Service Center. Mike was helpful in getting us in with an electrical system issue that immobilized us. Hannah was personable and knowledgeable. Love the Veterans discount. Very thoughtful. Will have all my work done by these guys.

Evans is a very professional well versed auto repair shop. Definitely will be my go to for all repairs. Chris the service manager is extremely knowledgeable on all repairs and super friendly to work with. I will be recommending Evans to all my friends and businesses.

I've used Evans since moving to town 5 years ago. The quality of service is 2nd to none & I won't go anywhere else. I did 1x, but was lied to and Evans set me straight about what WASN'T wrong with my car. If you use them, don't change. If you haven't used them, give them a try. You won't be sorry.

After my last supposedly oil change I drove my car sparingly. After a few short errands my car begin to make a high pitch winding noise. I thought surely it wasn t time to get another oil change. Well I have man in my life who has rebuilt engines come and check my car/oil. To our amazement there was hardly any oil in my car!!!! No leaks on my garage floor or his driveway! You know Evans has had to do work over again at no charge due to their error. Now I feel like I just got F__k_d . I went to the new O Reillys and purchased oil!! It still wines and I m disgusted! I spent a lot of money at Evans over the years for work on my 2003 Nissan Murano SE with 140k miles and expect oil in my car when I pay for it! NO STARS

My vehicle had been having issues and wouldn't start while waiting in my kids school line. Called Evans and told them my story. They told me that if I had my vehicle towed to them they would get to it as soon as possible. (I thought the standard spiel). I was wrong to assume. These guys crammed me into their busy work load and delivered on their promise. In one working day had a diagnosis, quote, and valuable opinion. Based on their guidance and my previous issues with the vehicle, I decided to trade the POS for something more reliable. No hidden fees, affordable, transparent, and have their customers best interest at heart. I highly recommend the Evans Automotive team. Thank you Mike and Chris!

Our car quit while we were snowbirds. Called local dealer, they said bring it in maybe get to it in a week to 10 days. Called Evans, they said bring it on down. Droped it off at 8 AM. Almost before we got back to the RV park had a msg saying a complete vehicle inspection was done. Problem found and ready to start work. Picked it up that afternoon. Great job everyone.

Friendly and precise customer interaction. Provided the service they promised. Troubleshooting auto electrical is always tricky, but they stuck with it, found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. After 10+years with another garage, they have become my go-to mechanics.

Great service. Changed oil and rotated tires. Always have exemplary service from Chris and office staff to the maintenance technicians!And work is always on point and if anything extra needs done, I am told about it and if it can or can t wait!! Prices are reasonable and you just feel your business is appreciated! Thank you

I made an appointment and dropped my 2016 Chevy Colorado off (bad thermostat sensor). They got back to me that afternoon with a price and I was on the road the next day. Good work done fast!

Wonderful experience. Nice not to have an attempt to do unnecessary work just because we are tourists. Evan s was friendly, fair and courteous. Would highly recommend them. Very convenient

I took my truck to Evans for a transmission problem that Sandy Sansing did not want to fix. I bought the 2016 Nissan Titan Diesel xd platinum reserve from sandy sansing and they do not support their product. Evans automotive took my truck and after the parts came in the mechanic stayed late to repair and test my truck then they performed the 100,000 mile service all filters and fluids. I have used Evans for all my service and trust them more than anyone in Pensacola. Thank you Evans

WOW!!! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. No need to check around. I met Chris and Mike the day my car broke down. I knew right away that I would have them repair my car. Had the car towed the next day to the shop. I am very pleased with their work and the cost of the repairs. I will also add that their service center is very clean.

I brought my 2012 Ford Van into Evans Automotive for a coolant leak and AC problem, Mike got back with me that same day and had my issues resolved quickly, which is really important to me since we use the van for work. I really appreciate their 20 point check where they found a problem with a cracked and leaking battery and also a ball joint that was loose and needing replaced, along with a few other things needed, I absolutely appreciate them notifying me and getting these issues taken care of while it was in, saved me an extra trip back, which to me is time and money saved! Mike is very personable and a quality guy. I trust this company, they are great with their prices, and will continue to be my local auto repair shop.

On the phone and in person, everyone was so nice and helpful. When dropping off my car, I told them I did not have a way back home and they said no problem they have someone that would take me. The next day when my car was ready they even came and picked me up. I was only without my car for one day. They guarantee their work, which is very important to me I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely go back to them if needed.Service: Electrical repair

Excellent customer service. Trucks was looked over . Evans got back to me on the same day . With the necessary repairs . Truck was ready for pick up on the day they told me it would be ready . Will us them again !!

Mike is a competent mechanic with effective communications skills to explain things to a layman like me regarding automotive mechanics. Math, Computer Science, Analytics, and Economics I would know. However, cars...that's for the professional like the crew at Evans ASC. I'm grateful I found them thanks to all the great reviews. I'll surely be back. Thank you Evan's ASC crew

my 2002 suv broke down on a wednesday afternoon i had it towed to Evans that evening. Thursday morning i got a call that they had the car and would call back in a few hours with a diagnosis . they did just that and gave me the price and timeline for the repairs. Friday afternoon they called and I picked up my car. they knew it was my only means of transportation and got the parts shipped in overnight. Really good people to work with. Top notch shop
