I have had quite a bit of work done at both locations. I always get fast prompt service and best price around .this outfit is just a really good fit for me. Honest reliable and fast!

If I could give more stars I would! I went in to get break pads done and their price for the work was far more cheaper than their competitor, Honest One which is right down the road and was going to rip me off. I feel so blessed with the job Affordable Auto Pros has done, they saved me so much misery!! If you want an honest mechanic that will deal fairly in business with you go to Affordable Auto Pros!!

Terrible customer service, they hung up in my face after I respectfully declined their price for a service.. They gave me a quote for $680 but I had already got two other quotes for $260 and $250, which is obviously much cheaper and I was still calling around just to make sure I had the best price, but what a huge difference so again I respectfully declined..

My husband and I have been going to Affordable Auto pros for a few years now. We have recommended them to everyone we know who needs an honest evaluation and repair. Hearts of gold is all I can say. The most impressive experience was when I went to pick up my 2014 Ford Escape and the bill was close to 700$ lower than what was quoted because there was a component to the a/c system that they did not need to replace. I would have never known. They are the most honest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Thank you Tony and crew. I bought in my Mother s, 2007 Ford Escape for a complete tuneup and a diagnostic for some other problems. Two very polite gentlemen , Tony and Matthew both worked with me on the issues that were wrong with the vehicle. They were both upfront, and very considerate as to contacting me prior to doing any work, and explaining everything in detail about the issues that were found.I highly recommend Affordable Care to anyone looking for not only a good mechanic, but also honest and affordable prices.

Matthew and staff at Affordable Auto Pros are my new go-to shop. I had a coolant leak on my truck and they got me in for a diagnosis right away. I also needed some front end work done, and they happily took care of it as well. Matthew communicated effectively throughout the process and concisely relayed my options and corresponding prices for everything. The work was done in a timely manner for a fair price. My experience at Affordable Auto Pros was five out of five stars specifically because of my interaction with Matthew. I was in the market for a new car and wanted to complete a "pre purchase inspection" on the vehicle. The shop offered that service at no charge and then went above and beyond in giving me an extensive breakdown of what they found, pros/cons, suggestions, and feedback.Throughout the whole process Matthew was my point of contact and he was professional, kind, and all around delightful to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable group which has kept my son's car maintained while he was attending college in the area. Normal services are fairly priced and repairs are recommended only when necessary. I am still in total disbelief with what happened. I am absolutely livid, completely outraged. My dad, almost 81, bless his heart, was feeling a strong vibration when driving his car. He felt it was in the front near the fan or transmission. So, since he knew the previous owners of this auto repair shop, being a reputable business, took his car there to see if they could pinpoint the problem. Well, they said it was a bearing in the transmission and would cost close to $2,000 to repair. In the meantime there was a temporary fix called Instant Shudder Fix. Oh, to find out it was the bearing, they dropped the transmission pan to drain the fluid instead of removing by a hose and being able to reuse it. So, the transmission fluid cost $200, filter was $36.48, good ole labor was $100. They put in a bottle of the Instant Shudder Fix which was $33.75, (and need I say can be purchased at O Reilly s for $12.49. After taxes and supplies the total was $363.95. The $12.49 Instant Shudder Fix didn t work. My dad explained this to them. He was told that sometimes it takes time to work into the trans. Right on the Instant Shudder Fix bottle it states works fast and instant . Nothing about it takes time . Well, dad drove his car around. The Shudder Fix never did anything. Dad even put in more and it didn t work. Mind you, my dad is almost 81, on social security and trusted these people because he knew the previous owners, their reputation and their work. And he was completely taken advantage of for almost $400. You should be completely disgusted with yourselves. This is just one example. Another a friend of mine took her car up for repairs. Had close to $2,000 of work done. She ended up with an oil leak because they didn t change the gaskets. When she explained what was going on, they said they could fix the problem however it would be $300. You can just imagine what she told them. What in the hell is wrong with you people??? Word of mouth is the best advertisement and I have a BIG mouth!!!Service: Transmission

Been going here for years. Always honest and fair.Just an example, one shop told me that I need to change the transmission for $4000, this guys in 20 seconds told me that I just need to replace a seal. Can still running after two years.Always easy, always fair and always on time.I moved in an hour away and still driving here for my repair needs

I was visiting Daytona from Canada when I noticed the brakes on my Mercedes had developed a squealing sound. I dropped in to Affordable Auto Pros to have the car inspected before driving 1000 miles back home. They put my car on the hoist right away, checked all the brakes and then told me that everything was safe and I had nothing to worry about. There was just a little rust around the rim of the rotor that was causing the noise. They were fast, honest, and professional and didn't charge me for the inspection.Service: Brakes

After getting a ridiculous list of repairs from the dealership, I searched for an independent auto repair shop. The reviews for this shop were great so I took my car there for an assessment. The tech, Matt was so nice. He came with only one suggestion. Replace brake pads since I am going on a road trip next week. I took my car in today, not only did they do the brakes but also checked a list of items I requested at no cost. I so appreciate the honesty of Matt. I will be giving all my business to them and highly recommend them. You won't be sorry.Services: Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

So THANKFUL for this locally owned business. I was in FL from out of state and was hit at a red light while in Daytona. Affordable Auto Pros took my Expedition in on the SPOT, found my issue and IMMEDIATELY began work on my vehicle so that I could get back on the road and home. They were courteous, professional, and very thorough in their service. The owner even made a point to secure my replacement parts and make sure I was aware that they were under a lifetime warranty. My car was repaired and made the 400 mile ride home without ANY issues. I wish every mechanic shop was as willing to help as these guys! Every staff member I came into contact with was very friendly and eager to help me. I would give this shop TEN stars. These guys deserve all of your business! Great experience!! I goggled them since I live out of town and was trying to help out our son that lives in the Daytona area and dealt with a very nice guy named Tony. Our son went there for some immediate work he needed done and Tony was so very helpful, very professional and he was so very kind and got my son in right away and his service was excellent!! I was totally pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that s looking for a trustworthy, professional, experienced and affordable mechanic that takes pride in their work. I give this place A+!! This is the best place hands down fir all your car needs. This family owned business is so refreshing. The entire team was honest, hard working and very informative . I am so happy that I found this shop because it s such a shot in the dark with auto repair shops. But this one is amazing !!!!! the pricing and the quality top notch and the warranty behind their work delivers the service and peace of mind paired with quality . This is what a consumer deserves. My car was making a banging, thumping noise so I took it in. They ordered the part and fixed it the next day. The price was reasonable too. Very satisfied. It's hard to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic so I was delighted that they were able to diagnose and fix it so quickly. I highly recommend them!

So had to come back and update my review. I am a returning customer and just had to share some of my pleasant experiences with this particular establishment! First of all Very reasonable priced, as with 2 small cute babies That makes all the difference for our family! & willing to work in both of our vehicles!! Even though they appeared to be pretty busy..meant so much to our family as we are pretty active drivers! & desperately need our vehicles in TOP Shape! If u want trustworthy, straightforward& honest people you should definitely check out this place! ..Even the younger mechanic noticed a hole in my back tire and patched it up for me! Which greatly appreciated as I travel daily with my 2 Angels Daily! I am not someone who really takes the time to leave reviews or even has the time quite honestly. But had to make a moment to share! I went into the Nova location for a brake inspection and was met with amazing customer service. I appreciated that I was able to be seen right away. The brake inspection was very thorough. I just went to get my Lexus RX 300 brakes changed and my experience there was above my expectations. The staff and especially the owner (Tony) was very friendly. They worked fast on my car: identifying and solving the problem quickly! I am beyond happy about the service I was provided with and will go back there when I need something. Tony even called me a little after I left the store to follow up and check that the brakes were working well. Excellent customer service, I am recommending this place if you need anything done!

I had issues with my rotors/brakes and was referred to Affordable Auto Pros at their Ridgewood Ave location. It was my first time in and I didn t know what to expect being a woman needing auto service. When I walked in it was incredibly busy so I was not expecting it when the Owner Tony and his wife Tracy greeted me with a smile and squeezed me in around an already fully booked day, taking numerous phone calls and juggling checking in customers. They are quite the multi-taskers,friendly and understanding of how important not being without a car is to their clients. They squeezed me in and then I met my mechanic York, who was very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details and options that were available for my repair. York was very efficient and I found myself in and out in less than two hours, which was amazing considering how busy they were. My service ended with very fair pricing and confidence that the job was done right. 10/10 I highly recommend and will be keeping my business at Affordable Auto Pros.Service: Brake service & repair

I am very particular about who I trust with my vehicle because I use to work for Auto Point scheduling repairs and the nightmares of what some dealerships and auto repair shop do-or don t do...to cars. I was referred to Affordable and went in. Mathew immediately inspected my truck and was honest and up front with what it needed. They got me in and out and the price is beyond fair. They have professional mechanics...THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, take their time to clearly explain and they definitely have my business and referrals from here on out. I can t say enough good things about this place! My brakes went out while I was on vacation. Affordable Auto Pros was recommended to me by my tow truck driver. They were friendly and knew right away what the problem was. While i waited, I had a nice chat with Tracey, the owners wife. Shout out to Mechanic Dan! He even brought the damaged part out and showed me exactly where it was damaged. They were professional, friendly and did the work for a fair price. I am so thankful they were recommended to me! Please, if you need any type of auto repair or maintenance, use these guys! They sure saved me!!!

I literally never do reviews on Google but for the service I got with affordable I feel I have ti. Hands down the most honest repair shop I've delt with in a while. I took my exaughst system in to get a resonator and o2 bung welded on and they did the job quick and the quality was great! The welder is young but the guy definitely has skills. And for the work he did he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Awesome service friendly people and low prices. The only issue (wich is monor) is they don't carry there own exaughst flanges but they were able to send me to a guy close by and got them with zero issues.
